3. With Tournaments maybe have a super tournament once per month with elimination

Well i woul like it if they allow you to withdraw to other methods. Since my majority deposits was with neteller, i can only withdraw to neteller. i made 2 deposits using Ecopayz, and even send screenshot to verify my ecopayz account. they refuse to let me withdraw to any other method. I can only withdraw to neteller.

We have done some changes in our Trophies and Rewards system, which should allow you to collect more reload bonuses as well as other Rewards. We are looking at ways to change and improve the bonuses we have, so I will add the feedback regarding the increments here as well.

 

We will not be making a downloadable client in the foreseeable future, unfortunately.

 

I really like the Big Battle idea, we are looking to improve our Battles further and I will make sure to forward this.

 

Currently we have increased the amount of spins for our players in the Battles while we are looking at how to fix the issues with Cashback and the Battles.

 

As far as our withdrawal methods, we do usually use your biggest deposit method, but we can manually reset your withdrawal method for you when your balance is zero, for more information about this you can gladly contact support and they can guide through the process of this.

Yes, you can contact our Support and explain why you want a manual reset of your deposit methods, the request will be forwarded and you will be contacted once it has been reviewed. After the reset, the first method you use to deposit will, of course, become the new majority method and the method available for withdrawals.

I too am really excited about the Big Battle idea.. I have entered a couple and of course finished just out of the money  This in fact is one of the reasons I am curious about when or if Battle of the Slots will return to being Cashback eligible.

Unfortunately I have not noticed any significant increase in the number of spins for the Battles that I play, but perhaps this is because I am Canadian & can not participate in the NetEnt battles??

I love it. Support my own currency and you can have multiple  currency under one profile. So which means if you need to deposit in USD, you use your USD account, if you need to deposit in euro you can use your Euro account. All of this is under 1 profile/account, which means one login.

 

Now with neteller you need to open brand new account with each currency you want to use, which means 2 or 3 different neteller logins and account numbers.

 

Why i like Ecopayz more is because with neteller  I have USD neteller account, now let say I deposit 20 euro, they charge 25 euro which is neteller fee included for converting my funds before sending it to merchant.

 

Also when receiving funds, the same thing applies. I won 300 euro on slots million, but only received $305, it should have been at least $318, but they took that $13 for charging for exchanging and converting the funds from euro to usd. The only time i receive the amounts that I withdraw from casinos are when i play in casinos that use USD as currency.
