  1. Hi All I am new here, but a long time follower. I have had an account at netbet for years, started playing recently and won a few times. Made a few withdrawals, they were pending for 48 hours then processed, no issues. I had a bigger win on Monday... 48 hours was up.. still pending, now... still pending. Chat tell me it will be processed soon, they do not answer phone calls or emails. anybody else experienced this? Is there anyway I can talk to the rep they have here before having to make a proper complaint?
  2. Hi all, First post, but like most, i've used AG over the years to checkout reputations before playing. Unfortunately i didn't do this on this occasion and maybe i'm paying the price for using NetBet. I used them for the first time this weekend and deposited 800 pounds in to sports. Placed a number of bets and didn't do too well, but i still have over 200 pounds in my account. I then tranferred my remaining balance to the casino and placed a bet on BJ. The bet wasn't accepted and i was logged out. Now it appears my account is suspended. Can't access Casino or Sports accounts. They haven't contacted me to tell me why. No email etc. On hold for over an hour on one occasion and 30 minutes on the next. Livechat say they will call me, but they don't. So i literally can't talk to anyone about this, something i've never encountered in my years on gambling. After reading reviews about NB i can only blame myself for not checking them out first. Anyone had dealings with them and found a method of contacting them that isn't their 0203 number? Any help appreciated. G.
  3. Hi everyone, i recently joined netbet for the promotional offer to get real madrid to qualify in the champions league. I placed a £10 bet on real madrid and they did qualify i am owed £100 from netbet (in bonuses) i have tried to call numerous times and been told to wait 48 hours leading upto yesterday, now its well over the waiting time im just unsure if i will even see my winnings. I wont be back to netbet, unless this problem is resolved. Everything is just so difficult with yhe website, any help is hugely appreciated Dale, Netbet-dalemcqueenie1

  5. HeyEveryone first of all, i wanna thanks owner and webmaster and all stuff of this website which gives hopes and helps slove those iusses, i will explain the problem i am having with casino770. I Have been member of casino770 since almost 2/3 Years. never had a problem untill last Month. I Deposited funds plus one Ticket-permuier which valued 100Euro. and i Played but unfortuntely i lost afew euros and i decided to withdrawal so i did ask first withdrawal. * Reimbursements in process Date & Hour Amount 2012-09-24 17:40:49 344.00EUR In process So i was wating and while waiting i want to play again and try if i could win, i despoted again funds and i played and i lost. i did asked for 2th withdrawal 2012-10-01 03:08:29167.50EURIn process After one week, I COntacted them as they never delay to Proccess my payment.... after i exchanged almost 10/20 emails in different langauges, they always ask me to wait and i went to online chat support, they told me they asked agent of payment to speed up my file and i was told it s under thier attention..... so i waited with no problem 1 week / 2 week / 3 week / now 4 week and i am getting Same replies and automatic e mails. i wonder why all this delay ? why all this games and lies ? they only reply wait wait and i am really fed up. Could Anyone helps, i just filed 2 complainte and yet i can t see them here. i posted 2 screemshoot of my account and i will attempte to post more evidence and proof if it s available, Now i want my money back and i no longer willing to wait. Thank you for you guys.
