Hi guys Not sure how many of you this is useful to but just wanted to make everyone aware that Betsson Casino now accepts players from the UK again. Hey everyone, I know Casino1 Club has come up on here before, and received mixed reviews... I received a 400% bonus offer for them in my email today and decided to give them a try after seeing they had Dead or Alive available, and carefully studying the terms and conditions to make sure I would be able to play it with my bonus... Absolute disaster. As soon as I made my deposit all of the NetEnt games disappeared from the site and all I could open was GameArt slots. The live chat representative, "Adam" was totally dismissive, I told him "These games are terrible!" and he simply said: "Well that is all that's available. Have a good day!" and closed the chat!!! I asked him to point out where it was stated in the terms and conditions that only GameArt slots can be played with bonus funds - he couldn't show me, because it isn't stated. But it further turns out that UK players are not able to play pretty much any of their games anyway!! I feel completely ripped off, I asked for my deposit to be returned but was told it was not possible because I had taken a bonus. What would other players here do in this situation? I'm tempted to report it as fraud to my bank but I don't want to end up on any blacklists or anything outrageous like that. I know I should probably just take it as a lesson, but as an experienced gambler who asked all the right questions, read all of the terms and conditions thoroughly before putting my money in... I feel like I just got mugged. It really seems no different to me? And those games really ARE terrible. The minimum coin size on all of them is 0.10 meaning you have to bet 0.90 to 3.00 per spin MINIMUM, and despite trying around five of them I never won more than 3x my stake and went bust within minutes. I'm totally disgusted.

I've just gone to the Cashmio casino page to look at the response to my review from the casino rep and have a yellow banner telling me that UK Players are not accepted at this casino??? As I have only just registered with this casino very recently I felt sure this must either be a mistake or a very worrying new development as the MT SecureTrade group have always catered for UK players in the past. I have just visited the casino site and was able to login without issue and also see that the UKGC license details are visible within the page footer. I contacted live support and was informed by Rebecca: "Hi there, you must have misread or something was written wrong all UK players are welcome to come play at our site, it’s players from united states that are not allowed " Hope this will be useful information

So you'll remember I posted a few months ago why I don't play at Playtech Casinos and asking for some recommendations. It's only now I am ready to go back to these casinos. However, it's been that long I no longer have any log in details for these casinos. I've just tried Omni Casino and asked live chat to locate my account only to learn that they don't have a UK license! I managed to log into the App Store in the UK Unbelievable. They have all the casino apps that I want. No more ""add to home screen"" Game selection must be amazing on these apps. One problem. When I try to create account, it asks me for a credit card. None of my cards are accepted because I am canadian. Please if someone has recently purchased a prepaid throw away card with no balance on it, can you please message me the card number and the cvv with expire date. I guess apple just wants a UK card! I watched a program on TV last night about the increase of online gambling in the United Kingdom over the last couple of years and it showcased a few people who had "fallen into the trap" and have ended up breaking up their families because of online gambling...and it went on to blame the actual casinos and betting shops as opposed to the actual players. It had this 70 year old woman who was £100,000 in debt because of loans she had taken out to feed her addiction and she blamed the casinos for not alerting her of her problem!!!! ALERTING HER OF HER OWN PROBLEM! THESE PROGRAM'S OUTRAGE ME THEY REALLY DO. I strongly believe an addiction is down to the individual and no one else. No one forces them to gamble and take out loans, why should it be down to the casinos to recognise you have an addiction?? I know that's easy for me to say but why should it be up to the casinos to all of a sudden tell a player...wait a minute we can't let u deposit here anymore we think u have a problem. I know all casinos have this 'reasonable gambling' thing..well actually I'm lying I have no idea what it is but it has something to do with this coz they were on about it on the program...I was too busy moaning to valleys at this point though lol. I love gambling online, having the odd flutter, but I value my life and my family too much to ever put that at jeprody by taking out loans and getting into thousands of pounds worth of debt just to feed my love of gambling, and god forbid I ever knew knew anyone who did do it...I certainly wouldn't blame the casinos...I'd blame the person, a bit of harsh truth is what they need to help them come back to normality. I just feel that the more emphasis people are putting, when they have gambling addictions, on casinos being at fault is going to tighten up the rules of online gambling for us all...and ultimately ruining it for the majority of us who are able to control our urges. I'm sure I've probably caused some huge debate now..and I hope I haven't offended anyone its just so etching that gets right on my wick!!! Anyone else have any views?
