Well, let met share this with you all :)

This is what happened to me : I became a member of a casino, send my documents, got them verified, made my first deposit, played with joy, got lucky, request my first withdrawal, paid within 30 minutes. This went on for weeks or 6 and then something went off. I got lucky and requested a withdrawal, it was pending for 6 hours and I asked live chat regarding this matter, I was told to be patience because they are doing what they can to process them asap. I waited for another 6 hours but still not get paid, asked live chat again and I was told the same thing 6 hours ago so I waited another 3 hours and still not get paid, asked live chat again but this time the person wasn't very friendly and my problem was not resolved. I decided to sent them an email, email sent, they replied and apologized 5 hours later, an hour after I get paid. All and all, I had to wait 19 hours to get paid, fast cashout? it's kinda slow for a lightning fast cashout casino.

My next withdrawals after this 'issue' went smoothly and I was glad. Then, two days ago I got lucky again, requested a few withdrawals with a total almost 1K.

I expected the money to be in my account within 1 hour or maybe 2 but no, I had to wait in total of 40 hours to get paid, asked them several times for the reason of the uphold, I got vague aswers and they won't give me another reason. I understand if they need to investigate my case but to be honest, there's nothing to investigate on because I didn't play with bonus money and I only played slots games, so cheating is impossible. 40 hours for a lightning fast cashout casino to process my withdrawals. I sent them an email about this and he replied kinda blunt and probably suggesting me to close my account. Apparently he/she was kinda upset that I kept sending them emails but I had no choice. Instead of offering me a freebie and apologize, they suggested to close my account. Am I overreacted or did I the right thing?

I'd prefer not to give away the name of the casino since the matter is now resolved but it's the second 'rude' support agent I in contact with from the same casino. I didn't treathend nor assulting them, I was polite and honest about their way of treating me during this 'issue'. Apparently I nagged too much but I just don't like to be keeping in the dark and kept asking myself why. After the last email I responded to, I haven't heard anything from them anymore.

I really expect more proffessionalism from them since they are high rated on Askgamblers.

That's why we should never expect more from the casinos or from their customer support. Is it misunderstanding because you said that it was already resolved?  ;)

I'm intrigued if what's the name of the casino like Fiekie.

Lightning fast cashout thats what in their website says. I think and find that they should keep their word. Who knows how long it could takes of i had not send them the email. It is resolved yes but with hassle. First delay payment i didnt mind even they kept me in the dark. Unprofessinal behavior towards its players is Just not right. 40 hours till the payment went through is not lightning fast.

It was resolved by sending them An email about IT. Support agent was irritated by IT. No name because it doesnt matter anymore.

Agreed it's not lightning fast, I understand why you reacted like you did though.

Will you be closing your account?

This is their reply to my email

we processed your winnings.

We do our best to serve our costumers , but if he feels he is treated bad, he is free to go. And we will wait for your feedback.

And this is my reply to them

Hi there

As stated on your website, fast cashout, then I expect from you to process my withdrawals that way. Sure I am aware of the 'up to 12 hours' investigate case time frame and I understand that completly but it has been 38 hours, that's 26 hours overtime. Nobody want to tell me why the uphold, if you just gave me a reason to wait then maybe I would more patience but keeping me in the dark won't help.

Keep in mind that this wasn't the first time my cashouts were delayed. Have you ever given a thought what if you're the one who has to wait for your money while the given time frame was overdue?

Don't you think it's sad that a customer has to go through all this to get his money? What good did it to you? I'm guessing nothing and what good was it to me? not a thing! I am not happy to read your reply because I know you're not happy to write it also. You might be mad at me for sending you the email but what can I do? I had no other choice since nobody gave me a reason or update regarding my request.

I know I'm probably not the only one with complaints and I think some people might more harsh than I am and I apologize if I upset you

but I'm upset myself to experience the same issue all over again.

I want to confirm that the withdrawals are received and thank you for processing them.

If you still do not understand my point of view and still upset about it then I would like to close my account and I would like to thank you for your assistance in the past month.

I wish you well

Best regards

And still no response.

Not giving the name of the casino will just make us guessing which casino is that. Another thing you didn't indicate what type of withdrawal you used. If its its the bank then it has to do either the casino or the bank. Another one is the last email you receive it's kinda rude for a casino asking you to just close your account.

I get your frustrated you had to wait, but you have your withdrawal just try and forget about the experience and don't let it get you down after all you got your money  :D  Go treat yourself to something nice and if you don't want to play at this casino again there are plenty more that offer fast payouts anyway. :p

In my humble opinion, there's definitely no overreaction here at all! Sick to death from casinos advertising so aggressively how insane good they are with this and that only to disappoint me heavily just a couple of days /sometimes even hours/ later....

One chance! This is all I usually give to any casino which I'm currently sticking to. One chance, which if they somehow manage to *****, means I'm out and done immediately and it often turns out to be a good decision and saves me from lots of future troubles and unpleasant experiences. There are thousands of online casinos out there, all of them competing ferociously for each and every customer, let alone a great customer like me, so if one of these is not interested in offering me a top notch quality of service then farewell and off ahead to my next casino stop.

I know two casinos that use the words 'lightning fast' ;-)

These guys need to realise they're operating in an industry where customer buying power is high - we don't like what we see, we can easily switch (sure it's a pain to lose the immortal romance achievement tables but ho hum!). I've found that email support/live chat is getting worse - no one seems to be able to answer you: Spinit were awful with me: one day it was due to my skill not being verified (it was), then it was a 'random audit' (for 50 quid? Really?) - this just annoys customers.

I used to spread my gambling across 6/7 casinos - now down to 2 as they've consistently treated me well. If they don't, let them go.

  • 3 weeks later...

Jeez you guys are spoiled. US gamler here and if I saw my money FROM ANY CASINO in less than 72 hours I'd be crazy excited because I had received a lightening fast withdrawal. Bro I'm on a month waiting on a payment from one casino. So yeah 1000% I think you over reacted.

Imagine, you're playing slots on a land based casino and what do you know, you just hit a mega win. You press the cash out button and a message pop up 'Congratulations on your winnings, please allow us 30 days to print the ticket'. Call me spoiled but 30 days for them to process the withdrawal is just insane ;)

All is well and the still the positive side you won from that land based casino and not just a normal day and a normal slot win but it was a MEGA JACKPOT WIN!

No matter how they process it or even a year, I will still wait for it mate!  :D

I personally think the OP has a right of complaint here. The casino advertised 'Lightening-Fast Payout' so that's exactly what every customer should get and if that doesn't happen, then a decent explanation as to why there is such a delay.

Would an explanation really make a difference though?

No, it probably wouldn't make a difference to how long the player has to wait, it would just be good practice in terms of customer service. It's happened to me several times and I always expect a response that contains at least the three following points: 1) a satisfactory explanation for the delay 2) an accurate timescale for payment and 3) an apology. It's not going to make the money show up any quicker but it might help the casino to save face in terms of their customer service delivery.

Well, dear Coco. I think it does matter to a lot of players. I've seen many posts from players about delayed payments, asking why. If you used to fast payments and suddenly it took way longer than you used to then you will start wondering why the delay. I think explainations will give players a piece of mind. After all, human kind is a curious kind. Imagine if your withdrawals always processed within 2 days and your next withdrawal is still pending for a week, you might wondering if something went wrong.
