Today was verified address. Now I need to make a Deposit and make a withdraw, but the support did not say how many of the withdrawal limits per day and week. i will write when withdraw or refuse to withdraw.

they sent me an email with 25 free spins, with them I win 5 $, I then had to wager x99, at a time when the money was transferred from the bonus account to the cash account, I had 500$ . then they started to check my account, I played a bit and the cash balance increased to $ 1500. today a little play after making a Deposit of$ 25 . withdraw 2400$.I'll wait 72 hours. sorry for my English

That's a big win for that deposit. Some of the less reliable sites will try to make sure you lose it back before they even consider paying.  :D

the situation confuses me, the site casino a withdraw is allowed a $2,400, but received on Neteller is $100 (((

 

If I'm not wrong, winnings from any free spins are capped at $100 max withdrawal. Since you have not made any deposit prior to playing those free spins, you were required to make a deposit first before you could withdraw any winnings from the free spins. The rest got burned away...sadly.  :(

 

But maybe I'm wrong...so just let the Tangiers casino rep confirms this for you.

conclusion there is about this casino, they kept on my balance a lot of money from the bonus (500, 1500, 2250) so I either lost them or made a Deposit, and then when cashout he said: with a bonus, you can make a withdrawal of$ 100 Max!!! the month I passed verification for a$ 100 hahaha + 50 $profit , it's terrible, I hope no one there to play . I'm definitely not going

@Mishgun - Which is why I asked you this.

 

If you won the money off a free bonus hence the reason why you had to deposit to withdrawn then as Afi said the winnings would be capped which is why you didn't receive the full amount.

Hi, I also played@Tangiers Casino. Think it was a failure by me... I did win 330€ and wait since almost one week for my money now. After 3 days they send the money to my neteller account but canceled it after one hour and put it back on my account (?!?!). Ok I did the next try. Now I'm waiting since 11th of January and NOBODY answer to my questions if anything was wrong (documents are fine told me the security departement). VERY BAD CASINO!!! I hope someday i got an answer/my money....

In regards to the matter you wrote here about, yes, the winnings were unfortunately issued from free bonus money and this is why the $100 limit has been applied automatically. 

 

There are indeed to extra rules when you cash out from free bonus money: the amount that can be cashed out is according to the VIP Level (as detailed on our Bonus Rules page) and you also need to have at least one deposit made in the last 5 days before placing the payout request (as mentioned on our Banking page). 

 

I am happy to hear that you received your winnings and I hope that many more will come.

Please note that the reason why your first payout requests were declined because you did not provide us with the withdrawal method information, so that we can send the funds. Also, the Bank Wire request has been declined because the amount you were trying to cash out is lower than the minimum approved with Bank Wire.

 

I noticed that your latest request is however for 100, and not for 330. 

What I recommend you to do is to cancel the 100 withdrawal request and to place a new one for the entire amount via Neteller and also send us the Neteller Account ID, so that the accounting team knows where to send the winnings. You can send the information to accounting [@] tangierscasino.com or give it to me in a private message here.

Please help resolve this Tangiers Casino issue. 

I have tried online chat and called casino as well as sent the below email to accounting and support at Tangiers with no response.

 

I withdrew winnings of $3,015 on Jan 11th (pending withdrawal) only to have it returned to my account Jan 15th.

This was due to a new credit card not verified which I then sent through the info on the 15th and received email from Wade on 17th that account is now again verified .

After sending this through I had the live chat remove the $0.02 bonus money so I could once again withdraw which they did and I withdrew $3,015 again on the 16th.

With this money sitting in pending withdrawal I deposited 2 separate $100 payments on 18th receiving bonus money but lost all.

Logging on today 19th I find the $3,015 that was pending withdrawal back in my account along with a $0.16 bonus money.

I asked live help plus phone call to remove the $0.16 bonus so I can withdraw this money for the 3rd time only to be told that I need to play through $3,860 to remove the $0.16 bonus money due to a $100 deposit I made yesterday.

This is ridiculous.

Please remove this $0.16 bonus so I can withdraw my already approved for withdrawal twice $3,015

Most casinos have a clause in their T&C stating that players are not allowed to take deposit bonuses whilst having a pending withdrawal. Don't know if Tangiers have this clause or not.

 

Nonetheless, I think Stumeister shouldn't have taken any deposit bonuses with his 2 deposits, knowing that his withdrawal was still pending. He should have cancelled those bonuses, either directly from his account, or via Live Chat...but then again, he might know of this requirement in the first place.

Afi4wins - here is what Tangiers site says regarding Bonuses:

 

Bonuses are for wagering purposes on the website only and cannot be withdrawn as cash. You cannot withdraw any winnings won when wagering with a bonus or deposit related to such bonus until and unless you have met the wagering requirements of any active bonus in your member account.

 

Did not think pending withdrawal was related to my after the fact 2 $100 deposits with bonus ?

The reasons for disallowing players to take any deposit bonuses whilst having a pending withdrawal is due to the implications inherent in the casino's financial system! Some casinos use this system, others don't - so some casinos do allow to take up deposit bonuses even with a pending withdrawal, without causing hitches in the financial system.

 

Depending on the financial system used, when a bonus is taken with a deposit, all the money is placed into a bonus account. All money in this bonus account cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been completed. That is straightforward enough, right? BUT...in certain systems, pending withdrawal money is still considered as in a bonus account, simply because it has not been paid out and released yet! So if there's a new bonus wagering requirements that needs to be completed first, all money, INCLUDING that withdrawal money, gets locked with the wagering requirements too...as what is happening with your withdrawal money at Tangiers! This is not a good system...but some casinos still use them!  :(

 

For comparison, some Playtech casinos allow taking deposit bonuses even immediately after making a withdrawal claim, and I have used this privilege very much to my benefit - but that was some years ago, and I finally got banned from taking anymore bonuses! Hahaha.  :p

I have played in many online casino's and these 2 are the world's worst for communication, customer service and every trick they can use to stall payment (with intention of you re-gambling and losing it). Live help and calling them are a waste of time if they respond at all. I will not be returning.

Thank you for all the details offered. 

 

Please note that we reviewed your account and found that when you asked on chat to have your 0.02 bonus money cancelled, they were. It is proof that they were successfully cancelled since you were able to make a payout request after (on the 16th). 

 

Your two deposits and deposit bonuses however had nothing to do with the already existent withdrawable balance, meaning if you were to go to My Account -> Bonus Overview you could have cancelled the remaining bonus (from the deposit bonus) and that amount would have been deducted along with any winnings from it, BUT NOT along with the $3,015 that was issued from a whole different bonus (that you placed in pending). 

 

The reason why your last payout request was declined (on the 19th) was due to the Verification Process. Should you have kept the cash balance available (not put it into play) and placed a new payout request, it would have been approved. 

 

We noticed that after you played down the balance you also claimed the weekly loyalty cashback to get you started on the games, which was added to your account and played as well.
