  1. Ok guys , So its High Time this topic needed to come up recently I've been through a few stuff arounds in regards to payment methods : Far as I'm concerned if a place can take a payment using a method then they should be able to pay out to that method I've run into this issue thrice lately : latest round forced me to cashout to another method which was bollicks as the method I was basicly "forced" to use was useless to me and ended up having to deposit and wager it with another place just to get the money properly. I keep hearing this saying "a deposit will allways be refunded to the original deposit method" I've noticed that this applies sometimes but other times it doesn't apply like what happened to me recently at Joycasino and heads up askgamblers you need to update the reviews some of the information there is slightly inaccurate it stated that ecopayz was a withdrawal method and I turned up at the gate with no way out except neteller baby and you know how i feel about that option. Ok sure Joycasino was nice enough to dance and push things into Neteller but I can't figure why a place can take money using something and then cant pay out money to it my only thought is something is wrong with this picture : I even heard one say that there are legal guidelines to follow well I'm curious what the Malta / Curacao gaming laws state in regards to deposits and withdrawals . And also from a moralistic if not business point of view there should exist multiple ways I person can exit their money if they have been verified and payment method verified theres really no reason why they can't outside of holding up the process like stall tactics . One place even said I have to deposit a certain amount with neteller before I start exiting money using Ecopayz its like come on .... what is with all the bull guys need to be more flexible with the customer here come on .
  2. Hi, This is my first time on AskGamblers, but here’s my story. So a few weeks back I signed up to Spinit casino and deposited a few hundred over the first week, I won around £1000 but decided to keep playing and try to build up my winnings. After around 3 weeks of going Up and Down I finally came out on top and requested a withdrawal of £4696. Now comes the complicated part...I had made the mistake of depositing with my boyfriends PayPal account registered to his name, as far as I’m aware, yes this is not allowed but most casinos will give you a pardon and allow you to take your winnings and go. I know this because only a few weeks before, on 32Red I withdrew £900 to my partners PayPal account, I was just asked to provide a few 3rd party documents, my deposit method was blocked, I received my winnings and that was that. Now back to my £4696 withdrawal from Spinit Casino, I received an email from them explaining how I needed to send them verification documents including documents for the 3rd party, and also a 3rd party declaration form, signed by my self the player and the 3rd party. I sent them off and they were verified no problem. Now, it’s been 7 days that my withdrawal has been pending, and I’m getting slightly worried that they’re going to find anyway they can to get out of paying me, and I feel they’re going to use my deposit method as that escape route. I mean, surely if they’ve asked me for a 3rd party signed declaration form, 3rd party documents and they’ve all been verified, that they’re happy to pay me in to my partners PayPal account? Also might I add, Spinit have already previously paid out around £500 to me in previous withdrawals to the same PayPal account before I was asked to verify my self. Is this likely to go in my favour? Has anyone had a similar experience? Can I expect to see my winnings? Thanks
  3. Hey guys! So I am a regular player at Ignition and Bovada. Every bitcoin withdraw request from both have been processed and deposited with 24 hours give or take a couple hours. How long do the withdraws take qt Cafe casino usually? I have only made one withdraw and it was a couple years ago and it took 5 days to receive my bitcoin. Any info would be awesome!
  4. This topic is to inquire by asking gamblers which e-wallets are best for Canadians, Americans, European and other countries who are advised by casinos that accept their currencies but deposit or withdraw in a foreign currency so that currency exchange rates are not exorbitant. Example : You are a Canadian playing in a casino, (who advertises using multiple currencies), but you deposit in CDN currency into an e-wallet account that allows deposits in CDN dollars but convert to Euros because that is their currency. The E-wallet then deposits in your casino of choice in cdn dollars but you are charged the exchange from cdn to euro to cdn again. Same with withdrawals. Do some e-wallets charge lesser fees and do some not charge as they accept your currency and deposit into casinos in your currency ?
  5. I deposit like gbp600 in this casino I Wong gbp760 i withdrew on the 13 of October and after 10 working days I did not receive any money because they did a typo so on the 30th of October they say the will compensate me gbp40 so I will get pay GBP800 and on the 8 th working on the 8 of November I received an email stating that they have problems with their payment provider . 6. Odd topics for today, I know right! Dont know what made me look at this, I guess because I am broke with no gambling budget, so just checking my history etc etc. For a lower Roller, I still cannot believe I have spend this much, I mean its 3 years, but this is VS alone, What about redbet, Casumo , Slotsmillion and all the other ones and Game Tech group. Could well say VS gets most of my Gambling spending, however I can imagine it being spend close to $60 000 over the past 3 years if I could include every casino, but I know, that I withdrew more than $60 000 over the past 3 years. Care to share you profits?

  8. I I played slots with my tournament winnings and won a large amount of money……. THE HUGE BUT..... that may cost me my winnings…. The thing that I wonder about is the money that I bought into the tournament with. It was from the excess left over of a no deposit bonus with max cash out R500. Your balance is automatically adjusted when you reach the playthrough but I noticed too late and my balance went below the R500 minimum withdrawable amount. Naturally I went to find a game that might pay quickly to recoup the R40 I needed and got R390 from the Triggered Feature on a R1.50 spin! The irony is not lost on me! The excess money is withdrawable and they do not automatically remove it when you go for a Payout/Withdrawal. I didn't know what else to do with it but to play tournaments on Saturday, which it turns out, I happened to win. When I logged into my account today the withdrawable tournament winnings was just sitting there in my casino account. Since I couldn't make deposits with a withdrawal pending I just carried on playing slots with the winnings which paid out today ...... Then I happened to get a 777 and I won quite a big jackpot! I just wanted to know what the rules say about withdrawals under those circumstances because the terms & conditions for RTG CASINOS don't really cover that. This rule regards to "promotions" is the only one relevant: "Any free money given without requiring a deposit, e.g. a No-Deposit Coupon, loyalty bonus, VIP bonus, vanity card, manager deposit, competition/tournament prizes, compensation bonus, inconvenience bonus, birthday bonus etc. (unless otherwise stated) will have a maximum cash out of 5x the bonus given e.g. R50 given; max cash out = R250 (Random Jackpots are also included). This rule is also valid when a customer's balance is positive at the time of redeeming the non-deposit bonus. After redeeming the bonus, the rule will only be annulled after the customer's balance has reached R0 again." Which my account did reach on Saturday. This rule regards to "tournament T&C's" is the only relevant one: " Casino Bonus Terms & Conditions apply to the Slot Tournament Buy-Ins. If you use the playable balance originated from a no-deposit bonus to enter a tournament, the maximum payout of 5 times the bonus will be applied to any tournament winnings." I won R565 from the tournament and then I played slots with it because you can't make a deposit while you have a withdrawal pending and I really wanted to play the game that eat all my money from the weekend and I got a 777 which essentially wins you the jackpot, without ever going below R400. I happened really quickly. Now I have R20 000 sitting in my casino account that I really need from having been on a bad losing streak but I have no idea which way it will go. Me or them? PLEASE GIVE ME SOME GUIDANCE/ ASSISTANCE/ ADVICE/ INFORMATION BECAUSE I FEEL LIKE A DEER TRAPPED IN THE HEADLIGHTS! the non-deposit bonus. A
  9. Hello, I have a question -- and I know Casino's are in business for the player to lose, but good management of playing and a lot of luck could have a player winning for a year or two straight -- so how would a reputable casino handle such a situation? To make the assumption easier to understand, let's first assume the player is able to withdraw $5,000 from the casino every month. After reading the terms and conditions of a few different casinos, the maximum withdrawal limit for one week tends to either be $5,000 or $5,0001. Knowing this, let's assume the player is able to withdraw $5,000 every week. Do you feel the casino would make attempts to block this player, the account or in anyway try and disrupt their playing at the casino? I wish you all good luck on the new year.
  10. Well I am sorry to report a lot of problems with these two companies. I thought they had been sorted out, but just found out they have not. I also thought they were two different companies and perhaps they are, not sure, but they have the same customer service, the same repetitive emails, and the same issues with being unable to provide any meaningful or helpful information when problems arise with withdrawals or account issues. 1st situation - with Bovada So here we go -- with Bovada I made my first withdrawal in mid to late May, and it was a nightmare. Took two weeks, had to verify myself which I did immediately but still took two weeks after that due to the Visa Fast Funds issue. I was frustrated by the daily calls and emails leading no where and the long time of not even knowing if I would get my withdrawal (which was not a win, it was less than I had deposited after massive playing) so told them I would not be using their site anymore after receiving the funds, so this brought my balance down to 0. They didn't seem to mind I would not be using them. Well a few weeks later I decided to try them again, since they seem to be one of the biggest and I felt perhaps I could trust them after all. I made another deposit and won some money, around $750 on a $100 no bonus deposit. Since they started pushing bitcoin as a faster withdrawal method, hassle free and quick, I decided to test this before playing more, so I tried to do a partial withdrawal of 550 which was my second withdrawal, but first using bitcoin. The site says 15 minutes, but it turned out it takes 72 hours + 15 minutes they explained to me a I waited for the funds. It ended up taking around 4.5 days for the withdrawal, and as usual I kept calling them and they kept emailing me the same thing again and again. The good news is they did pay me the $550 withdrawal, leaving a few hundred in the account, but I was disappointed it took them 4.5 days for a bitcoin withdrawal when I had already been verified and made previous withdrawals. I have used 7bitcasino and bitstarz and both took about 15-20 minutes for withdrawals so perhaps I had been spoiled by their fast service. So this isn't the end - suddenly I received an email that I needed to call Bovada immediately about my account. I called them and it was blocked, and then called and was on hold around 15 minutes and talked to their financial services team, who said they didn't know why it was blocked but they were looking into it and would call me back later that day. Well they never called so I have been going back and forth with them by email when they say I need to call and I tell them I did that but when i called they had no information and they reiterated about 10 times back and forth to call again so 2 days later I called again. They said once again they did not know why my account was blocked and they would call me back in a few days. I explained it was ridiculous that my account is blocked and my no deposit winnings are on hold as well since I can't access my account, and asked for a withdrawal, and they said I also can't take the remaining withdrawal until they call me back in "at least a few days." So this is frustrating already. Okay now for part 2 - slots. lv I had a similar issue with slots. lv -- won some money and took out around $800 which brought my account down close to 0 but I still had around $1500 in bonus money left. They also promised fast hassle free withdrawals by bitcoin so I made the withdrawal that way. However of course they still wanted to verify me which took a few days, then they asked for more information which they did not initially ask for (proof of address) which I sent and that took a few more days. Then they said they cancelled the withdrawal since I needed to use a unique bitcoin wallet address I had never used before. I asked them why they didn't say this up front since otherwise how would I know this. Anyway this started the process over. I immediately sent them a new wallet address for Bitcoin and a few days later I received my withdrawal, so it took around a week via bitcoin. I am leaving out the frequent calls and emails back and forth leading no where, so I felt lucky to actually get my withdrawal but I did. Well then suddenly my account was blocked, and they said to call them which I did, and then they had to ask me questions again regarding verification which seemed ridiculous, and then they told me my account was fine again to login and use and they emailed me as well it was ready for use again. Then suddenly a day later (I had not logged in yet) I received an email to call them about my account, I said I already did so why call again, they kept repeating that I needed to call then everything would be clear since they are unable to communicate everything in writing. So I called them, and guess what, it was the exact same customer service rep I talked to with Bovada. This was a few minutes after I hung up the above call with Bovada, and they had the exact same story - they don't know why my account is blocked, they will find out and call me back in a few days, etc. etc. So now I realize they have the same customer service, the same withdrawal issues, and I am totally fed up with both. Also, their withdrawal interface on the sites appears very much the same, so I assume they use the same underlying platform - which really is terrible in my limited experience with them so far. I have no idea if I will ever receive my remaining funds with Bovada (no bonus tied to it) or if I will be able to login to slots. lv and continue using the bonus that I worked hard to secure. Anyway at this point I don't think I care much since I will probably never use either again. I did not file a complaint yet on this site which I may do soon, but for now, I just wanted to share my experience so others can avoid the same issues hopefully. Using bitcoin with other casinos it has been so fast and hassle free, so I expected better from both of these casinos especially when they assured me prior to my withdrawal that it would be fast using bitcoin. Maybe to them a week is fast and I realize others have had it far worse with Bovada (I have ready about a few month wait, etc.) but using bitcoin it really should have been faster I feel. At least with 7bit and bitstarz it is lightening fast (15 minutes at most so far each time). I am new to online gaming and this is the part that has really been discouraging, withdrawals from these two casinos. I will go back to 7bit or bitstarz or try one of the others many on this forum recommend. No more Bovada and slots. lv for me.
  11. I have been busy traveling and didn't have much time to login and play. Well I read a post on this forum tonight about how bad online gambling is, which somehow inspired me to dig in and have some fun and prove the anti-gambling population wrong! Just for the sake of perspective, I am up overall with online gaming since I begun 4-5 months ago, so it has certainly been a good experience for me so far. Back to tonight -- I thought about recent casinos I have played at, and recalled BitStarz as being the one with 100% positive experience, so I decided to visit them again. I moved 100 euro out of my previous consolidated winnings from various casinos (some with battles for withdrawals, others like BitStarz totally smooth and effortless withdrawals). My winnings were stashed in bitcoin (which just happened to go up in value around 30% over the course of moving winnings there, so they have gone up quite a bit just sitting there which is a nice bonus for doing absolutely nothing and a much better return than the stock market!!). So with 100 euro I just deposited to Bitstarz I have attached some screen pictures. I played Fruit Zen, Dragons Pearl, Playboy, Bridesmaids, and Rooks Revenge. And the end result is that after a few hours of fun, my balance was up from 100 EURO to 275 EURO. Not only was it fun but I got paid for it! So I just cashed out 250 EURO, and left 25 EURO in my Bitstarz account for more gaming action. Anyone who says this is rigged, I find that belief VERY hard to believe. It just isn't. I got lucky, the odds were fair, they just happened to land in my favor this time. Not always the case, but overall it seems to me that if you stick with your game of choice - eventually (could take a while) there is a nice payday. So for those who have recently posted about great immediate losses on many casinos all at the same time with the same trend and pattern - I have trouble believing the conclusions. Also, it is important to use some strategy with a focus on winning. If you were to approach this for example with an agenda of proving its rigged and a money looser, well I certainly could find a way to loose money. However if your agenda is to win (such as is the case for me) I play with a degree of strategy (not proven to work, and often doesn't, but I tend to stick with games until they pay - which can be a fault but also usually leads to payback in time). Just like the stock market, until you SELL the beaten down stock, or cash in your beaten down balance, its not yet a loss. Keep in mind I have no agenda here, I am just a humble consumer of gaming who finds the odds to be fair and balanced, now rigged or deceptive (assuming you use reputable casinos of course). Okay sorry to digress, back to tonight. I LOVE THIS BITSTARZ!! So efficient, such great service, and such excellent processes. I made a deposit, played with no technical issues, had a few support questions which were answered instantly by online chat, and cashed out the same night, all of this within a few hours. GUESS HOW LONG THE WITHDRAWAL TOOK at 230AM in the morning?????? 2 minutes!!!! And that was WITH STAFF REVIEW!!! WOW!!! They deserve every bit of their great rating on this forum, perhaps even higher. It will be an honor to play and loose or win with them, since so far they have given me the most perfect experience possible. Okay, now off to sleep. 175 EURO richer than I was before I read the post on this forum about online gaming being "rigged". No offense to the author of that post, I enjoyed the information and am not arguing with it - I just have a completely different experience (positive) which seems to undermine any theories that all of this follows pre-determined trends. That's all folks, goodnight.
  12. Greetings Community , Just thought i'd start this topic to see what players like to see in a good casino one where they feel comfortable spending money in on an ongoing basis Ill advance the first theory this is what I like to see in a casino I know its not a perfect world but these are my ideal conditions : A Good Casino Should Have : 1. A Good Website where everything is clear , precise , Updated Zero Second , stable (no ****** game errors etc) , and fast loading . 2. A Stable Connection with regards to website (instant play casino's) , and downloadable clients . 3. Compatibility with all the main browsers (not 100 percent essential but a good idea) . 4. A Large Selection of Casino games e.g Slots , Bingo , Scratch Cards , Video Poker , and etc etc (And structured well with a search capability to find things easily) . 5. A Live running Return to Player Percentage for all games displayed in real time with each game . 6. 24/7 Professional Customer Service : Live Chat , Phone , and Email (With Fast Response Times) . 7 . Good Promotions i.e a good reward system encompassing ongoing monthly reload bonuses , Reward Points for Cash/Free Spins , and Good promotions in General Ongoing etc . 8 . The Casino should be located in a reputable jurisdiction . 9 . The Casino should be audited and the Return to Player Percentages be Public Knowledge. 10. The terms and conditions should be clear and precise nothing should be hidden and the flexibility of the terms should be friendly to the customer for example lets be realistic forbidden games whilst using a bonus is a bit over the top everything is subject to a random number generator there's no such thing as a sure bet. 11. There should be no limits with payouts if a Casino can accept no limit to deposits it should be the same with withdrawals (within reason I accept that some casino's are structured according their capital base that's acceptable but in perfect world no limits would be good) . 12 . Withdrawals Should be Fast : E-Wallets Instant , Cards 2-3 Business Days , and Bank Withdrawals 3-5 Business Days (Emphasis on "Instant") . 13 . There should be no Pending Times Verification should be a live process and the first withdrawal should not take longer than 5 hours and If pending times exist there should be a manual over ride otherwise is simply a relic of the past and simply delays withdrawals common knowledge. 14 . There should be open communication with reputable gambling forums in regard to player dispute's and mediation , discussion of casino pro's and con's , and etc . 15. In regards to Maximum bet restrictions which I disagree with to begin with as once again everything is a roll of the dice bonus or no bonus chance of loosing it all regardless : it should be technically impossible to exceed the maximum bet or play on a restricted game (which again I disagree with for the aforementioned) . 16. Verification should be simplistic , flexible , and fast 1 hour tops if not faster and should not encompass the need for notarized Material for simple matters when I say simple a million dollar win compared with 10 or 15 grand for example. In a perfect world yes these would be my requirements .
  13. I looked over the books.... 417 deposits since April. 90% are 250. A few are 1k. Some are 150 and some a bit less. I have 12 withdrawals! Lol!! I have a negative ROI And you?
  14. Well 2 more days and we'll be in a brand new year! How has 2015 been for you? Will you be make a New Years resolution this year when it comes to gambling? Maybe you want to vow to take more bonuses, or take less bonuses. Make bigger or smaller deposits? Try out more new casinos? I haven't decided on mine yet, if you're struggling here's 11 New Years resolutions to improve your gaming in 2016, Please let me know if you are making your own resolution though,...Even if it's not gambling related please feel free to share!
  15. Afternoon all So my question for today is, (and the answer may be obvious but hear me out first) Which bonuses do you do better on Wager or Wager Free? You'd automatically think that a bonus, for example winnings from free spins, that are wager free is much easier to withdraw from. And in principle it is of course. But whenever I have a wager free free spins I always seem to lose in the end and hardly ever make a withdrawal despite the fact that I had no wagering. Whereas I could have a £20 bonus, have to go through at least £1000 in wagering and manage to make a withdrawal. Which begs the question which of these two scenarios do you do best out of? Do you always manage to withdraw from wager free free spins or do you do better when there's a wager attached?
  16. Hey everyone So, my question for today is - Have you ever had to withdraw less due to a maximum cashout? I've been very lucky actually or actually you could even call it unlucky! I've only ever once withdrawn on a maximum cashout where I have reached the limit and I had to lose £50. But still got the withdrawal and free cash is free cash! It just got me thinking what some people must feel like say for example if they win a jackpot and then they can only withdraw a portion of it! And those who make a deposit when there is a maximum cashout and then win more than they are allowed to withdraw - that must be the worst. And luckily this has never happened to me! So come on guys has this ever happened to you?
  17. Hello I am new to this site. I have been online gambling for about 5 years. Against my better judgement i went back and started playing at slots of vegas, and i won a very large amount of money. Now i realize they are very slow with their payouts, it will be a month since i have requested a withdrawal and still do not have anything. They said maybe this week. It looks like they are only going to approve and pay on one withdrawal a month. ugggh! I had made withdrawal requests for 2500 and they changed them to 1750. This will take well over a year at this rate. Does anyone have any experience with them paying out, is there any way to get this sped up a bit?! Thank you, I appreciate your thoughts
  18. I am just curious I deposited a few hundred here last week. Balance well over 10k. I asked for withdrawal yesterday night. How long does it take this casino to wire the money to me In canada Very nice place to play. Very loose machines as u have seen the screen shots. Customer support says the finance teAm will handle it ASAP yada yada yada....... I am not worried about getting paid. I just wanna know from you guys how long it is going to take. I literally can not play anywhere anymore. The self exclusion after a win is working to control my gaming. Nice tool! Later
  19. For those of you who don't know I recently registered and deposited at Slotobank Casino, I was also successful in making a small withdrawal Before I share my story and my opinions of the casino - I was wondering if anyone else here had any player experience with this casino?
  20. Hi all I've used Betfred & Virgin Slots but would like another option. I recently joined Betfair, but didn't deposit as the annoying live-chat assistant wouldn't leave me alone whilst I was browsing what slots they had to offer. He was most insistent on me taking the welcome bonus, but I've been caught out before, where I've deposited £100, rec'd a further £100 welcome bonus, had my balance drop to £40 then hit a bonus round and won just over £500. Could I withdraw? Could I heck! Damn the x30 wagering rules. So the question is, what sites are out there, who pay instantly should you win? Many thanks.
  21. Hi everyone! I was just wondering if a list of withdrawal amounts would be useful for anyone here? We have a minimum deposit list now but just as important are of course withdrawals. With some casinos having no minimum withdrawals to some having up to £100 minimum I thought maybe a list may help. If anyone does want me to do this, then please reply and let me know and I will see what I can do for you
  22. Ive made 2 withdrawals at 2 casinos 30 days ago and they are both giving me the same emails saying their are running security checks on all accounts at the moment and all withdrawals are on hold until this process is completed? Any one ever heard of this before? 30 days and still waiting win palace and grand parker help!!!!
