Maximum cashout at Madame Chance Casino?

Update in this Case.

 

After 2 days where nothing happend, I spoke 10 minutes ago with the guy, which Fiekie247 mentioned. They still didn't receive my letter. So i gave him the Trackingnumber and he told me that they will care about it. It was also stated, that I will get a response in a timeframe of 24 hours.

 

This guy was really capable, thumbs up for him & I hope that I soon will have the money on my bank account. I'll keep you updated

Update: 

After I talked to "Morgan Richards" the letter finally arrived on Friday. In Contrast to their promise, I didn't got an Email. I saw it, because I checked the tracking code. Till now, nothing new in my Case. It seems they want to sit it out. I am waiting for 3 Weeks now and it starts to get annoying. 

 

If nothing happens till tomorrow Afternoon, I will talk to customer Service again. I'll keep you updated!

I got an email offer from this casino for 250% bonus. I had previously played the welcome bonus and I knew that there is 11x withdrawal limit so I went to ask support is it same for this unlimited offer and they told me its just for the welcome bonus. So I made a deposit wagered the money and when I tried to withdraw I've been told the max cashout is 11 times my deposit.  I have 24k balance and I only can cash out 550 now.

Stay away from this casino boys....

Well live chat was wrong about this. All there bonus offers have a max cash out limit. The only time you will play at Madam chance with no withdrawal restrictions is if you do not accept any bonus offers.

 

Another thing, you cannot deposit without taking a bonus. You either accept bonuses all the time or they disable you from receiving bonuses in future - Which means if you disable bonuses you cannot claim bonuses in future. So they need to enable the bonus feature again. But they will not be disabling and enabling it all the time, they will tell you , that you need to decided whether you want bonuses or not and stick to it.

 

I am trying to get more information regarding this matter and will advise once i have the answer.

 

However i am regular player and i like this casino and do not think i would stop playing here btw.

First of all, hello and welcome to AskGamblers. 

 

Have always believed that the best way to defend yourself is to tell nothing, but the truth and not just a fraction of it, but all the truth. 

 

You had a complaint against the aforementioned casino which has been rejected as unjustified with the reason you didn't follow casino terms and the quoted rule below in particular.  

 

 

 

...13.5. We reserve the right to limit withdrawals to 10 times the player's last deposit amount. Any additional winnings will be removed upon processing the withdrawal....

 

Obviously, as much as I consider such terms to be disgustingly unfair and against players best interests, rules are rules and must be followed once accepted. Simple and clear... 

 

As for their support, I am not surprised to see they are not providing support service on the desired and required level for a decent online casino. As long as your queries refer to deposits and bonuses it's all okay, but wait to see how rapidly this one would change if you start asking questions about delayed withdrawals and/or verification... :( 

 

Anyways, my advice for you would be to accept this case, learn your lesson and move on.

It's getting more and more ridicolous. I am now speaking with one of their support-agents, and they told me that they havent received the notary copy yet.

 

The funny part is, I have the tracking Code and can prove that they have received it last friday. No words for this.

 

€: Live Agent did a further investigation and confirmed me, that they have gotten the Letter, but didn't forwarded it to the financial department. Good Thing is, I took a Screenshot of this Conversation so they can't tell me things like "We didn't received anything" ....

Interesting and you have to wonder why the casino decided to do this... I mean the rule is completely scandalous in the first place so maybe they just have it so they can invoke it when they suspect they are being taken for a ride by some kind of scammer or advantage player who hasn't technically broken any of their other rules so far. 

 

Either way real glad you got paid, maybe be more careful with choosing where to play before depositing next time though and save yourself the headache and the stress of wondering if you will get paid later!

They haven't paid me anything yet. They also wont answer to my emails, I have sent the same email 3 times but nothing. 

I bet if I would ask help with my deposit they would answer in 3 sec.

 

Maybe it is just about time to use AGCCS /AskGamblers Casino Complaints System/ and submit a complaint against the aforementioned brand for delaying your payment.

Hi! Quick question, I checked out the new list and joined Madame chance, as soon as I deposited I realised they we're owned by the same company as euromoon etc who are black listed...I asked them twice in chat and they denied it! Anyway, I just wanted too play through my deposit and get out, anyway I won (I'm up to a thousand) and of course kept below the 30% of your last deposit max bet ! (Not a good term and condition!) but I spotted a new one....max withdrawal is 10 times your last withdrawal and the rest gets removed when it's processed! Am I reading it right? I deposited 25...therefor I can only withdraw 250 and the rest gets removed? I'm hoping not! Either way it's the last time I ever will deposit, and slightly shocked they have a rating of over 7 :-(

Why would you ask them if their are sister company of euromoon? Surely they would denied it and will tell you we are a separate company from them. Next time I would suggest before joining a casino make a review search on google. It wont hurt to do some searching than being scammed by those crooks.

Today I got an Email of the guy to whom I talked on Thursday. He confirmed, that they received the notary copy and told me that my withdrawl should be processed shortly. This Email came totally unexpected for me. I let You guys know what happens. Maybe they are just slow ^^

I personally contacted him 2 days ago regarding your matter.

 

He called me yesterday to advise your withdrawal will be processed. He mentioned he could not get hold of you on the number you supplied and he would email you.

 

I also advise him that Madam Chance should get a forum rep on here.

I doublechecked my mobile number, it's the right one, I don't know why he couldnt contact me via phone. 

 

 

Good point of you. I also think they should put someone in here, which cares about the problems user have. I mean, if I google "madamechance + withdrawl" one result is redirecting me to this thread, in which are more complaints then positive words. I truely believe, that they could easily get a better reputation with minimal efforts.

 

There is also another result from a different site like askgamblers where opinions are even worse.

Must admit that what you're doing here, trying to help the player using your own contacts with the casino manager is indeed a praiseworthy act and deserves a huge thumbs up! :good:

 

Despite your heroic efforts though, I guess everyone reading this story would realize sooner or later that such situation is not only unusual, but in fact completely ridiculous, simply because each and every casino with a bare minimum of self-respect would never play such a stupid tricks to avoid and/or stall payments. :(

Is five days about the usual time it takes for payments to reach you? Hope they aren't messing with you Schnapp0r.

Depends on when they exactly send me the money. Banktransfer can last 2-3 or in some cases even 4 days. I hope I will see the money on friday on my bank account.

Nonetheless there is a big "BUT". I waited for a sum of 1900€ 4 Weeks thats just too long. In addition there were plenty of problems I faced. 

 

1. I never had to send any other casino a notary copy of my ID

2. I send them like 8 Screenshots/Documents of my Bank Account in order to verify it. Happened never before.

3. If i had not send the letter with the option to track it, I believe they would simply said, that they didn't got the letter.

4. I had to supervise the whole process. 

5. Lack of Communication

 

HUGE thumbs up for Shafiek who really helped me with his contacts. 

 

Madamechance gives a nice Bonus. Therefore there are some <removed> T&C which I understand. What I don't understand is this slow withdrawl process. This really <removed> me up in the meantime. They really should improve there Service Quality and Speed. 

 

I am also thankful for the rest of you who wished me the best :) Great Community!
