Lucas corrected himself in his next post. Come on Johnny, this is not the way to respond !  You should be glad that a casinorepresentative is looking into your interesting issue. Now give him a chance!

I told you all. See. Their initial respond was calling me. Liar.

 

Now I read the other post. Forwarded to make of software. Ateast they admitted it's their screen shot. But right away to call me a liar. How professional.

 

And who ever said 50 dollars compensation. No thanks. If they give me 50 dollarS o don't wAnt it!

 

I want what I am sure Merlin would have paid me. Let them go see the last 100 free spin pay outs and give me the average X per bet. It is well over 200X. Merlin never paid me less.

When I read the post I was being called a liar Toilet. I defended my self accordingly. How would you feel being called a liar Toilet? I saw the other post afterwards.

Hi All,

We have received the official report from NYX concerning the round in question here.

Conclusion: The screenshot attached from johnnygotthebone within the start of this thread does not match the official history report from NYX.

(The symbols that landed on screen on this round which was alleged to have missed triggering the bonus, do not match those that came out from the software provider’s official report.)

ie; There is only 2 Orbs in the official report for this round in question, and not 3.

Well folks. There is the end result.

 

Videoslots.com has proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that they are not an honest casino.

 

Ban me if you want Val. Doesn't matter anymore.

 

Free spin didn't trigger. I snapped a picture. They basically are calling a player who deposited 1000 dollars even after an issue with their so called bonus, a liar.

 

Their web sites states certain things. Integrity, fairness etc....

 

This is the first time this has ever happened to me. Ever. I am still in shock that a company like this can get away with fraud. Technically it is fraud.

 

I knew something was up when I was playing Thunderstruck II. When two bonuses fall, it is supposed to stall before the spin stop, there was no stalling what so ever. I have played that game over 1000 hours. I figured maybe it's different here or maybe I am losing my marbles. Obviously I wasnt.

 

Videoslots.com is not an honest casino. They have not taken responsibility for their actions.

 

I am not surprised that this happened. Not at all. If they were to take responsibility then thousands of other players would probably file a complaint. Typical big biz.

 

This matter is now closed for me on this forum.

 

Videoslots.com, shame on you. A disgrace to online gaming for honest hard working people. Your response to me is unacceptable.

Lucas, since user so angry, can you show us direct email from nextgen(screenshot), of course cut off all personal info like email adresses, and show that NYX(nextgen)told that there was no freespins. This should end all doubts.

And johnny, come on, you not correct, casino rep does not call you liar, not a single time, but in every post you state that they call you liar. Also your tags for this thread... Basically, when you say to casino 'fuc* you idiots', be ready that casino will do the same to you.

Yap.... It is obvious that NextGen computer will not show 3 orbs, otherwise it would have triggered. It is a malfunction on their part. Nextgen is too blame.

 

But the fact remains that I deposited my money at videoslots.com. They are responsible to make me happy. Not next gen.

 

If they somehow accuse me of providing an edited picture or whatever they will come up with next, check the time of my picture, check the time of the actual game played. Check every symbol position. Check the time I emailed the picture(minutes), check everything.

 

This is a legitimate screen shot of a malfunction.

 

You have all seen my screen shots. You pretty much know unlike to post real time.

 

Even if I wanted to edit or whatever, it is humanly impossible to do so, at that speed. Impossible.

 

Screen shot is legit.
