NEVER PLAY ON Monopoly CASINO they have closed my account for self exclusion on another website and not refunding my deposits I would off only found out due to me getting in touch about a game not working Was still letting me deposit absolutely CON ARTISTS

They have closed my account due to a self exclusion on a completely different site on there network but I only found out as a game was not working so I went on live chat they have refused to give me my deposits back saying it's in the terms and conditions should of never taken my money from me if that was the case.

Looks like yet another case of an innocent player getting caught by the 'self-exclusion' clause.  :(

Guess there will be plenty more of such cases coming in the future.

 

Don't really know how to put a stop to this...but I can try one thing here though...

 

To all players that have made a self-exclusion at any casinos...

please undo that quickly and request for account closure instead! 

Alternatively, undo the self-exclusion but leave the account dormant...

without having any balance in the account, to avoid services charges!

I also opened an account with Monopoly Casino after relapsing due to dealing with major life stresses, my mother being diagnosed with terminal cancer and myself being diagnosed with stress, anxiety and depression.

 

Monopoly Casino never cancelled my account and continued to let me carry on throwing my money compulsively away - until I asked them why they were still allowing me to play when I was self excluded from their Starspins site and should have been self excluded from this one too.

 

Their response was that my previous account had the name Joe instead of Joseph and that I was not self excluded but that my account had been closed instead.

 

The conversation record from Starspins actually mentions self exclusion.

As it is Monopoly Casino are refusing to acknowledge any concern and I will have to raise it with the next complaint level..

 

While in this recent relapse Mania I also opened an account with SpinandWin who then closed my account with money in and refused to refund any deposits etc as my previous Daub Alderney Casino accounts were in the name Joe rather Joseph and with Paypal rather than Visa Debit - all address, email, name and dates of birth were all the same of course.

 

 

Mirror Bingo/Casino then suspended by account but when I queried why they allowed me to open one they had no response even they they had closed it!

I opened a new account with Monopoly Casino last night deposited £250 via paypal and played for an hour or two on various games got my balance up to £3000 and withdrew via paypal.

I tried logging in this morning and they have closed my account, i'm waiting to find out what's going on.

I have big issue with monopoly casino and now they close my account with a self exclude reason. I can make a complain here? They cause me serrious problem with the info from one big bet spin Worth 50 pounds

I was playng on one game on big bet 50 pounds spin and i took the feature. On the info from the game was write there that the expanding wild persist on the screen to the last game. And i took the expamding wilds on reel 2 and he expand the first 3 reels and afyer that spin he dissapear and another one i catch on reel 4..and expand on 4 and 5 reel. So IT was like wild screen but they dissapear. I read very good the info from the game amd everywhere is write that they persist on the screen

. From that point i start to speak with them on chat because IT cause me serrious problem and they say yes You are right. Pls let us to pass to tehniqual teem and we will rewiew the game and we will give You amswer in max 72 h. Afyer 24 h off course they answer and they said yes You took the expanding wilds but because You was in free spins the wild did not persist. So everything was ok You didn't lose any money. And i reply them that im not happy with the answer because nowhere in that info game on big bet 50 pounds dont write that If u catch the free spins on game the wild did not persist. Exactly that why i played on 50 pounds to catch the future to have chances for a wild screen

5 words you used which raised their hackles were (it caused me serious problems) I am a member of this casino and there sister sites any time I have been on live chat they always ask if I'm having issues with gambling ETC I suspect this is why your account has been closed which will include all Gameses sites just be aware of that.

These sites have some poor reviews all over the place I can honestly say I've had no issues what so ever.

What is the name of the game so we can look at the paytable and rules? If support are right about being in free spins mode then there is nothing you can do...tell us the game and we'll see if we can figure out if you actually have a case first.

The game isn't available to play on AG so I can't get the rules of the game up to check. Have you asked the casino to take the issue up with Barcrest?

Really really bad returns......

When opening an account i always only deposit small sums to get a feel for the site. I played 1 game (rainbow riches freespins) which i play on other sites regularly. In £100 and over 1000 spins i only won more than my stake a few dozen times. I worked out my return rate was around the %40 mark and got 0 freespin features, I decided to query the livechat team and voiced my concerns, they didnt seem shocked about the poor returns or bothered about my decision to close the account and were more bothered about asking if i was in control of my gambling (obviously to try and get me to self exclude as mentioned by many others.) Glad i only lost a small amoun5 and wont be returning to this site
