I have dealt with many people as u all have. There are some support agents that are a step above the rest.

 

Alex/Sam from luck and next are amazing and always efficient.

 

Thi baud from DUBLIN is incredible

 

Nat from LEO is also amazing....

 

Amanda from video slots(sorry for the swearing back then) is a pure professional.

 

BUT.......there is one agent who basically leaves everyone in his wake....

 

RYAN from NETBET..... This guy is fast, efficient, fixes every problem without even having to ask, polite and always ready to be there for a player. Good job Ryan...

  I'm terrible for remembering names so I'm sorry I can't give anyone the recognition they deserve, but I too have come across some great customer support agents!

 

One of my best ever chat conversations is at a casino which I don't even remember now! How bad is that! My memory is just awful. But she was so friendly we were literally chatting about everything in life, not gambling at all!

 

However some of best support agents come from Guts Casino, VideoSlots, Redbet and BetAt. Trada Casino also have great customer support although my experience there is very little at the moment but I'd like to think the service I received last week is consistent.

 

Flipping this over to the worst customer support - hands down SkillonNet Casinos!
