Serious issues with WikiWins Casino

Recommended Posts

  Hi,

First of all I would like to welcome all forum members. I've always hoped I will never have any problems with withdrawals from online casinos but that was before 11th of January this year. Unfortunately it's impossible to submit a complaint about that casino on this site because its not listed and reviewed by AskGamblers yet. I would be very grateful for even one response and any help.

This is what's happened. I've made a deposit on 200 GBP to WikiWins Casino and received 250% bonus so I've had 700 GBP for playing. I've met wagering requirements (35 x deposit + bonus) and won 5805.31 GBP. I've been playing only in slots (only Microgaming and Netent) for stakes between 0.01 GBP to about 3.50 GBP. 11th of January 2017 I received this e-mail from them: http://prntscr.com/e138b0. There is the rest of my correspondence with them: http://prntscr.com/e13c6r, http://prntscr.com/e13d6c, http://prntscr.com/e13grb.

After I've reported a complaint to their license provider (Curaçao eGaming) finally 22nd of January they have sent a response to me and to the license provider Curaçao eGaming: http://prntscr.com/e13j4w.

Like I've supposed they haven't paid me the money and suspended my account because I've been placing 0.01 bets during bonus wagering. It's obvious that slot machines generate completely random spins and it's impossible to predict the winning spin. Playing small stake spins for some time it's just "warming up strategy" which is just stressful because you can hit big win then and obviously doesn't work but I play like that sometimes anyway :) Many players use this and another illogical tactics, probably you know what I mean. I've lost many times using this "strategy". I've never had any problems with withdrawals playing like that at other casinos as well. Of course there is nothing about playing minimum bets during bonus wagering in their terms and conditions. They have written something about fake documents. I've sent them picture of my face with my ID in the hand, my driving licence (both sides), my bank statement and screenshot of my Neteller account with my personal details. I have no idea why they claim that my documents are fake. I can send them even notarial affirmed documents if that will be necessary but this only shows they try to find any argument to don't pay me the money in my opinion. After they have sent that last e-mail to me and to Curaçao eGaming I've visited incognito their live chat to ask about minimum bet per spin during bonus wagering. I've talked to 2 consultants already. There are portions of chat transcripts: http://prntscr.com/e145gr, http://prntscr.com/e147j9.

I'm going to send these transcripts to Curaçao eGaming of course. What do you think about their explanation? Have you ever heard that some casino hasn't paid out the money and suspended account for placing minimum bets during wagering. They claim that games providers do not allow this kind of activity in their platform. I've been playing like that many times in Netent and Microgaming slots in other casinos even when I've had active bonus and I've never had any problems. I've never thought that could be an abuse. Before I send a response to this casino and Curaçao eGaming could you tell me your opinion about this, please? I've lost the hope that I will ever see this money but maybe you could help me in some way even by giving me some advice or maybe you know somebody or some institution except the license provider who could help me. I would be grateful for any help.

Best regards

Hi JakeYellow

What you've just told us, IMO is absolutely ridiculous and this casino sounds like a complete nightmare!

I am a player who only ever places minimum bets, occasionally increasing when I have the opportunity to maybe £1 bets, £2 bets if my balance is impressive and I'm feeling brave and let me tell you  have never, NEVER, been accused of bonus abuse. On saying that mind I've never made a £5000+ withdrawal either.

However I am fully aware of this bonus term and the fact that casinos can use it to not pay winnings, it's ridiculous and there's nothing you can do because it's in their terms. There's no way you'll get your winnings from this casino, I know it's tough to accept.

Other members may have a different opinion to me but that's mine. I'd steer well clear of a casino that simply doesn't like to pay. And the fact that they ban you forever as it says in that email is even more ridiculous, like you'd ever want to play there again anyway

Sorry, wish I could give you better news. Even if we did have this casino a complaint wouldn't resolve this issue and it already seems their decision is final.

Thanks for a reply cocopop3011 :) Yeah, the term nightmare fits ideally to this casino. Like I've said in my first post I've lost the hope that I will ever see this money and yes it's not easy to accept. I've never had such an amazing luck playing slots before. They even haven't given me back my 200 GBP of deposit. When I will be 100 % sure they won't pay me the money I will share with my story under every single online review about this company for sure.

They seem to have a fun banning me and wishing me all the best in this situation. They have written in their explanation that "We pay ALL our members according to our terms and conditions and have changed people’s lives for the better!". It's soo ridiculous...

Which point of terms and conditions they have used to not pay me in this case in your opinion? I couldn't find anything more specific than: "7.5.2 Fraudulent use of a promotional bonus by a player who has no right to it leads to the bonus and potential winnings being cancelled. Wikiwins reserves the right to refuse, without further explanation, for a player to participate in a promotion" and "7.7.1 If Wikiwins believes that a user is abusing or attempting to abuse bonuses or other promotions by using a variety of systems or strategies; or is identified as playing in a way specifically to exploit the awarding of bonuses; or has profited from any technical error from the software or the system; or is due to benefit from any other form of abuse, then Wikiwins may, at its sole discretion, block, suspend or close any user’s account or remove those bonuses or promotions that we deem appropriate and/or refuse payment for the product of the abuse by the player in question"

If anybody has something to add about it feel free to do it.

Hi Jake and welcome to AskGamblers.

Glad you followed our advice and posted your issue at the forum so that you could get other players feedback and see where you stand with potential claims, etc etc.

In my humble opinion, there is no way to say whether you played by the books or not until we have a copy of your gaming history and check carefully through your bets and games and specifics rounds where necessary. Could be that you accidentally /or not/ violated some bonus term referring to adopting different strategies such as postponing a bonus round for a time when no bonus funds are left in the balance for example or something else, lots of possibilities are there to consider.

Since we don't have the aforementioned casino listed and reviewed here in AskGamblers, I'm afraid now you need to rely on the investigation made by Curaçao eGaming. Sincerely hope they will review all facts in a fair and impartial way.

Keep us updated.

Hi AskGamblers, I read this post and and felt I had to ad my own opinion.. My experience is much different and most positive and that's why I feel I need to voice my opinion  I registered at WikiWins back in November 2017 and have been playing there ever since. For me, it feels like home.  I enjoy their chat support and while playing I have both won and loss funds, but have always been paid when it came to cashing out.  Bottom Line, my experience was very positive. Thank you!

@bojouste  I agree, been playing at wikiwins for sometime and had no issues with payment of my withdrawals of 1000 or more.  I provided the necessary identification and all went smoothly. I play small bets of 0.30 and less sometimes and they have never told me anything. Anyway, that's my experience at wikiwins and basically at other casinos I play.
