Edited: I have some serious doubts in RTG-Casinos

Recommended Posts

Hi,

we all know about the Bad payment tactics of the Real Time Gaming Casino line. Casinos like CoolCat, Grand Wild and a lot of other Casinos that use this Software. But in Main this is only a little part of the way how they are Cheating and steal MILLIONS from all the honest Gamblers that try to have some luck to be one of the Big winners.

But what seems to be undiscoverd until today is that the values of the RTG or ROI rates they promisse from about 98% are manipulated by them in a highly abusive way. For me this looks clearly illegal.

We all know the pretty nice Freechip offers that they all have. Like other honest Casinos also, ..... but in the case of the RTG Casino line there are some diffrences. All Casinos have a typical max. Cashout in these free Money. What normally result in that Way that a Freechip player plays on a slot to getthe wagger requirement and often win a amount over the max. cashout. If the requirement is reached the amount above the max. cashout will be removed from the Balance.

And who get it? Ahhh yes, .... the Casino. So the Slot have his promissed payout of 98%, but the Casino get there already a lot of Money out of the Mashine that will never come back to the Gamblers.

But this is not the BIG issue.

The RTG Casinos are way more cheating.

All honest Casinos are blocking the Jackpot and Progressive Jackpot slots for the Freechip-Players. The RTG group dont do that. Absolutly not, why they should. They let all the Freechip users win the Big Jackpots and let them finish the requirements. And after that they take the thousends of $ and only remove them from the Account. The Jackpot is payed, the slot still have the very good payout rate. The Casino the Big Money and the honest Player that deposit is the dump guy that invest and invest in a Jackpot that will never be payed to anyone.

I won 2 Jackpots by my self on RTG Casinos while using a Freechip. So i could see with my own eyes how it works. And be sure, we talk here about a very massive amount of Money.

Maybe think about it .....

Greets, a friendly Gambler.

You make some great points. I've often wondered about Jackpot hits while playing with a maximum payout coupon or chip.

I've also read that operators have the ability to adjust payouts in 3 different levels from very loose to very tight. That explains alot about why payouts seem generous until you are about to make playthrough then they become rather stingy

I also wish RTG would fix that annoying click you hear from time to time while spinning. I'd prefer they just put a big bubble on the screen saying "We're going to manipulate your next spin".

Hello guys and welcome to the AskGamblers forum.

Although I do agree with some of the things stated in the above posts regarding some RTG powered casinos, I would like you to support your accusations with some evidences if possible. What you 'have heard' or have read somewhere does not necessarily mean it is true and you must not throw accusations just like that.

By the way, the topic title has been edited.

I am making a personal observation about the sound I hear while playing the games. As far as my statement of reading 3 operator controlled payout levels, that came from another forum. I'll be happy to link it or name it if you would like me to.

It's not like there are many choices since I am in the USA. I have won some and lost some playing RTG casinos. There are only 3 groups that I will play now because I have successfully made withdrawals from each.

I know exactly what you are talking about since I am dealing with some of the most complicated complaints cases at AskGamblers as well. When it comes to complaints number, it is Real Time Gaming casinos which are having the most of it. You could browse any of these casinos listed on our website and read their complete complaints history though.

And yes, I agree there are still some decent RTG casinos left, but unfortunately their number is constantly decreasing. :(

One of the largest RTG casino operators was the Crystal Palace group, mooted for a £140m flotation on London's AIM market in 2005. The group, owned by South African Warren Cloud, made a pre-tax profit that year of £20.4m. Cloud's casinos were the subject of numerous complaints particularly over payment of players who accepted bonuses from the casino. Cloud died suddenly on his yacht off IBIZI in July 2008, aged 34.

download-based casino software, licensed by various operators running their own branded RTG-powered casino sites. The company was established in Atlanta, Georgia in 1998, but moved all development to Costa Rica  in 2007-2008.

The company was acquired in January 2007 by Hastings International, Curaco, a company managed by a corporate services provider called HBM Group. HBM Group describes itself as "the premier provider of international financial services for establishing trusts and foundations; establishing and managing legal entities; and tax and estate planning".

And there you have it. I have been gambling online since 1993 I have been an affiliate I ran a few white labels I know all the ins-outs I had an RTG casino (white label) I made a share of 60% net revunue. Casinoblasters which I had made a fortune off of in the late 90's was favorite to promote.

Operators can choose the payout percentage, I know this because I had a white label. Furthermore since the company moved to Curaco it changed the whole rtg website, as before in the mid 90's you could get your self a demo and manipulate it any way you wanted. Know if you go to the site you can only contact them....

Operators can choose the payout percentage. %%% ......

Okay let's say SLOTOCASH gives you a free ND BONUS of say $10.00, they also give it to a certain group of players let's say 50 players. They go into their administrative software and adjust the pay out percentage for the ND BONUS. They make it sound like a great deal by the playthrough of say 20x and $120.00 MAX cash out. Now out of them 50 players, how many will deposit the min. $25.00 and try to withdraw? I bet 3/4 of players will try to get that $120.00 MAX cash out even higher after the deposit. And that is how they get you, I seen it first hand on numerous occasions I have been doing this since the early 90's

So the casino can change the payouts on the fly? And for a spesific bonus? And a player aswell? If RTG is doing this how do we know that Microgaming and Netent, or infact every casino can do the same thing?

For some reason I have to post in sections....... it keeps saying I am trying to post a link or  (links ) when I am clearly not. VERY FRUSTRATING~!!!!!!!!

Hmm, strange... Your first posts are containing a couple of words and then, all of a sudden, a whole novel? :o

Care to explain what do you want to say actually? And it would be awesome if you find a way to support your statements somehow.

There is one GIGANTIC difference between Real Time Gaming and reputable software vendors like NetEnt and Microgaming. And this difference is called AUDIT.

How about you look it up online? WIKI

I would greatly appreciate if you find a way to support your statements with some evidence if possible. Such as a screenshot from the system where casino representatives are given the chance to manipulate RTG software online or offline for example or anything else which could help us believe in your words.

Are the payout percentages of Real Time Gaming games significantly lower than the standards in the industry? Does anyone know this by any chance?

You'd expect them to be around 94-96% just like most other reputable software providers. But then again I never understood how they can offer all those no deposit bonuses with only 20-30x WR if that's the RTP. Not that it matters, because just like others most of the time I failed as well despite the low WR.

Although I arrived at withdrawl just once in these RTG casinos and that time I was refused the withdrawal, I continue to play in RTG. (You know, 10 days a month i am a real money gambler and the rest I am writing reviews). The reason for to continue playing is that these casinos have the biggest bonuses available on the market. From 10 bonuses in a day, 7-8 are from RTG. Recently (just last month) i discovered that there are a few slots in RTG that are better paying than the large majority of them. I will keep discovering these slots because I never know, maybe one day with some extra luck i will arrive again at the withdrawal here. And maybe this time i will be sent this withdrawal. I know RTG casinos are maybe the worse on the gambling market, but a few extra pocket money is good always.
