Rules for the Complaints!!

Hello dear members! :)


If you've decided to post a complaint against some casino, here are some rules and tips how to do it:



1) You can submit your complaint HERE. On this page you also have the full instructions, on the right side. Please read them.

2) After submitting a complaint it won't be published until we decide it is reasonable to be.

3) If you don't have any particular problem with the casino (about your payouts, account etc) just want to share your experience or aware other players, please do it in the comments field under the casino's review or post a thread/post here on the forum, not a complaint. Otherwise, it won't be published.

4) Please, follow the time frames for posting your messages and make the process faster and easier (4 days for answer is quite enough).

5) If your problem is solved (payment received, account unblocked etc), please be responsible to inform and update us about it, especially when it's your turn to post a message, so we don't need to be in the situation to chase you to hear from you about the outcome of the complaint. Our system automatically close the complaint due to inactivity of the submitter, so it can be affected to the casino's reputation unnecessarily, because of your irresponsibility.

6) Connected to point 5), we are giving you maximum two more chances to post your answer, by reopening the case. If you don't use any of them, your complaint will be closed as solved and the complaint considered withdrawn. But, please, once again, follow the time frames.

7) Please don't reply by posting a comment underneath the complaint. Every time it's your turn to answer, you get a notification via email with the direct reply link, so use it for your messages.

8) Don't use Caps Lock for the whole text of the complaint.

I hate to be a pest but I had a lucky April and won at several casino's. Well maybe it was a lucky April as a couple of those casino's have not paid up or just paid parital payments. From 3 months ago.

 I submitted a complaint in just one complaint about two casino's. Then one of them sent me a check before the complaint was published. So I asked that complaint not be published. Well they paid two out of 6 checks they owed and since then I have not even been able to get the others approved.

 

 I went onto post another complaint on another casino and it was published and being work on with Cindy Greco.

 

 It took quite a long time for askgamblers to even publish the complaint. I understand you are very busy and have many complaints to deal with. But since it did take such a long time I posted in the forum and Guru was kind enough to get it posted. Thanks!

 

 Well since the other casino, Rubyslots has not made good on the other checks owed me, and it has been such a long time ago I won, APRIL 2013, I thought I post about this complaint in hopes of getting attention to it. I am no more special than any of the other wonderful members here at askgamblers just that this casino has been diddling around for 3 MONTHS in paying me. Worse than that!1 they have changed my history which is very concerning to me they are up to something.

Oh my goodness. Thank you so much Guru.!! Thought I over waited and would have to wait way longer.

IT is so fustrating dealing with these casino's.

On my first complaint the casino is now trying to say they already paid me. I kept my email correspondence with them. A couple of emails were from AFTER they said they paid me and those emails spoke of them still owing me. Dumb twits. Or they expect us to be the dumb twits. Well, I was dumb enough to play at their casino.

 

People communicate via email and save EVERYTHING. Email often, daily, till you get paid and save save save. Them emails they got dates attached to them.

These scoundrels will try not to pay you.

Seems like Cindy Greco is covering many of these complaints for the casino's. Must be a busy lady.

Also seems she comes in every three days to post on the complaint then don't hear from her for another three days. Almost as if she is playing the clock.

 Might be the best she can do when dealing with so many complaints.

I was a bit bothered when she posted ''money you claim you haven't received''. Maybe I'm just worried they are trying not to pay me, or I'm paranoid. Feel as though she is saying I did get it but claiming I didn't.

 I would not be complaining if I had received it. I have not received it. $1536.00 and $1090.00 think I would know if that much had been placed in my bank account.

 The casino says they put in request to processor. The financial department is now checking with the processor for 2 and a half days now. Still haven't heard back from them.

 Beyond what I have done so far, I am concerned I will have to show them my bank account and not sure how safe that is.

Hi there Kayann :)

 

Cindy is fantastic representative, yes, she's covering all the complaints against all GWages and Ace Revenue casinos..very successfully and responsible, I must notice :)

 

The "guilt" of these casinos is that they are US welcome and they are using a third processor to deliver money won to the players, so they have to face up to some time delays! But all the players get their money sooner or later, if they won it according to T&C.

 

Anyway, this thread is not a place for particular issues and complaints ;)

Hi Peeps.

Can you re open my complaint against Royal vegas.

They have emailed me and said here different reasons why the locked me out and I made a withdrawal of £5000 and had £13000 balance. These peeps are crooks and saying I have similar proofs to other people and I have never submitted my personal documents in my Life .

I won't these monies on all different games and totally random ones like Dark knight Rise playing £30 per spin . Have screen shots account balance going all the way down to £7000 and going back up to £15000 and down again. Basically I have been told irregular game play !! Why because I play hi stakes that the game allows then told you have similar identification details and the way you sent them to other plays (what the ***** does that mean

There are times that i can't controlled my self to file a complaint when the casino doesn't responded or they pending my money so slow!  The lesson that i learned is that it's better to read the askgambler comments resolved complaints before playing a casino.  ;)

Yeah, it's always a good idea to take your time and read all kind of information we have regarding a particular online casino, starting from our official review, then user reviews, then complaints, comments and probably the forum at the end. ;)

Hello everyone! I am new at AskGamblers but certainly not new to forum sites and casinos! Just to let you know that when and if I have a complaint, I'll know what to do and where to post it.
