  1. I dont understand why casinos have these? Why dont they prossess withdrawal requests as they come trough out the day? Right now i have two pending WDs thats been pending since yesterday One at casinoeuro they actually approved my documents really fast but payment still pending And one at Whitebet documents not approved yet.. Shame since i heard all good talk about how fast redbet is to approve and pay players. (Whitebet is their sister site) I think this is just tactics to try to make players revers and lose it all back. This should not be allowed.
  2. I just had a weird experience with Betchan Casino. It's to do with their customer service and withdraws. I was really down and out today. So I threw $100 to play some slots. To my surprise and my neighbours dismay, I won. So I went to the withdraw section and I opted for a Bank transfer. In my country, our banks use a SWIFT, BSB and Account Number. I've attached a picture of what it looks like. They basically want the BSB and Account number on a single line, in a single number, which made no sense to me. I guess I just had to assume that all BSB numbers are 6 digits and hopefully the system would pick that up. I said yes but what is the correct FORMAT. So I contacted customer service. They had no idea what I was even asking. I think the lack of English was the main reason there was such a misunderstanding. They kept telling me to use an IBAN - we don't have IBAN's. Eventually I just gave in, put all the digits on one line and asked for the withdraw. Support said the processing would take 2 hours. So I check back in 5 hours and still no Approval. So I contacted support. I asked when it would be approved. They said it was already approved. My page says Pending. Anyway... I asked how long it would take to be approved. They said "When the funds hit your account it will change to approved"... What? So when the funds are in limbo between bank and bank I can just hit the recall button? No... that's not right. I kept asking in different ways and they kept saying "5 days for your money to be in account". I kept asking how long the PROCESSING time takes for the Casino to send the funds and change the status to approval. They said "5 days for hit account". Went around in circles. They stopped answering my emails (lol). Can someone who has bet with this place before and has requested a bank withdraw PLEASE tell me if everything is fine lol https://i.postimg.cc/RFF5VjFm/bank.jpg
  3. Hi all, I wonder if some of you guys know about this particular item. I recently uploaded my Skrill account with my Bitcoin wallet. I noticed during the transaction, I saw Paysafe instead of Skrill. Did Skrill also bought Paysafecard or is it something else? And if is this the case, why that high fee for uploading Skrill wallet with Paysafe? It's the same company.
  4. The Hippodrome Casino in Leicester Square is helping to bridge the gap between the online and offline worlds with an innovative partnership with payments provider NETELLER. Visitors to the London casino will now be able to manage their funds on the move as part of a digital wallet collaboration with NETELLER. Hippodrome CEO Simon Thomas described the deal as the ‘first for the UK market’. “The Principle is simple,” he told TotallyGaming.com. “It is a useful example of online offline convergence where we have identified a consumer need and can use technology and our building to satisfy it.” Lots of people keep a separate entertainment account online, but are frustrated not to be able to take money on and off it in cash, easily, quickly and safely. We have worked with Neteller and the Gambling Commission to devise a process where Neteller customers can take cash off their online account, in cash, in the safety of the Hippodrome. “And they can do the reverse with us as well, putting cash onto their online Neteller account. A couple of challenges to get it approved and set up, but now simple in execution, and easy to use for the customer.” New and existing digital wallet customers will be able to send and receive money in real time through an app or via the website directly for collection at the Hippodrome’s cash desks, in a payments partnership that integrates offline and online activity within the safety of a casino. This service removes the need for customers to use cards or carry physical cash into the casino to pay for entertainment. Deposit and withdrawal transactions will take place securely and in real time before any money is received by the customer at the Hippodrome cashier desks. The new digital offering will work both for the request of cash on arrival in the casino and also for depositing money securely onto their digital wallet at the casino. Hippodrome’s online operations director George Constantinou commented: “Technology is helping to transform the gaming industry and this innovative UK first will enable our customers to access their funds securely in the Hippodrome. This is a game-changer for people who like to keep a separate account for their transactions.” CEO Digital Wallets at Paysafe Lorenzo Pellegrino added: “NETELLER provides a fast, secure and convenient way for consumers to move funds – including winnings – and creates an ideal platform for merchants to promote engaging loyalty programmes. We are pleased to be helping the Hippodrome to deliver an enhanced payments experience for their customers with our digital wallets.” Totally Gaming Says: The concept of a digital wallet in the real world environment has been used in UK betting shops for the past few years, where players have been able to withdraw their online winnings from a retail outlet. But that was restricted to that brand’s particular online account. By embracing NETELLER users in this way, the Hippodrome is opening its doors to a wider customer base. Source:totallygaming.com
  5. As a player we all want the same thing when we open our laptops, a stress free gaming session at whatever casino we’re deciding to play in. Ultimately we all want to win of course but that’s left down to lady luck herself. Unfortunately once in a while things may not go as planned and that’s where we come in! The AskGamblers Complaint Service. Our annual report has been released and once again we have excelled ourselves and smashed all records from previous years! This year we managed to help players recover a massive $1,755,304.28 in unpaid, delayed or unfairly confiscated winnings. This brought our total up to a staggering $5.3 million! If I asked you how many complaints you thought we dealt with, what figure would you come up with? Well I can tell you during 2015 we received over 3000 new cases submitted by more than 2240 players against 520 different casinos! Not all complaints could be accepted as some simply didn’t meet out Complaint Guidelines but we did process over 1600 cases and resolved a phenomenal 66.5% of them! Why would you submit a complaint? There is a ton of reasons why a player may need to submit a complaint with us. But for 2015 it was payment related issues that dominated almost 63% of all submitted complaints. And would you be surprised if I told you that almost half of the accepted complaints were against legal and regulated casinos! Of course another major issue that we dealt with last year, which we all know and talk about all too well in the forum is players not checking the terms and conditions. Approximately 4 out of 10 complaints were raised as a result of this! So, here’s a few reminders of some things that may help you avoid having to open a complaint 1. Read our review first and scroll down to Casino Details. Here you can information about deposit/withdrawal methods, restricted countries, currencies, withdrawal limits and more. 2. Check the complaints history 3. If you’re taking a bonus from us check the ‘Additional Information’. Anything that we feel may stand out in the bonus terms we will try to add here to help you. 4. If you’re unsure about opening a complaint ask at the forum. You don’t need to mention the casino if you don’t want to but you can tell us the issue and we can advise you on how to proceed. 5. Finally and the most important point of all is to ALWAYS check the casinos terms and conditions BEFORE YOU PLAY. Ten minutes of your time before you register could just be the key to a successful gaming session. You can read more about out annual review HERE. You’ll also be able to read 5 of the biggest complaints we received in 2015. Very interesting indeed. And if you have a complaint you can submit it HERE. Well done to the entire AskGamblers complaint team, your efforts have certainly paid off when we look at what you all achieved last year!
  6. Hey, guys! I'm a CEO of some online gambling service. I (like all of us) have periodic problems with the processing of our users payments. PayPal blocked our account, modern processing payments gateway (for example, Stripe) blocked too and we can't use it because they do not allow our business way. I think I found a legal and good decision (for my company 100%). All of us use user balance on our sites (sites #1). I created a third-party online service (Site #2), who sell the gift cards. Our users (from site #1) can buy this cards (on site #2) very easy via US, Europe and Russian credit card, PayPal, and refill their balance on site #1 via special gift card code (we use simple API and iFrame widget for this which integrated into site #1). This widget works very simple - site #2 check requests from site #1, check gift card code and return the server answer with the card code status and nominal of card. If everything is "OK" site #1 refill user account on summ of the balance of the card. And we have this scheme - the site #2 sell a gift card and collect money from partners #1 users. Twice in months, we send all money from site #2 company to site #1 company. Gift card - absolutely legal business and nobody can disallow in this business activities. Now this is a two companies - my #1 and my third-party #2. All companies conclude a partner contract between together. Now I think about expansion and I want to ask gamblers businessman's - how do you think, the site #2 service will be interesting for other online gambling or bookmaker companies (not only for my company)?
  7. Helloooooo or maybe good morning I was reading T&C of Casino Room, when I found something I haven't heard of before, under Deposits, Transfers and Withdrawals: "E-PRO is a payment provided by EMP Corp, an E-Money agent, based on E-money and E-wallet. E-PRO is an E-Voucher issued by EMP Corp, being resold by First Remit Limited (UK), a registered money service business with Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs certificate number 12679642 & fully authorized by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as a payments institution with reference 622935. E-Pro e-Vouchers resold by First Remit will show in your card statement as "Online Payment" An E-VOUCHER, constituting electronic money, is generated in the event of an intervention by EMP Corp to pay for the services offered on the MERCHANT SITE If the payment service provider is EMP Corp, the transaction will result in the creation and purchase of electronic money issued by an E-money Issuer, to be used to credit an E-wallet." What is E-PRO, does anybody know and what is it's purpose?
