    Microgaming Mega Moolah Slot Jackpot Accepted As Guinness World Record

    I couldnt believe my eyes when I saw these super exciting news and this is something worth everyone attention in my humble opinion guys!

     

    The Guinness World Record for the largest slot jackpot ever won goes to the famous Mega Moolah slot developed by Microgaming !!!

     

    Microgaming has been awarded with one of the most desirable prizes that can be won in gaming industry.

     

    The history in online gambling industry has been written on 6th of October when Jon Heywood,a 26 years old soldier from Cheshire  became a winner of 17.8 milion euros worth jackpot which was gained via one of the most popular slot games,Mega Moolah!

     

    Betway and Microgaming have submitted  the evidence of the biggest jackpot ever to the Guinness world record board,including even ratification from eCOGRA.

     

    The process of the approval was not easy ,yet the final decision is positive and the jackpot is now officially confirmed as the world record!

     

    Mega Moolah is the representative of the award and it will be remembered in gambling industry forever.

     

    Spokesperson gor Guinness World record commented on the news.

     

    “I’m pleased to confirm that the Guinness World Records title for the largest jackpot payout in an online slot machine game is €17,879,645.12, which was won by Jonathan Heywood, while playing Microgaming’s Mega Moolah on Betway's website. And Jon is certainly in the moolah now, thanks to his exceptional stroke of luck,” the spokesman said.

     

    On the other side Roger Raatgever,CEO of Microgaming  comment ..

     

    “We’ve achieved many industry records over the years, but to be officially awarded a Guinness World Records title is a special and proud moment for us all. It cements our position in providing the largest and most exciting progressive jackpot network in the industry. We can’t wait to hang the certificate in our office reception,” CEO commented.

     

    The luckiest man on the earth Jon Heywood succeeded to win millions of euros by investing only 25p and making a single spin.

    Exactly Coco and let me add that I found this as a perfect example of the slot randomness.

     

    As for bet size,its really crazy but when you are lucky even miracles happen .

     

    I am glad that Microgaming received their well deserved prize.

    It's hard to even begin to imagine how your life would change isn't it. I mean we all day dream of winning big like this but when reality actually sets in that you have won it must be one of the best feelings in the world.

    It is incredible but I wouldn't go public. H3ll there are people in my own family I wouldn't even breathe a word to about it. In fact only a few people know I spin the slots.

    But saying that I'd see that an amazing contest was held here at Askgamblers with an enormous prize pool should I ever come into a vast fortune like that, maybe a big party for everyone to attend and I pay the flights to the UK.  ;)

    You wouldn't go public....but don't some casinos state in their terms that if you win the jackpot your name will be published!

     

    I wouldn't want to go public either, not just with a slot jackpot but if I won the lottery or any sum of money in the millions from somewhere. Whilst I'd want to shout it from the rooftops there are far too many jealous people out there, going public is asking for trouble IMO.

    Nah you don't have to I remember the jp was one a few year ago and the guy was anonymous another one had the initials A.D and that's all it told you. No other information.
