What not to do if you win a jackpot!

So, we all talk about what we would do if we won the jackpot. Now our team have come up with 7 things you SHOULDN'T do!

What not to do if you win a multimillion dollar jackpot

Have a read and let me know what you think, If I am going to be completely honest I think there's some things that are listed that I WOULD DO and wouldn't mind it!

1. Agree, and in fact we talked about this in another thread, I wouldn't go public however I 'd tell you all here

2. Agree - With that much money in your bank you need a professional to help you deal with it and put it where it needs to go

3. Disagree - If I won a multimillion dollar jackpot to ***** with not going crazy - I deserve it, I'd buy what I wanted, spoil my entire family etc etc

4. I;m afraid this one I'm 50/50 - I would make purchases but all within reason

5. Totally agree with this one

6. Disagree - In fact I think this one is down to the individual. It won't give everyone poor spending habits, maybe certain people but not everyone. I'd change my life for the better and as soon as I could

7 - Yep agree! Never forget where you came from!

What do you mean to put all your winnings back into gambling?

If you won a multimillion jackpot would you carry on gambling? I don't think I would! Why would I need to!

because... especially in such a situation:

your casino neeeds you.

:D  :D  :D  :D  :D

Wish you to hit that jackpot, mate and then please don't forget to call me.... I promise to open a brand new online casino, specially for you, offering you insane bonuses. :p

If I won that kinda money I probably build my private casino room with a private bar, 5 big curved televisions that connected to my tablets and a big leather half a circle shaped couche with (a smaller) the same shaped of table made of glass. Of course I help my family first but that's something everyone would do.

Yep I agree, I'd probably work out what I could give to my brothers and sisters and my parents and obviously my children, Once I've made sure they have theirs I'd be looking to purchase a new home, new cars etc. And then a holiday booked for the family, all bills would be paid off in full and then I would go on one h*ell of shopping trip! It would absolute bliss...I guess we can all dream right?

A friend of mine told me once : money doesn't make you happy...well, how about share them with me? suddenly he lost his tounge. :D

Money alone doesn't make you happy but you can buy something makes you happy with it.

The truth is money = power...the wealthier you are the more power you have.

Get bored quickly with the money you've won? I'm afraid I think I'd be the complete opposite!

Haven't you learned anything from movies? :) It's not money that motivates people, but the sense of power and success that comes with it. Like in Wolf on Wallstreet, Jordan Belfort can't be step away from the company even when he gets a free out because without it he's just a millionaire with all the material items in the world and nothing to do. Money is just a means to an ends. What would you use it for? I'm sure you have plenty of dreams

But sometimes what goes on in movies doesn't easily translate to things that happen in real life. Exaggerations I mean. Pretty sure there are people who just want to spend more money than they have, or maybe they need to because they have dreams they want to fulfil and stop it at that (and probably gamble it away lol or invest it somewhere).

As for me, probably I'll invest what I won't gamble. But it's pretty hard considering gambling is my life. :D

I'm swaying to agree with you there Awena. People say "money doesn't make the world go round" or "money won't make you happy" but to some extend both of those statements are wrong.

I think money does make the world go round, most things in life now revolve around money it's just the way the world is.

Yes dear Sharon,it's the way the world is.

We do need money and I am not all about money but it's very important.
