Promoting Casinos with long pending periods

Hi!

 

I would like to give you some feedback on your page and business here at Askgamblers. First, i need to state that Askgamblers is a great page and i appriciate what you do here. Especially the complaints section, were you help gamblers with casinos causing problems or refusing to pay.

 

When that is said, i'd like to give a suggestion on the way you promote casinos.  Recently when i have visited Askgamblers.com i am greeted at the front page with a promotion for a new or existing casino. When i look at the review for this casino i see that some of the casinos promoted have pending periods up to 72 hours. Some even 96 hours.

 

So my question is: Why do you promote casinos that has such a long pending period on withdrawals? If you agree with me and most of the gamblers out there, there is no need for pending periods at all...

 

I know that Askgamblers has to make money to be able to run this page, and that you are probably paid by how many signs up at the different casinos via your page. Does these casinos (with long pending periods) pay more or is it just that you need all the income you can get? :-)

 

Askgamblers.com is one that actually can do something about this pending period thing, If you promote casinos that has no or very short pending period, you will generate more players for the casinos actually taking this seriuosly. Thus, the casinos with long pending periods would have to change their ways...

Hi Gambln456 and welcome to the forum.

 

None of us like long pending periods but the reason why we have so many different casinos here is because we are all different. Each of us enjoys playing at different casinos, so we have to cater for everyone. Take Playtech Casinos for example - most of these have a 4 day pending period, if we were to only have casinos with the pending period you suggested we'd have no Playtech Casinos.

 

And just because a casino has a longer pending period than others it doesn't mean they're not going to pay. We don't tell members which casinos to play in, what we do is give the option of over a thousand, the rest is up to you - the player.

Agree with you Coco and most of the time pending periods are used to verified your account. Once your account is verified I most def. believe the withdrawal transaction time will be shorter than the first one. My advise to you, if you are planning to have a long time period of playing at a certain casino, you should send the documents they needed for verifying your account and once it's done, you can relax and enjoy. And always read the terms!

Nobody likes long pending periods personally I don't even like 2 hour pending periods :D I want my money instantly after I make a withdrawal. Mr.Green for example and a lot of other casinos offer that. End result advertising is one thing your choice of a casino is another. if you don't like the pending period don't play. Easy as that. And by the way a lot of casinos with long pending periods have very little problems with payouts. All you have to do is wait it out.

I have had some serious major setbacks with long pending periods...I got so fed up of waiting that I reversed my withdrawal and played it to zero balance...then I excluded myself from playing at the casino ever again...for life!

 

Surprise or not...FRUITY CASA was one of them!

I have had some serious major setbacks with long pending periods...I got so fed up of waiting that I reversed my withdrawal and played it to zero balance...then I excluded myself from playing at the casino ever again...for life!

For Jelena's sake...and only for Jelena's sake...I did not publicize the stupid problems I faced with the people at Fruity Casa Casino! 5 days or so of waiting to get my documents approved...nothing! When I checked with their live chat host, I was asked to resubmit my documents...nothing in their records! After resubmitting, more waiting...and still nothing.

 

Then an email came from the finance dept again (2nd time) requesting me to SUBMIT my docs!!! WTF!!!

 

I replied back in a nasty way that my docs had been resubmitted earlier on and the live chat host had confirmed receiving it. I named the person. Next day, a reply came back and said I do not have to submit or resubmit my documents. 4 or 5 days later, I got my payments. Total waiting and wasted time? I can't remember exactly...I was so pissed off that my brain has removed the details on this incident from my memory! No...I don't want to check back my emails for the details...enough is enough!

 

Such people at any casino simply blows my mind and my patience away. No second chances from me ever! :angry:

Allow me answer your question...

 

 

Why do you promote casinos that has such a long pending period on withdrawals?

 

Basically, we list and promote any online casino we have reviewed, regardless of its pending period or general withdrawal time frames. We give our players all the information such as general casino facts, payment information, real users feedback, complaints, etc etc and leave them draw their own conclusions. We also use a too called Casino Rank which calculate casino rankings in real time based on dozens of different factors and all the information we have. 

 

Now, whether you will choose a casino with short or long pending period is your own preference and we gave you another tool called Filters which could help you easily create a list of online casinos meeting your own criteria.

When I checked with their live chat host, I was asked to resubmit my documents...nothing in their records! After resubmitting, more waiting...and still nothing.

I am always dead serious when dealing with casinos and casino people...it's all about 'business'!

 

With real people...geeeees...I can be as soft as melted ice-cream...or stubborn as a mule! :D

It's either you like me...or you like me still...as long as the mule has not kicked your 's'...hahahaha. :lol:

It's just one more of many strange peculiar things that happened to me before the Monkey god takes over (chinese new year). I know most of you are not superstitious and don't believe in such things...but I must admit that I am almost always affected by these changes! Don't ask me why please...I just cannot explain it!

 

I have accepted everything as 'supposed to happen and did happened'...I can't change anything now or then...and I am moving on with my 'new' life...after recovering from all those crazy things that had happened to me.

 

I think you know better than anybody else here, regarding what I am saying, about what I have been saying, right darling?...and I know you cannot put it in words either...just like me. ^_^

I was indeed so mad at those people at Fruity Casa...either for being careless...ignorant...or indifferent...I just don't know...and I simply couldn't believe what was happening then. The Live Chat host was friendly and helpful...and it was him that accepted my docs and confirmed it.

 

The finance people, on the other hand, are a bunch of...errrrr...whatever!!! Mike, the so-called Manager, NEVER replied my email...someone else did...but purposely (I guess) didn't put any name to it.

 

Jelena darling, I am honestly thinking that what's over just let it be over...no point in waking up the sleeping dogs in the finance dept...hahahaha.

 

Sorry darling...nothing concerning you of course...and I was thinking of you all that while too...didn't want to mess up your chances of winning an award...and for Fruity Casa too. Now both have won something...fair and good enough for me, hehehe.

That much I know...and there was absolutely nothing I could do anymore!

 

Remember I told you about my dream that a light came down...you got stuck at the door...I was left outside...???

Well...that was the beginning...and that was the end too...and I was really hoping and wishing that you can understand and comprehend everything that happened after that dream. Very painful...very heartbreaking...but 'que sera sera'... :sorry:

But I can't leave things this way, no matter if you'll ever come back to Fruity Casa. You know that I support fairness, so I want us to check what happened and where it stuck, because it's not nice and for the future is good to know what things are not working good and what should be fixed!
