Ahhh, a newbie...so, welcome to AskGamblers Forum TRM! :hi:

Yes, it's always good to share thoughts and ideas, especially here at AskGamblers. Everyone can benefit from it. :good:

Weeell, I must admit...I did not laugh, TRM, but I certainly smiled :) ...because I have not seen any sentence anywhere else that's as long as your sentence TRM...hehehe. If you can put commas and full stops at their appropriate places, that would certainly help us to read your message better. ;)

Afi

Afi did you run out of breath reading it lol..with no full stops? actually didn't even notice so you much more articulate than me!

thank you Afi4wins I was thinking something didnt look right about my message haha. my grammar & punctuation was a little off what can I say must try harder lol. :)

Thank You for the like ValDes and [/size]cocopop3011 and thanks also Afi for the welcome appreciated.

Now that post TRM made me laugh lol. (I was thinking something didnt look right about my message haha. my grammar & punctuation was a little off ) hahaha!

You sound very sweet!

Yep! That line made me laugh too...or was that a giggle?  :D

Oh-boy! Reading the entire sentence was like running a marathon...out of breadth but cannot stop! But I cheated...I took short breaks...hahahaha.

Hahahaha! TRM I hope we haven't scared you away, we are just messing around...I don't mind how you write your posts as long as they make sense!

Come on, guys. This is serious topic. By the way, did someone of you noticed how many views this topic already has? ....

.... More than 88 000!!! :o Jesus, didn't even suspect that I'm so popular. Or at least not with that subject... :(

We know it is serious ..definitely, but a little light humour surely puts a smile back on their faces?j

gambling could be an addiction at the first time for the most of us.

maybe 'beginners luck' is the main reason for this addiction.

the rush you get when you are winning and the needs to regain your losses are symptoms of an addiction.

if you know you're addicted, try to think what you could do with your money if you don't gamble.

there are lots and lots of things you can do and fun too!

do it every day, again and again till you finally doing one of the things. at that moment you will forget gambling.

try to do it everyday and at some point your addiction for gambling will gone or reduced because gambling is no more a top priority to do in you list.

there are plenty fun things you can do outside like bowling, kart racing, bunjee jumping, karaoke bars, also there are a lot restaurants you can visit to explore your taste for food.

there are also a lot online gambling blockers you can buy online for start.

once this software is installed it could not be removed.

use google and you will find the companies that offer the software.

I'm glad you like it Luciana! :)

This guide was definitely the hardest to write so far, because of its delicate subject! It costs me lots of efforts, but I hope members will find in useful after all! :D

I bet :) not many people will take head or understand most of what you said valdes or want to believe ?

Either way its a great post and the reason I bet many will ignore it or read a few sentences of what you wrote not that it's not interesting. but reading is not as fun as gambling lol for some anyway and that's the whole problem.

To sort out problems we must face the problem head on and deal with it. not ignore it and continue making a problem more of a problem :) even the small steps can make a real difference in this situation.

Yes I did sweet cocopop :) and also re-read it again and again but will I learn from it? well that's a different story I think like ValDes mentioned and we all know self discipline is learning from your own mistakes.

I do hope I can learn to control my gambling habits before they ever get out of control more than they already are at times but yes its hard knowing when to fold them :).
