24Bettle!

Hey guy´s, i´m here to share something about 24bettle, the 1st time i opened an account there i have made some money and the whitdrawal from financial department was 5stars, my issue was the next time i have won money ( 330 euros) and I asked for a withdrawal and they were stalling until I got bored and ended up spending my money, its not fair they do that!

Could you define what you mean by stalling? I obviously know what you mean but there could have been a number of reasons why the casino were delaying the withdrawal. 

 

With all due respect and I don't mean this in a rude why at all but the casino didn't force you to reverse withdraw. But I sincerely hope if this is an issue that you are able to learn from this mistake for the future.

At the 1st time the whithdrawal was done in 48h and the 2nd time a week? what they want whith that? they want i have spended the founds ;)

 

Hopefully you won't reverse another withdrawal. And remember if a casino does seem to be "stalling" a withdrawal you can always come here and ask us guys for advice. And I'm sure we can find ways to help you stop hitting reverse  :p

Well you are lucky, my first withdrawal at this casino was done in 3 weeks time :o Of course I did not played there again.

Hey there and welcome to AskGamblers. 

 

Like coco mentioned in her post, reversing and playing down the money was in fact your fault and not casino's. Stalling payments on the other hand is definitely casino's fault and you could make the relevant conclusions and decide whether you would like keep playing and depositing in a casino which do not stick to their own payment time frames.

24bettle no good i think. Prince Myshkin waited 3 weeks for withdrawal to e wallet once. Most def too long. I can imagine how long bank transfer would take...

 

Imagine that I needed a week to convince them that i do not need to translate my ID, since it  already has latin characters. I spent around 80 euro for lawyers and translation for the documents they asked :angry: At least it  worth the whole trouble, since I waited for a nice withdraw  ;)

I never reverse a withdrawal, was not the case, i make a 1st withdrawal and it taked 2 days, the 2nd time i try a withdrawal of 330$ and in the end of a week ( nothing ), all this to bored me and spend the founds!

 

 

Hi just to ask a question are you withdrawing this thru your bank? Their might be some elements that affect the speed of withdrawals. Most of the time they having some issues with the bank.

 

This is by far the oldest and most common trick used by some online casinos to stall payments and play some cat&mouse game hoping you will lose, reverse withdrawal and play down your winnings. Take this as a lesson learn and stop playing in casinos where "Sorry, currently we are experiencing issues with our payment provider" is used on a daily basis excuse. ;)

Hi all

 

Did a withdrawal on friday. When 48 hours had past on Subday i contacted them. They then sent mail asking me to send documents. I sent them all the documents on Monday

 

Today its wednesday and i have recieved no response what so ever.

 

I have contacted them twice on chat and the response i get is they havnt checked my documents yet but will do so right away.

 

So its now almost 1 week since i did the withdrawal

Perhaps you could make one last effort in getting this situation resolved by contacting the relevant casino team again and demand to know the progress of your account verification and payment. If the casino fails to provide adequate feedback in a timely manner you'd better consider using our AGCCS /AskGamblers Casino Complaints Service/. Make sure to follow all the terms and guidelines

Hi all

 

Anybody in here that have actually gotten their account verified at 24Bettle. How long did it take?

Im not up to 4 days since i sent my documents

Verifying account shouldn't take more than 2 days in my opinion (ex. weekend). Sometimes casinos only check your documents only when a withdrawal is requested. If you think it took too long then you should contact them about it. I always send my documents first before making my deposit and if it takes too long, I simply contact them and request it to be processed asap because without verified account I won't play.

So i little update.My account was verfied on the 21st of April. I did a withdrawal on the 24th of April

 

Now the withdrawal has been pending for 80+ hours.

 

I get the same reply from live support "Is has been passed on to finance department for processing".

I have recived that same reply for 3 days now

 

I asked for a direct contact to their finance department but all i got was their supportmail. I have sent mails to that numourus times regarding this withdrawal with no answer.

So, my second payment was suppose to be payed out on the 12th. Still has not been processed. And 24Bettle cant say when it will be done. Guess i will have the same problem with this withdrawal as on my first
