  1. Hi, Very new here,so if this belongs elsewhere please move. I am going to be quite vague about identities/details as I don't want to break forum rules. I'm not even going to mention the sport. My issue is that I placed a sports bet (with a casino that has good reviews here, and I have never had other issues with them ) and it was settled as losing because the winning/deciding goal came in overtime. It was on the +/- totals market. With most sites that isn't an issue as they clearly state overtime not included, or similar However with this site, their sports specific terms very clearly says that bets on this sport include overtime. I queried this with their support and they told me that the general terms and conditions say that all bets are valid in regular time only. After looking at this again, I noticed that they failed to mention that the terms and conditions also states (on the first line of the relevant clause) "unless in the sports specific terms" - which then clearly states that overtime is included. So I am under the impression that my bet should stand as a win. So, am I missing something here? Do I have cause to complain and push for this bet to be settled as a win (it's not a huge amount - it's the obvious contradiction in their term that aggrieves me more) I have screenshots of all the relevant terms and conditions, just in case they happen to suddenly change - which they actually need to, one way or the other.

  3. Good day I'm seeking information on the process of INTERAC for withdrawal of funds. I was under the assumption that this would be e-transfer but I'm getting mixed messages. Does anyone know how long this process takes to receive funds via this method ?
  4. Hi everyone I work for a UK charity that provides support to those affected by problem gambling (GamCare: www.gamcare.org.uk). We also work with the gambling industry to improve their approach to player protection and one way we do this is through a Safer Gambling Standard accreditation scheme for gambling businesses. We're currently doing a short consultation with members of the public about the Standard. If you have 5 minutes and are UK based, we'd really like to hear your thoughts. You can access the consultation here: https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/9XQ6R6R If you have any questions about the Standard or what GamCare does, feel free to post here or email us at safergamblingstandard.org.uk. Thanks for your help! Hilary
  5. Hey there! I am a representative of the company, that is engaged in making online casinos absolutely legally, so we decided to make a poll here to understand how many people naturally consider online casinos to start up. Please write here down what's your opinion about an online casino and please describe your most favourite one. By the way, if anybody needs any details, contact me via PM Play reasonably and be gamble aware :)
  6. I've been given three PRC cards from friends who had no use for them. Are there any restrictions or rules as far as using a PlayersRewardsCard?? Im mainly concerned because I played with one and now have $120,000 in my Slots Of Madness Casino balance... hoping to withdraw some if not all!!! Any advice or input?!
  7. Helloooooo I have a question for you! Hope you won't find it too funny So, while I was playing a bonus, hopelessly trying to complete wagering, I wondered if it's allowed to add more money as your deposit, so you raise up your current balance with that addition and then also use it, together with previous balance, to complete your wagering? Or you're allowed to chase the wagering requirements only with your deposit which triggered the bonus you're trying to complete the wagering for? Hope you understand what I'm talking about and asking about?
  8. Greetings to all! First i want to ask a question about winning money with bonus. Example:I deposit 100e on casino with 150% bonus and get 250e to play with. The thing I want to know is if the winning increases my real money or my bonus money. Second. Is there fraud involved with the games especialy with the roulette. I don`t want to accuse anyone, but does any of you experienced gamblers noticed that while playing the roulette with a specific pattern and continue winning without loosing for around 1 hour. The sequence of the numbers and colours changes to a pattern opposite of the pattern that you are playing with. And so resulting with you loosing your money. I am asking this becouse I was playing like this at playmilion casino. When I was using my winning patern in practice mode, I kept winning 8 hours straight if not more without loosing. So I got confident and tried to play with real money and the thing I mentioned above happend. Thanks for the answers and sorry for any mispelling. Happy christmas to everyone
