Okay, dear Afi, let me try to bring some clarity to all the observations and suggestion you shared above. :)

 

First of all...

 

It must be for good, we all miss our Playtech master when he is away for more than just a couple of days. :D

 

It has been already reported and suggested for correction where and if possible. 

 

It is still there actually...

Quick question, on my mobile when I click on the notications icon and i want to scroll down my notification list, it disappears displaying the page I am on, anyone else experiencing this? So which in essence means I cannot click on any notifications just view it.

We used to be able to view and make any necessary changes to our profiles, but the new way seems to have omitted editing of profile avatar, removing unwanted conversations and personal messages, which is rapidly building up in numbers since all my notifications are now appearing there instead of appearing in my emails as before. I've tried changing my notification preferences but haven't found a satisfactory solution yet, or maybe I'm missing out something somewhere.

 

Any suggestions as how to manage the Personal Messenger Inbox and notifications please?  :huh:

We used to be able to view and make any necessary changes to our profiles, but the new way seems to have omitted editing of profile avatar, removing unwanted conversations and personal messages, which is rapidly building up in numbers since all my notifications are now appearing there instead of appearing in my emails as before. Hey Afioso i go to my inbox like this "listen carefully" (this is from Alo,Alo comedy  :D ) Go to slot reviews and under your pic you'll see "message"so click the message word and voila you are in you inbox  ;)

Hmmm...okaaaay...so that's one way to get into my messenger inbox...but rather a long way, don't you think so darling? I mean, I have to search for one of my reviews first, open it, find my pic, click the 'message' below it...and voila...I'll be there. OR...I put my cursor on the 'Bell' notification icon, click on any of the personal messages...and voila...I'll be there in the messenger too...shorter and quicker way, no?  ^_^

 

But...I just found out how to change my avatar quickly...simply click on my pic, the avatar location is then opened from my hard disk location, and voila...I can change my avatar if I want to. No...I don't want to. But...just to tell you. That...I found the way to. But anyway...thank you!  :D

Afi - to change your avatar you need to:

 

1. Hover over your current picture in the top right hand corner and where it says 'Good Morning.....' and then your name you will see the little settings symbol

2. Click this to bring up your settings

3. Go to 'Edit Profile'

4. Click on your current avatar which should open up a box with your files

5. Find the picture you want to change it to and double click it

6. Click 'Save Changes' at the bottom of your screen

The easiest way I have found to access your personal messages is to 

 

1. Hover over the notifications bell in the top right of your screen

2. Find the notification where you have received a message and click it which will take you to the message

Have clicked the 'Message' icons in your settings as well as the 'Bell' Icon like this ...

Hmmm....thats weird Afi  :huh: iam getting every notification and emails as well,it might be something in your settings you could check.

Maybe due to my ISP?...the blardy culprit for most of my problematic issues?  :angry:
