AskGamblers in Italiano

Ciao a tutti mi chiamo massimiliano,ho già aperto una controversia con askgamblers,ma voglio condividere anche con voi l'ingiustizia subita da parte del casino come on:

 

 

I need help from askgamblers, because I think I have suffered the injustice of this mess.

But first things first, on 6 December I won the Mega Jackpot at the slot cosmic fortune (NetEnt) about € 71,000 ... but the jackpot is not credited, I try to see in the town of bets but there is no such option in this mess.

Contact the customer service asking if I make access historical play to see if I actually won the jackpot, but customer service does not give me more news, indeed I have never answered about .... I had to get a lawyer You are taking care of each other ..

On December 19, I ask for a withdrawal from € 550, after 10 days not having the money to the account name is the chat and tell me that the swift code was was wrong (which is not absolutely true, two days before I had arrived a transfer from another casino ).


After 20 minutes of chat tell me to repeat the procedure because surely there will have been some mistake, Jan. 1 was tried another bank but I now I have nothing in my account.

Yesterday I contacted their customer support asking for an explanation, they wanted the statement of account of my bank, so they could actually see that the bank did not yet come, but then I do not know how to say anything, silent scene ..... .......


I wonder greatly help to you, because as I said I am experiencing two serious injustices

Please can you tell me which casino you were playing at? If we have that casino in our directory I would strongly advise you to open a case in relation to this matter.

ma cosa signifa non ci sono prove????dal 19 dicembre che mi devono fare un bonifico è prendono tutte le scuse,ma stiamo scherzando???

prima c'era il codice swift errato...cosa non vera perchè 3 giorni prima mi era arrivato un bonifico da un altro casino,gli fornisco nuovamente il codice swift(per altro uguale)e dopo una settimana mi dicono che IBAN è sbagliato???ma scusate ma che gioco è questo???

 

E poi askgamblers mi dice che non ci sono prove sufficienti??anche ieri sono stato in chat con questi signori a mandare a loro tutti i screenshot possibili,stamattina mi arriva un email da parte del casino che hanno provveduto ad immetere i miei dati bancari esatti nel loro sistema,qualche ora fa faccio la prova a prelevare e il sistema dice che il codice iban è errato?????

 

Ma quali prove devo portare ancora??????

 

il 6 dicembre ho chiesto lo storico delle mie giocate per il jackpot vinto è non accreditato,come mai non mi hanno mai risposto??

salve ragazzi,questa gente è veramente bugiarda è vi spiego il perchè:

 

 

ieri vengo contattato via email,mi dicono che non si sanno spiegare il perchè il loro sistema non riconosce il mio iban(1 bugia..),ieri stesso mi è arrivato lo stipendio in banca....mi dicono di usare un altro metodo di pagamento come una carta,mando la carta....stamattina mi dicono che è tutto ok carta accettata posso prelevare(2 bugia..)faccio la prova a prelevare ma non vedo la carta???

 

Contatto loro in chat un certo mike,che mi dice di riprovare a fare il bonifico????ma come dico io??????avete accettato ma mia carta fatemi prelevare con quella???

 

 

Loro continuano ha insistere che il problema è che i dati inseriti da me sono sbagliati...mi hanno detto che proveranno direttamente loro a fare il bonifico,ma per questo ci vuole tempo è non sanno quando sarà possibile?????'

 

 

 

Ragazzi sono veramente dei bugiardi ne ho avuto la prova oggi.....stanno prendendo solo tempo...non pensate pure voi come me???
