  1. Hello members, Hi i'm a new user and already tried to get my issue resolved on a Dutch forum, but no to little help there. (please excuse the typos and poor english, and the long read) So, i've been playing this relatively new slot castle builder 2 now for a couple of months, great fun. It's a 5 reel slot with a cool bonus(progression based) feature where u collect stones to build a castle. After collecting enough stones and the castle is finished u you get to select a resident prince from 2 -5 princes, pick the correct one and get a big bonus. The more castles you have build, the higher chance you get on a bigger prince(bonus). So, i advanced pretty far in the levels and got to a level where the bonusses where up to 300-400 and higher times the bet(lower levels arelike 10-100 times. Having played for thousands of euros. And the game got pulled from omnislots overnight. No warning, no notification, nothing. It is true, the game cannot be found anymore on any other casino's. Costumerservice chat said: 'microgaming pulled the slot and there is noting they can do", microgaming won't give any awnser regarding these matters involving games(email) . I an truly stunned by this process. How can this be legal? Can they just pull any game at any time, any jackpot game, just like that, basically stealing peoples invested time and money into future bonus?? I believe i had an invested interest in the game and they took(read stole) a big amount of my expected value. Basically i feel robbed of my time and money. but i realize how i feel doesn't matter, i just think it is unfair play. Wrestling through regulations and terms and conditions i cannot figure out if they can just do this. (notable, i also have a large amount of money invested on the same website in the immortal romance and robin hood slots, which basically have a similar type of progession bonus, so i'm wondering when they will pull those games and take my progession there.) I have never read an article on forums or websites warming about these practices, and there are so many of these types of games, which feature a bonusprogession in which u have to invest time and money to get better value. Please advice or if possible, an awnser whether there is regulations on these practices or if therea anything i can do about this?
  2. I have some questions about mivrogaming casinos all questions can be assumed provable there are different forms of credits like bonus credits and deposited credits whats the difference? is there any more forms? Can a casino reps to purposly decive, mislead, tamper with account, break the terms and conditions to get a player to gamble there winnings? If you did all that was required s per the terms for withdrawal on a progressive and the moment the last of your progressive win was processed there was credit that was not requested put into your account that could no longer withdraw nut only gamble it, would such money be considered a loan, a mistake, progressive credits, bonus credits? If a casino says it has paid you 1000 and its been processsed just to get a player to play more till the credits were none, would the casino be liable if they had misled a player for this very reason and never actually even made the payment. Does the Gamble trump all the terms and agreements, licences and seal if the player gambles and loses? The terms and agreements only apply to the player not to the casino? If the player does not break any of the agreements but the casino does in attempt to steal the players winnings is that ok? Is it normal procedure for a rep to look at progressive winner as a mark then take advantage of the players ignorance? A reps job is to do what? help the player or help the casino? could it be seen as a conflict of interest to do both.? can casino reps reverse a progressive withdrawal after its been processed ? can a casino rep keep reversing a profressive win? how do most players regulate gambling when they have won, is it by withdrawals? If it says in the terms and conditions that a progressive is not bond by the 5000 per week rule the reps say and do opposite what punishment would be considered by any authorty? for if there is nothing done about proven violations what stops the viol\ations . so if its not ok then why would an accedited casino do as such and how come these things are hidden.. I know the reps know what i am talking about, if the casino rep tells you ione thing and your casino acclount says another which do you trust/. if you players account no longer is showin your withdrawals after all your money was processed how could you withdraw? yut yet your account had credits.. it would be really ausome if anyone had some direct answers and if you need i can define the questions even more.
  3. An Intertops Casino player had an incredible lucky streak the other night when he won $120K playing Let 'Em Ride and then over $182K on a network progressive, for a total of over $300K. Donovan A., 30, has hardly played Let Em Ride so winning was pure luck. He said he plans to buy a place in Las Vegas with his winnings. Donovan enjoys playing in the local casino but thinks the odds are better online. Dealers at his local casino benefited from Donovan's big win too since he said he was generous with the tips and champagne when he went there to celebrate after his jackpot! Nice one Donovan!!!
  4. I usually have casino bonus info for you but I also like to share winner stories with you, like this one from Slotland. One of my favourite old school games paid out a $149,625 progressive jackpot the other day. Samuel W. won $149,645 playing Treasure Box. With such a large win he has a list of ways to spend it. A dentist who plays casino games to relax, Samuel said his favorite games are Jacks or Better, Treasure Box and Gods of Egypt – but he likes to try out all the games. He’s thought of lots of ways to spend his windfall. “I was so surprised to hit the big one!” he told his Slotland Customer Service rep. “I guess I’ll pay off my credit cards and I think I’ll buy my sister a new car. My wife loves her clothes so she’ll get a new wardrobe. We’ll probably go on a vacation too!” Treasure Box is a three reel, three payline game where players can hold valuable symbols on any or all reels for the next spin. Wild symbols pay the current bet value into the Treasury Bonus. Slotland will be launching a new game later this week and I'll have bonus info for you about that soon!
  5. Hey there, Since I am very interested in the progressive jackpots and how they relate to the RTP (return to player) I tried doing some calculations to find out if any progressive slots would actually go above 100% RTP. I found one now! The Monty Python's Spamalot slot Here is some of my data: Average payout: 93,99% Jackpot contribution of each spin: 3,00% Initial jackpot: $500.000 Average jackpot: $1.078.219 Current jackpot: $2.837.575 Current payout: 103,12% What do you guys think about these numbers? Would you consider playing a progressive slot machine based on numbers like these? Looking forward to getting some feedback
  6. I had an idea which I thought I'd share with you! It's been a long time since I won any kind of Progressive Jackpot..but I have in fact, during my gambling 'career' won 3 Progressive Jackpots. 4 if I include Valleys Mega Moolah £9 win Progressive Jackpot but I won't include that. I thought we could have a little fun with it....and create like a leaderboard here for AG members on members Progressive Jackpot wins. Unfortunately I don't have screenshots as they were all won even before I discovered Ask Gamblers, but I know Im trusted enough here for our members to believe me, and I've spoke about them enough times, not to mention writing about them in my reviews! I understand there are many of us who haven't won any Progressive Jackpots which is fine .... Please still feel free to participate in this thread however you wish. Input is always better than no input! Okay here are my Progressive Jackpot wins... 1. Pink Panther £450 (approx I'm sorry I don't remember the exact amount) 2. Fantastic Four 50 Lines (£660) 3. The Dark Knight (£9!) Each of my wins tells a story...especially Progressive Jackpot number 3!!! Now it's your turn....If you have ever won a Progressive Jackpot .... Join the Ask Gamblers Leaderboard NOW!
  7. So, I had an email from Betsson Casino today saying the Mega Fortune Jackpot has been won! Another €5 million handed out to a very lucky player. Well done to the lucky player. But my point of the thread is this little paragraph from the email - "From now on, the old Mega Fortune is no longer available on Betsson. Instead, we have taken it to the next level. Bigger, better and simply stunning - Betsson proudly presents Mega Fortune Dreams." So does this mean we actually have a new Mega Fortune?? The email goes on to say they are going to double all Rapid Jackpots. Is this the only difference? I haven't had chance to log into Betsson tonight ... I was hoping one of our lovely members will be able to fill me in with some information here??
