I will start by saying that i was paid 120$ from a withdrwal of 4020$

i have read the terms of service and realized why the ***** would anyone accept these terms???

I am sure after reading the terms of services of ANY online casinos which all basically say that for watever reason they want at anytime they want they can reserve the right to not pay you at all.

why do people accept these rules??

Not only online also land based casinos have their rules. For example, if a game is malfunctioned, they will not pay the winnings showing on screen (mostly very huge amount) or when cheating on roulette they surely will kick you out!

Online casinos will not pay only when the player has broken the terms and rules. So it is your own responsibility to read the terms and expected to follow them.

Hello and welcome to forum warzoid.

I think topic title should be changed.. I got confused after reading your post.

It seems you are new to on-line gambling?

And as I could understand you have experienced issues with your withdrawal? If you didn't breached Terms&Condition you can submit complaint here https://www.askgamblers.com/submit-complaint-p47

Before I answer your questions I would like to hear more of your issues and what was the name of online-casino you played in.

Thanks

I will never gamble online again.

All casinos have something written in their terms and conditions that give them the right to void your winnings for any reason they want.

If you win big they will just find a way to use their terms of service and void your winnings.

For example at jackpot city it states that the management reserves the rights to void winnings if they feel like the player has done something wrong and they say that they reserve the right to define by themselves if something was wrong

that literally means that if they want they can void the winnings of everyone and that nobody can ever make a complaint against it because it says in their terms they can do absolutly whatever they want and nobody other tham them can judge if its right or wrong.

Hi Warzoid!

First, how many times do you play online casinos? Do you always afford to lose that money you deposit? Do you consider the fact that after losing or winning you don't want to play again? There are many players here mate. I for example knew that casinos need to profit from its players but doesn't mean that we can't win playing. The T & C sometimes not fair for players who have different jurisdictions in their country like mine and if you will not read it and follow it they will just confiscate your winnings in that case that they will illegally confiscate your winnings/funds this is the Askgamblers can make some actions using the "complaint" section.

Useful and effective, you don't need to worry if you follow the T & C don't make reasons that they're unfair because there are many players online that accept this for over years of playing.

Did you received a free bonus money? Cash out of a NO deposit money are most of the time limited. Some is it €10 and some is it €100. I have won big time twice from a NO deposit bonus and unfortunately i could not keep all of them. It could feel very unfair because it is a lot of cash but the casino need to protect themself from bankrupcy.

All casinos have terms but you're not right when you say if you win big they'll find a way to void your winnings and our members here are living proof of that we've all had big pay outs. Maybe some unreliable casinos you may have problems and I understand you've experienced a massive problem now so you've lost all faith in all casinos but you couldn't be further from the truth,

Which casino was you playing in and what was the reason for the reduced withdrawal? (If you can share this info of course) We may be able to help?

The way I see it, the player might received a no deposit free spins bonus or maybe a free chip for signing up. Like I said before, most of no deposit bonuses might be limited. The player had a massive luck and managed to clear the wagering but the cashout was probably limitied to $100 and a minimum deposit was required in able to cashout the winnings.

The casino only paid out the max cashout from the bonus money plus his deposit.

I'm not Sherlock Holmes but this is what I think what happened. But I could be wrong though.

Hi again Warzoid! I assume you are new to online gambling. First of all, it is not true that casinos will void BIG WINS and cashouts. You should know that you have right to complain to the gaming license authority that certain casino operates under and with.

It is your right not to gamble but throwing inaccurate 'facts' is not acceptable.
Before making these statements you should provide 'evidences' in the first place and share your personal experience.

I can't look for the link, but if you search trough AG forum you will find topic title : 'When was my last withdrawal or My last withdrawal was ..' and there you can see not only posts but screenshots of withdrawals. Here on forum, we saw 10.000 euros withdrawals and even more. What do you say now :)

They might not always void the winnings but the way terms are written they are certainly covering themselves in every possible angle and they have the right to void them for no reason all they have to say is that their management reviewed your play and they decided it was in breach of their terms, then you will ask them to explain to you exactly how you violated the terms and they will say vague answers or say that the management doesn't talk to customers

As far as i know most of the players came from countries that do not allow gambling. As in my country, Indonesia, which most of them to play sportsbook and casino on one of the biggest gambling sites in Southeast Asia.

I do not want to mention the brand but indeed most of my friends do not even know what the contents of the term of service

There are casinos that can be play if you're eligible for their service terms and condition even if your country was forbidden to their website. What I mean is that the casino can sometimes offer a way of deposit like BTC to their website or any other form of service that can be legal to their casino and to your country and you don't need to play illegally.

I would dare to say that most of the problems related to T&C at the moment of the withdrawal, are derivated of playing with some kind of bonuses; so you have to choices, to play without bonuses or read T&C carefully before deposit.

In addition, before you play at any online casino, you should do a good research about reputation of the casino you're gonna play. The only non-paid winnings I've experimented so far, it came from a no deposit bonus and it was a not so reputable casino, that BTW its owner is currently in prison because of suspicious casino practices; I had nothing to do with that hehe.

If someday you want to play in a decent online casino, here you can find a lot of reviews and rates that will help you to make the best choice   ;)

People gamble online because they want some fun, they wish to increase their hormonal level and yes, they want some action and make money. Just like with video games or some facebook apps.you actually pay in order to play.

Like Raptordinos said, you must pay attention to T&C's. licenses and casinos in general if you want to remain safe and play with joy.

It depends on how we view online gambling. Some play online casino because they just want to have fun, others want to double their money and it's their way of finding luck thinking that online gambling is another money opportunity. To tell you honestly, online gambling has no assurance and anyone who wants to submit in this kind of game should understand the ins and outs.
