What's going on with Fruit Warp?

I posted a video of my win on Fruit Warp on Youtube the other day and one of the commenters pointed out something I can't really answer. He wrote...

 

Great win... I did notice that your balance was showing 87.00 as the base win, and you won another 1, which should have made it 88.00 x 39 but the balance went down to 86 - the machine did you out of 78 euros! Check your video at 1 minute 12 seconds onwards as perhaps you should ask why it did that?

 

 

To be honest I have no idea. I don't usually play Fruit Warp and it's really not one of my favorite slots (hence why I was surprised that it paid ). Is the slot broken or is everything normal?

If it's 78 EUR as the commenter wrote it's quite a lot of money since this was a 340 EUR win. Maybe you confused the currency SEK with EUR? Anyways, I wrote Thunderkick so let's wait and see what they say

I actually don't get what you mean just watched the video a few times but I think you really do have to understand how this particular game works and I don't play it. Thank you, yes that would be interesting. What I mean is that the balance of total winnings during the bonus drops for a reason I cannot understand. It goes from 87 to 86 right at the end and when it seems like it should have went up instead to 88 so basically I won 86 x 39 when it seems like it should have been 88 x 39. But might be we just don't understand the slot. Seems weird however that balance would drop during a bonus.

I'm still trying to sort out my laptop current huge-data-gobbling issues/problems whenever I use 3G internet connection now...unresolved as yet...so I'm using 2G connection wherever possible in the meantime...but things go real sloooooooow...know what I mean? Aaaaaargh!

Okaaay...I had to switch back to 3G connection just to have a look at the video... 

 

Firstly, congrats on that beautiful big win with the pitayas...the highest paying symbol in the game...and that 39x multiplier is just about the maximum it can go with pitayas. With other fruits, it can go up to 42x.

 

When that second last 3 cherries came up, the accumulated win amount went up to 87. There was no pitaya in that round, but you managed to play on by using that Extra Life (heart symbol). Another 3 cherries came up...the accumulated win went up to 88, the cherries added up the multiplier to 39...but then suddenly the win amount dropped to 86.

 

Honestly speaking, in any of my numerous plays on Fruit Warp, I have never noticed any accumulated win dropping at the end...like it did in your case BlackCatSeven!

 

In my opinion, yes, that win should have been 88x39 and not 86x39. There is absolutely no visible reason why the accumulated win should drop down by 2 from the 88. This can only be caused by a glitch in Fruit Warp's game play...or a glitch in the casino's platform/system somewhere. But whatever it is...a glitch did happen and a win amount of 78 SEK (2x39) was removed from the final total winning amount.

 

 It is now up to Thunderkick to verify this 'obvious' error and make a final decision...which shouldn't be different from mine...but I ain't Thunderkick!

Well, what you encountered here is a typical example of the so called 'visual misrepresentation' or in short a software glitch in presenting the correct win amount. It should have been 88, but instead the game engine displayed 86. Of course that's not really okay and should be reported to Thunderkick tech team for further investigation. What truly matters in this case though is that you have not been harmed by any way and you have actually been paid totally correct by the software. Your real winning combination worth 88 x 39 multiplier which is exactly 3432, the amount which Fruit Warp paid eventually.

 

Impressive bet though! Playing this high, maybe even very high variance game with 10 bucks per spin is not seen very often.

Guess you've been given some pretty good answers! And I second Valdes' comment, that is an impressive bet. Do you regularly bet in these ranges? If so we would love to see more of your winning screenshots.

Regarding the bet size, I hope I don't come across as a spoiled kid or something but it's not that high. I'm thinking you might confuse the Swedish currency with Euro or USD? 10 SEK is actually around 1€. But I do see myself raising my bet more and more these days. I've always been a low roller and enjoying it but starting to chase the kicks of raising bet while at the same time struggling to resist

Definitely looks like a bug in the game but if the right amount was paid out then that is of course the most important thing. I wonder if this happened because of the outrageous multiplier that was achieved?! I've not played the game much but wow, I would have been amazed to reach x20 never mind almost x40!
