My experience in 32Red Casino

I got data from them and while on Bonus my RTP was over 100% - could not press a button but I won!  Ended up with hundreds that of course, I could not withdraw as the Bonus Wagering Requirements were for thousands and so so had to "play it all away" over a few days.  Never did quite fulfill the wagering, although I got close.  Then IMMEDIATELY my balance returned to 0.00 and the wagering withdrawal restiriction were gone and I deposited more money, my RTP went down to twenty something percent.

Waited a week or so and played other places, then went back.   RTPs then averaged somewhere between the 2 extremes above, but after a month or so my RTP was still and way below their adversised rates and I never won enough at one time to make a withdrawal (although once won about £50 and should have withdrwan it - but thought I'd try to win as big as I had when on Bonus and lost it).

Remember - I never actually made a withdrawal all the time I was there.

RTP was still well "below what they would like to see", and so I was given a load of free spins to try to bump it up, which it did slightly - but even then, my overall my RTP just made it to about 80%.

Asked for a "gesture of goodwill " but not forthcoming - and Manager a bit aggresive / overly defensive / accusing me of doubting / questioning the integrity of casino etc - and insiting the RTPs were fine etc.  I left.

So why don't you just move on to a different casino?

Did I already ask it? Still can't work out why though?

Well - I had to join and play there for a while in order to discover the low RTP - and after that I did leave 32Red (as I said in one of my 2 post above) - because my experiences there lead me to the conclusion that I had very little chance of ever winning there - and I was unwilling to spend any more of my money to find out IF my RTP would eventually go up.

Oh    Now I see it. The very last two words 'I left'. I read your post three times and skipped this every time! Sorry Scotty.

I guess I'm not the crazy after all

I really do not understand why people keep complaining about certain casinos or gaming providers. There are winners and losers, if you play you cannot expect to win. Are people paraoid nowadays? Sure there are some rogue casinos out there but I know for a fact that 32red is not one of them.

You are responsible for your own doing. If you are a sore loser then my best guess is to quit playing. Like ValDes said earlier, if you have an issue with games you should complain to the gaming provider and not the casino itself.

Casinos are only the middle man. Sure we all lose sometimes and I'm pretty sure that every players also win a couple of times in their gambling life.

I think this kinda topic will never ends.

When you win there's nothing to complain about and when you lose it looks like the end of the world. Get a grip!

...  if you play you cannot expect to win.

Well I think people can and do expect to win ... at least I do ... at least some of the time ... or what would be the point? ... because it's not just "playing" ... it is spending money in the hope of winning more ...  isn't it?  We are talking about gambling after all, not paying a fee to a club to be entertained or play a sport for a while.

It's not realy that entertaining without the chance of winning, is it?  I could just play a slot simulator ... and sometimes I have so I can "enjoy the play" and the bonus features etc ... and when I do that I risk nothing ... (except dissapintment if I won BIG .. but am not playing actual money!) ... an dof course I do not have the thrill that comes with the possibility and actuality of winning ...

.. but then ... come to think of it ... except when on a Bonus ... I never got that at 32Red either!  Although I have ... and do ... both win and lose other places.

So I suppose that is what I am "venting" about ... the fact that my experince there destroyed my hope / faith that winning was possible there.  I do not know if they are the most honest casino out there or what ... and in a way that is not the issue ... but I do know that my experience with them was became devoid of the thrill of winning and the hope of winning.

I suppose you never play there again if you are not satisfied with them. Your bad luck had nothing to do with the casino itself like I said before. Casinos do not own the games and therefore if the outcome of your gaming session is disappointing it's simply bad luck. One time I have played about 300 spins without any bonus round triggered. I lost 450 euro within an hour. At first I couldn't believe it but it is possible to have the worst luck ever.

A few days later I gave the game a second chance and I managed to win my losses back with a small winning at the same casino.

First time I played at a casino I also expected some winning but nowadays I always play like I'll lose because everytime you expect to win and you don't...that is my friend, the worst feeling ever.

Don't blame the casino, blame the game ;)

Hi Leo.

I am curious to know how you know for a fact that this casino is not one of them like your post says. Would you care to tell us exactly how you know 100% certain? Thank you so much

Because I'm a member of their casino for years and sure I lost some but then again I also managed to win some. Everybody has different opinion about certain casino but that's mostly depends on their gaming experience. In my opinion 32red is a great casino, I've never had any issues with them. If you lose, don't go Sherlock Holmes on them. I only read/hear things from players when they're losing but when it comes to winning they just shut their mouth. I've never read/heard 'hey casino, I won too much, here's some money back for you!' Complaints come mostly when they're losing. Sore loser? Don't play!

Well to get straight to the point - No casino would ever be able to satisfy all players, PERIOD!!!

Some casino work for me but do not work for others. I heard a lot of bad stuff about videoslots how people are not happy about the cashback system, the trophies , that its all a scam etc. But I love videoslots (My number 1 casinos)- I mean everything at this casino is wager free, but apparently some people out there are not happy about wager free stuff. Same happen with Casumo, people believe this casino is rogue and even created a post topic about it, while we do not share the same opinions.

So in the end videoslots works for me and do not work for others and the same for Casumo. I cannot play at 32red because I am restricted on microgaming and i accepted that. You do get people who will get upset because their country are not allowed to register at 32red.

So all this arguing back and forth, the same thing are being said over and over :

1,) No Casino can satisfy all players, so if you not happy, move to the next where you find your luck... - People still fail to understand this concept and want to complain about the casinos for something that is out of the casinos control.

2,) You win some , you lose some - Now this is a concept everyone has to make peace with, because if you still cannot understand this, then you should stop gambling immediately.

.

Could not agree more!!! I've never understood why some players stay at the same casino loss after loss after loss! Something I'll never get

Isn't it funny how the return to player is different on every single casino?

Maybe that's why people like to complain.

Some people make deposits, for six months at two different casinos, offering the exact same games. And the return to player percentage is off by 30 points.

Maybe that's why people are questioning the integrity of certain casinos

I personally, play on six different casinos. I am a profitable player this year,

All six of them have me with an RTP of 98-188%+

I would never question the integrity of the casinos that I play on.

But if one of those casinos had me at 70%, after so many deposits, then I would probably try to understand why?

If you take a coin, and flip it 1000 times, the variance should not be more than one or 2%. That theory should apply when you make over 1000 deposits which is what I've done this year, and for me, I trust the casinos that I play on 100%.

People need to understand, everything has to balance, and if it doesn't, they will usually question the result variance.
