  1. L.S., Recently, after instantly refusing, and afterwards deliberately withholding the content from the public domain, I did several inquiries regarding ThePOGG. With ThePOGG, being the assigned body for handeling many complaints submitted by players vs online casino, its independent position and expertise regarding should be 100% legit. After some research, it turns out that this body: - Consists of only 2 persons ( Duncan X and Lisa Y) - Persons involved do not seem to get paid, but show a cycling transfer of shares within the holdings involved. All bit of abnormal for a ruling body - There are no annual reports regarding number of cases handled and the outcome, why not? -Address stated on the site is a PO Box, not actual registration. -They use an offshore construction on Malta : Abacus Business Centre, Level 1, Triq Dun Karm, B'Kara Bypass, BIRKIRKARA, MALTA. This not being illegal, its somewhat concerning, and why don't-list this the site -Questions regarding origin of funding are not addressed after several requests. Why withhold this information? This is not me accusing persons involved, merely a listing of facts derived from public domain. What concerns me, is the neglecting of information that should be not be ANY problem to provide. In general: If you have to rule regarding the same hand that feeds you, that is bias in play. A ruling body, should be the last entity that should be vague regarding above. Attached several screens from The POGG online public docs, after some digging. Gr JW
  2. Dear community I am at a loss for words here and I don't know what to do. I hope some of the senior members here are able to weigh in on this. As english isn't my first language, please bare with me if my post is a bit long or feel free to ask if something is unclear. 7Bit Casino is refusing payment of my winnings of 11.8 BTC that I accumulated while playing roulette (see attached screenshots). They claim: "7bitcasino.com reserves the right to declare a wager void partially or in full if 7bitcasino.com, at its own discretion, would deem it obvious that any of the following circumstances have occurred: You, or people associated with you may directly or indirectly influence the outcome of an event, to obtain an unlawful advantage, including using scam tactics or strategies and making roulette or blackjack bets higher than €/$50 or 0.1 BTC" At first I was very confused, as this sounded like 7Bit Casino was accusing me of cheating. I did not understand understand in what way my wagers should have altered and/or influenced the outcome of the roulette spins. And how could have they? I am almost exclusively wagering on single numbers and split chances while playing roulette and to go even further I usually play the same three to eight of my "lucky" numbers in a spin. So I was sure that there was no system and certainly no scam tactic involved in the way I played at 7Bit Casino and aqsked them for clarification. The 7Bit Casino reps then told me, that me wagering more than 0.1 BTC qualifies as scam tactic… Wow, I couldn't believe that at first, as it makes NO sense to me. I greatly disagree is that I was using "scam tactics". 7Bit is offering many different roulette games from reputable providers like SwissBet, SoftBet and others where players can and are encouraged to wager multiple times the amount of 01.BTC. Or what is supposed to be a scam tactic according to them. And I think we can all agree, that there are players playing at 7Bit Casino at every time of the day that are in fact wagering (much) more than those 0.1BTC at the roulette or blackjack tables. What this means is that 7Bit Casino is ok with players loosing when they wager more than 0.1BTC but will deny payments if players win!! I know firs hand because I have wagered more than 0.1BTC while playing roulette at 7Bit before and have been payed smaller winnings. It did not seem to be a problem until I started winning big. Furthermore this "rule" is very unclear (senior members please chime in): - What qualifies for the 50USD or 0.1BTC? Even chances, single chances, splits or corner bets or is it not allowed to play more than that in a single spin? - Why oh why is the casino offering all those games with much higher limits then? According to them it violates their rules! - Is the casino legally allowed to enforce such a rule a) at all if it is so unclear or only enforce this rule (in regards to betting size) only if it suits them? After a few e-mails 7Bit had at least the decency to return one of my deposits of 2 BTC. I appreciate that, but I still think it is very wrong for them to deny me my remaining winnings of 11.8 BTC. I tried to reason with them but have since been ignored. I hope that a 7Bit Casino rep is reading this and will help correct what I still believe is a wrong decision made by 7Bit. However this may play out, fellow players beware and take notice what can happen with your funds while playing (winning…) at 7Bit Casino. What do the people in this forum think, is this really fair and legal what 7Bit Casino is doing here? What are my options? Thanks for reading, TheD1ceMan
