  1. I just had a weird experience with Betchan Casino. It's to do with their customer service and withdraws. I was really down and out today. So I threw $100 to play some slots. To my surprise and my neighbours dismay, I won. So I went to the withdraw section and I opted for a Bank transfer. In my country, our banks use a SWIFT, BSB and Account Number. I've attached a picture of what it looks like. They basically want the BSB and Account number on a single line, in a single number, which made no sense to me. I guess I just had to assume that all BSB numbers are 6 digits and hopefully the system would pick that up. I said yes but what is the correct FORMAT. So I contacted customer service. They had no idea what I was even asking. I think the lack of English was the main reason there was such a misunderstanding. They kept telling me to use an IBAN - we don't have IBAN's. Eventually I just gave in, put all the digits on one line and asked for the withdraw. Support said the processing would take 2 hours. So I check back in 5 hours and still no Approval. So I contacted support. I asked when it would be approved. They said it was already approved. My page says Pending. Anyway... I asked how long it would take to be approved. They said "When the funds hit your account it will change to approved"... What? So when the funds are in limbo between bank and bank I can just hit the recall button? No... that's not right. I kept asking in different ways and they kept saying "5 days for your money to be in account". I kept asking how long the PROCESSING time takes for the Casino to send the funds and change the status to approval. They said "5 days for hit account". Went around in circles. They stopped answering my emails (lol). Can someone who has bet with this place before and has requested a bank withdraw PLEASE tell me if everything is fine lol https://i.postimg.cc/RFF5VjFm/bank.jpg
  2. I don't know if this is allowed or not ( if not, Valdes delete at once). Ever since the Net+ cards were banned for my country I've been having problems cashing out my winnings. Now they also banned withdrawing to bank accounts so I'm left with no options. So the only thing I can think of is to buy a Net+ card along with a verified account. Or the same just for Skrill. If anyone has any offers pm me. Again Valdes if the post is wrong just delete. Thx.
  3. I hope I can raise a deeply concerning issue I have. I feel the current online world of Casinos need a new law introduced asap. What they are doing at the moment is morally indefensible. It is to do with the bonus terms / max bet. If you accept any form of bonus, then deeply embedded in the terms and conditions it states that the max bet per spin is £10. Most people do not read these. Not only does the software allow you break the bonus terms, it then allows you to spend hours/days/weeks of your life playing, thinking you are doing well. It then even allows you to withdraw the money saying it will hit your account in a few days, making you think it is all fine. A few days later however, you then receive an email saying all winnings are void as the bonus t&c's were broken. Your initial deposit is returned - and any winnings above that are voided. I hope you agree it’s not right morally. I have emailed the gambling commission for a new law be considered whereby when on any bonus, the casinos must warn you or even better the software does not allow you to bet more than £10 per bet so the terms are not broken. I would like to raise a petition as this is ruining peoples lives and I truly believe it is causing deep distress for many people. Please let me know your thoughts. Thanks, R
  4. Sorry for the long post, just wanting to ask how you guys would play this scenario. A couple of days ago I signed up to a casino with a 200% welcome bonus. I deposited £75 and received a bonus giving me a total of £225 which showed on my balance at the top of the screen. After playing a small while I hit a win of £187, which was reflected in my balance at the top of the screen, I went to double check my wagering requirements is the same for the slots I was playing and went to my history statement and the bonus money wasn't on there, which confused me. It showed my starting balance at £75 and I'd played down to £60 before the win. My own stupidity I didn't read all the t&c's and noticed that skrill or neteller deposits wouldn't get the bonus. From there I just assumed I didn't have the bonus despite it showing at the top of the screen and thought it to be an error on the site. After a couple of days playing and more than meeting what the wagering requirements would of been had I had the bonus, my total is around £1,800. My question is how should I play this! Even though I did deposit with skrill and according to my statement the only money used was my original deposit of £75 and none of the bonus, are they going to not payout because I deposited with skrill and will they say the bonus was activated so all winnings are void? Or should continue to play for a few more days with what I have so it looks like I'm playing with my own money, or is that a waste of time? I'm kinda expecting I won't get the money as I know they use anything they can not to pay, and have it in my head that all said and done I've only really lost £75. On the withdrawal page it says I have £1800 cash balance and 0 bonus, but still think they won't pay! Haven't tried actually withdrawing yet, just thought I'd ask a bit of advice first! Thanks in advance for any advice and apologise for the long post! Been lurking in this forum a while and think some of the advice here is awesome! Cheers guys! Louie6925
