Medal of honour recipient....

Recommended Posts

Probably won’t -too lucrative :-)

Certain casinos, 48 hour pending doesn’t matter. Like thrills, super Lenny, casino luck, Betclic(13 days I still don’t have my withdrawL of 275€), Lucky Star and a few more. I don’t care. I play every other day or so, don’t care.

But......... Unibet, Leo, skills on net, Casumo, slots Million and a few more, 48 hour pending would result in account closure without hesitation.

Omnicasino is in a class of its own. Rare playtech offering Canadian players a chance to play. I keep my mouth shut about their 48 hour delay and let time take its course.

The latest recipient of this prestigious medal is LOUISE from Leo Vegas Casino...

Moments ago I telephoned Leo Vegas support regarding a 1000€ withdrawal initiated last night from a 20€ VISA deposit. Almost every casino returns a wirhdrawl right back to your last deposit.

I explained that I would probably lost 100€ if they paid back to MY ENTROPAY visa. The fees and transfer rates are ridiculous.

When she answered the phone with her beautiful English accent I knew immediately that she was a friendly agent who would solve my problem.

Without any regard for policy she took it upon herself and physically went to the relevant department to explain my situation. Within 10 minutes. A perfect example of a customer service representative going beyond her call of duty to make this possible. Ty Louise...

Her final response....

Hi Johnny,

It was an absolute pleasure speaking with you today.

I have spoken to the payments department and they have confirmed that you can withdraw to your bank, but please take note any fee's incurred will not be from LeoVegas.

If you would like for me to proceed with the withdrawal, please let me know in reply to this email.

Should you need further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to help!

Best Regards,

Louise

LeoVegas, Customer Support

Just as a side note... in the past we’ve been told that x1 playthrough and withdrawal back to deposit were AML controls... now we have 5% charges if don’t playthrough once and withdrawals to other methods more common. So... was this all bull ;-)

Can someone explain this quote in proper English to me? I’ve been looking at it for 5 minutes and for the life of me, have no Idea what t means?

Good to see LV are discretionary in applying their own Terms and Conditions - wonder if someone breaches their max bet will they be able to argue that they don’t apply their own terms consistently so what’s the big deal ;-)

Some casinos do break their own.... gowild casino once gave me 50 gift... max withdrawal 10x.... I won much more and they paid it.

Struggling to see what you don’t understand. I’ll break it down.

In the past, we have been told that players have to playthrough deposits once before withdrawal. It was stated that this was due to Anti Money Laundering rules. Now... we don’t have to play through once but will instead incur a charge of 5%.

Secondly, same reason as above for withdrawals back to same method of deposit. AML.

The point being - were these AML controls in the first place now that casinos are flippant as to withdrawing back to different methods and have replaced the x1 playthrough with a service charge.

In the future ask me, not anyone, if you want it spelled out a bit more as it’s got a bit more decorum about it.
