Many of these Casinos get black listed because of the relation with affiliates. Exactly what effect does it have to players??

 

Best casino and casino floor were two of the fastest paying casinos? Customer support was also perfect.

 

maybe I misunderstood? If someone can clear it up for me?

I dont know about Best Casino but as for Casino Floor they have the worst support  actually no support at all.Their live support doesn't exist any more and even if you email them they wont respond.My last email was on 18th June and still waiting for their response,i doubt that i will get any...

Soon after a de-blacklist occurred since we never received official confirmation from the affected parties, including NetEnt including, followed by an official warning which lasted for 6 months or so before being removed completely. A few weeks ago we received some new pieces of information which resulted in starting a new investigation. The results will be announced soon I hope, so stay tuned.

Yeah, let me just remind you that some other notorious brands such as Planet 7 and Cool Cat for example have been around for a decade too... 

 

The thing is that all the aforementioned brands, including Betway and Spin Palace, are currently holding a terrible AGCCS stats of at least 5+ unresolved complaints since the beginning of 2017. Hope you would agree that's not the behaviour we should encourage in any casino brand, let alone speaking about well established and once reputable brands...

Yep obviously agree with Valdes but it is sad to see these two go downhill. Never been a huge fan of Betway but Valdes will remember back in the day I was a big fan of Spin Palace it's where my love for Microgaming started. Well at least it was one of the casinos anyway. 

 

So yeah sincerely hope they can work things out and get back on the straight and narrow.
