Wow! I've just been over to Trada Casino and what can I say! 10 out of 10 for customer support! Absolutely brilliant! Spoke to Nikki who was absolutely lovely!

 

Turns out I have two accounts  :o  I know slap on the wrist for your admin!  :vava:  But she kindly deleted one for me and got my account up and running! Valleys (my partner) has an account too so she okay'd it for us both to play AND she even gave me 10 free spins!  :air_kiss:  If only all live chat agents offered a service as good as this!

Looking for  contact information for Lazar Petrov for Flamantis casino. Asked me to PM him my username so he could resolve my issue, however i have no idea how to get his address to PM.

Sharon darling, some active casino Managers and casino Reps do make replies to reviews posted. I had those too. But when we want to PM to the Manager, the link was not there. The casino's 'logo' and the 'casino manager' is just a logo and a text. It doesn't provide a direct link to the person concerned.

 

For Casino Room, I wrote in to the casino's support, she then passed my message to the manager, and I soon got my 100 free spins credited as promised. For Casino Hello, I did the same thing, wrote in to their support...many days later...still no reply! Not even an acknowledgement for my email! Bad support, Hello!!!

 

What I'm saying is...whenever a manager or a rep replies to a review, the reviewer should be able to PM that person just by clicking on his/her name. This convenience is missing. Finding where and how to PM that person is also another problem. Askgamblers need to work on this, darling! :D

I ended up looking up flamantis as a contact in PM service and messaged him and he resolved my issue within 48 hours.

 

Was fantastic. But you should add the user flamantis as Lazar Petrov as the manager of Flamantis but to contact him, you have to PM Flamantis and he will reply.

I see...I can pass this feedback on as it makes sense that this is the most convenient way to get in contact with the rep!

Okay guys I needed to ask our Guru about this messaging casino reps issue directly from the reviews page since I didn't know the solution to this. At the moment this isn't possible as Afi mentioned. If you need to get in touch with the casino rep and their forum nickname is displayed in their reply you can send them a PM, simply by composing a new PM and using the search engine there to find them. Usually you only need to put in a couple of letters and you'll see their name in the drop down box. 

 

I'm afraid if you don't know their forum nickname then this isn't possible.

First and foremost, it's a pleasure to relive the good old times of having to give you a hard time :p The heroine that left would have thought this is funny...to say the least.
