Hi guys,

 

Just wanted to give a heads up on Casumo and warn you off their site.

 

I only joined their site last week, started playing one of the slots and the game kept freezing, and then throwing me out.  Every time I went back in, it froze again, threw me out, its like it was re-setting as every time I started playing I was getting absolutely nothing.  I know this is the way gambling goes, believe me, but imagine being on a fruit machine and every 5 mins someone comes in and turns it off and changes it for a new one.  This annoyed me so I went into a bit of a spin and deposited 6 times, you know what it's like.  I've lost before so I'm not a sore loser, but as their games kept freezing and losing connection it just looked a bit dodgy.  Anyway £1500 later, nothing has paid, don't win a dicky and the game must have frozen over 20 times, kicked me out and it was like I was playing a fresh slot.  Then the casino told me I couldn't deposit any more so that was it, sometimes you have to put money in a slots game, be patient and wait for the pay out.  It's annoying when you're told you can't deposit any more, even if I was playing on a game that full of glitches I'd spent so much money I wanted to see if I could get some back.

 

Anyway, I called Casumo and they went on the defensive straight away, terrible service.  I just said look into the game servers and see how many times the game lost connection, they sent a bunch of links saying they're regulated and I should pick it up with games providers.  So beware, they'll completely brush off any responsibility of the games they make money from.  As a customer this really annoyed me that they responded like that immediately.

 

And it gets worse, they then shut my newly opened account just in case I made a chargeback request to the bank.  There was a remaining balance on the account, I had to email them about that, they would have kept it.  Now, they're making jump through lots of hoops just to get that remaining balance, probably won't be able to get that.  Another heads up, they also charged 2.5% for every debit card transaction I made ( i didn't know this at the time), not sure why on a debit card.  When I brought this up they ignored it.

 

In short, this is more about the games, they are really dodgy games with a few glitches ( they'll hopefully sort these out soon) and the staff are not helpful at all, on the verge of aggressive.

 

Steer well clear of casumo.......

If the internet connection is unstable or very weak whilst you're playing a game at any casino, the game will slag, drag, spin without stopping, or simply hang there like a dead screen, In fact, the screen is dead, because the game cannot proceed any further due to a lost or interrupted connection. Blaming all these on Casumo is not the right thing to do at all.

 

My ISP gives me these problems practically everyday of the week! Because my location is quite away from the nearest transmitter, making airborne internet connection slow as hhell at times. I use mobile broadband all the time, not ADSL, so I just have to live with these nuisances.

 

As for Casumo, I have been with them for 2 or 3 years now, yet I have not had any reason so far to make any complaint against Casumo. It is and has been my top favourite non-Playtech casino, I have made numerous successful deposits and withdrawals, without any hassles at all, except on a few rare exceptional occasions, but then again, no casino can be 100% perfect.  :rolleyes:

 

Perhaps your blaming Casumo for all your game problems is the main reason why their support team cannot offer you a more proper or friendlier customer service. To them, it is probably like trying to sweet talk an angry snarling dog to calm down!  :p

 

Needless to say, when you start barking at the host, the host will most likely bark back, maybe even more.

But sweet talk to them and they'll sweet talk to you too. Works everytime for me!  :D

Okay so first and foremost - this is what I've taken from your post.

 

Your telling us that you spent £1500 playing the same slot that just kept throwing you out and you never won anything? If this is what you are saying why on earth would you keep trying to play. Did you not consider the fact that it could be your internet connection and not the casinos fault. Did you not think about having a break and going back to the casino the next day?

 

I have also been a happy player at Casumo for a few years and I've never had a problem with their games or in fact their support.

 

I'm sorry but in now way is your post justified to tell players to stay away from the casino. But of course you are allowed your opinion but I have a feeling you won't get anyone that shares it with you.

We all know that casinos employ people such as yourselves to go on forums and talk up their products, it's a sad way of acquisition.

 

I was a Casumo customer, had a terrible experience, and would like to warn other players not to use them.  That is my opinion, but it is a justified one.

 

No problem with my connection, it's their games, but even then they ask you to contact the games provider.. mmmmmm !!!

I noticed you mentioned fruit machines in your first post, and "fresh slots"?? You do realise these games don't work like a fruity don't you? They don't return a set percentage of what you put in, you could deposit ten grand and still not be guaranteed to see a big portion of your losses returned.

 

And please don't suggest we work for the casinos, that's just preposterous. Theres no conspiracy here friend!

I can assure you we do not get paid or are under the employ of any casino to write reviews and promote their products.

 

You lost, deal with it, if you cannot grasp that, then  this aint for you.

 

I made a lot of deposits at Casumo but never reached withdrawal stage and that was okay for me, as i win a lot at other casinos all the time. But my experience with them has been superb. You cannot expect to win to like a casino.

 

You win some you loose some. This is not up for further discussion just accept it and move on!

:lol:  Vinny I can assure you I do not work for any casino. I am just a player like yourself and I am completely unbiased. If I think a casino is in the wrong believe me I will say and if you actually read our threads here you will see proof of that!

If only casinos were willing to pay us to review them, I know I would be willing to sign up! But I would never promise a Good review for money, only an honest one, and any casino that needs to pay for a review probably won't like what I have to say about them - the good guys can rely on the quality of their service already.

To original poster...... CASUMO is legit. Get over it and move on. Simple.

 

Valdes should close thread as it is not deserved.

 

I have chosen not to close the thread because I think every player is entitled to their opinion. The original poster has not posted aggressively and even though I completely disagree with what he has wrote he is still entitled to that opinion. Not every member will come here to the forum praising casinos we have to take the bad and the good. I think the replies to the original posted has more than settled this topic!

I have been playing at Casumo for a long time and for some reason I did like them more in the beginning than now but I still deposit regularly and I haven't had any experiences like yours. I have had support agents that can't help me (but it has happened in other casinos as well) and my worst experience at Casumo was about a month ago when my withdrawal was cancelled and I wasn't notified about it, but it still isn't a big deal. I'd still stand by them and would recommend.

 

A question for the author- if the game was freezing and you had tech issues- why weren't you playing on your phone? I always do that when I get issues on instant play.

Exactly blondie. There's always ways around it if you try. 

 

No casino is perfect and if any casino claimed to be perfect I wouldn't believe them. There will always be players who experience a problem somewhere it's just the way the world works.

Agreed it's great that we are able to have the discussion here even if we don't all agree with the op. I've also had zero issues at Casumo whatsoever but if people didn't come here and post when they have problems with a casino then the rogues would be able to keep on fleecing people indefinitely.

 

I sure do get bored with the "It's Rigged!" posts though!

Your experience couldnt be any further removed from my own. Ive been a member of Casumo now for nearly 12 months and I have nothing but praise for them!  Good selection of Slots and lightning fast pay-outs.  I live out in the stix , which means our connection here is often poor, but I dont have a problem with Casumo.

Yep! Yawn, Yawn, Yawn, Yawn!! What I find bizarre though is people that are convinced the games are rigged keep depositing! It just makes absolutely no sense to me. Why would you throw your money away if you think the games are rigged  :lol:

This site is all about opinions, and my opinion is that Casumo isn't a good company.  So it's only fair to warn other players, simple as that.

 

I'm not even saying it's Rigged, there was obviously a problem with game as it kept freezing and kicking me out.  That doesn't make a happy customer.  Are you guys unhappy because any negative comments may effect your little affiliate deals.....ah well, promote a better casino.

 

And for the people who say don't expect it be paid out like a casino.  OMG, Wake up !!!!  You can't have casino in the name and then say it's not one.  They have the same  principals on RTP, progressive's are different but this isn't one.

 

Casumo, just man up!!!!.... your game was bad ( plus you add 2.5% on every debit card transaction which they'll ignored every time I've mentioned it).

We totally respect your opinion Vinny, and are just giving ours in return. I don't have any affiliate deal personally I just like the forum!

 

I don't think anybody said don't expect it to be paid out like a casino? I mentioned these slots aren't fruit machines, don't know if that might be what your referring to. I totally agree with you, it must have been very frustrating if the games are booting you out constantly - it doesn't mean your net getting a fair game though.

 

The 2.5% is a bit rubbish too, admittedly. Have you looked at getting a Skrill account maybe? You can deposit via Skrill straight into the casino via your card and dodge the fees from both Skrill and the Casino :)

Who's unhappy? I'm happy! I don't think anyone who has replied here is unhappy! As you have given your opinion we have given ours simple as that. People have come here and replied with their own experience. 

 

I did warn you in my very first post of you read it again that I don't think you'll find anyone here who shares your opinion and I said that because I like to think I know our members very well and I know Casumo has always been a popular casino here.

 

And in regards to your comment about 'affiliate deals' - I actually think it's you who needs to "wake up" as you say. Any member is free to come here and share any opinion they have about any casino we have in our directory or indeed about casinos we don't have! It's a free forum, a free world! It makes absolutely no difference to me, but I will always come back with my opinion as will all our other members here.

Why would I delete it?  

My bad experience with Casumo could prevent another unassuming casino player, that could only be a good thing.

And they wouldn't have to go through the painful process I went through.

 

I think raverbabe means we could delete the post as opposed to you.

 

Vinny we absolutely invite anyone to come and share their experience at the end of the day that's what this forum is all about. It's just on this occasion you've happened to have a bad experience at a casino that's extremely popular, and that's just the way it goes.

 

Please don't take any posts personally members (including myself) have just responded with their opinions and on this occasion they have been far from yours. However I hope you continue to share your experiences at others casinos you play in because we really do welcome that, good or bad.
