But why?? are they that bad,last year i had successful withdraw of 200 euros,no problems at all,buuut what bothers me,why they are asking again my IBAN and SWIFT from my bank account,when i send them last year when they verified my account,isn't that odd  ?? to ask again same things??

You ask me why and then you said you are bothered by the fact they request your IBAN and SWIFT code again... 

 

In my humble opinion, a casino licensed and regulated in Costa Rica means it is not regulated at all. If you have some doubts try to submit a formal complaint in front of their licensing authority and see what's gonna happen...

I don't think so hun, I don't recall the casino I used to have to withdraw to my bank and give these details but I do remember having to enter my IBAN and BIC more than once for my withdrawals. I remember because they are always such a paid to get hold of and I had to ring my bank every time!

Agreed I no longer play Medusa 2, not a scratch on its predecessor IMO and I've never been a huge fan of Barber Shop. In fact totally gone off Thunderkick games just can't win on them!
