Just wanting to air my frustration with UKGC. They have now removed stop spins from every single casino and every single slot machine for UK. The account in question was really only opened 10 or so years ago To play a free entry pick 6 on a Saturday afternoon. I’ve had it that long I’ve added 3 cards to account to deposit simply to keep the account up to date when each card/ Payment method expires. Every now and then maybe once or twice a year I will upload £20 and spend it on slots and that would be it. In fact the only withdrawal I have had in all that time was a share of a free entry Horse racing pick 7 prize and it went straight into bank account . So on Thursday I up load £30 and go onto the slots having a great time. £1 spin so It ruins out of credit and I make another up load of £70 again enjoyed my time hit £0 again all in around 20-25 mins but, see when you get that feeling of the feature is gonna come and got to live a little. So o upload another £100 which to me was nothing but got a buzz like I haven’t since my early 20’s within 30 Minutes plying £3 a spin my balance was £2987. So this continued for a bit then switch to £5 a spin, again was enjoying it. So we check my account history over 10 years and my total deposits including the 200 on that day was £808, now he says that they should get flags for someone playing that long and especially someone who’s never done it in 10 years. Told it’s absolutely the device so I try 2 other of my devices That are completely different and it comes up same message. So I ask my friend to log into one of the devices and guess what ! So next day I get to speak to a few other customer service team members at other companies and they are convinced that when the account hit £0 they restricted me to look as it they had intervened, ask the live help again and told no flags, restrictions, no nothing then low and behold a email comes through about the amount of time I played the day before was a concern. So I ask again and I’m still told it’s my device. So I let my friend log into his account on my phone and it worked fine. Low and behold mines didn’t after he logged out. I then wake up this morning and my account is in full suspension. What a load of hassle for a 10p Ted scratchcard but now it’s annoyed me I would like to know if anyone has experienced this at all before and what my rights are for not protecting me as a consumer. I tried the slots and roulette games in the demo option. The slots were fine. Of course, I lost more in points than I put in, but that's expected, which is why I'd never put real money in them. The roulette games were mostly nothing out of the ordinary, but a couple had an odd tendency to consistently hit streaks of the opposite colour I bet on. As for Blackjack, I found that mostly, during the demo plays, I'd experience more variance in losses and wins, but even in the demo version, one Blackjack game in particular had the concerning tendency to give me a face value card whenever I ended up with a hand totalling 12 or 13. This didn't always happen of course, but it happened so often, I'd say it was 90% of my experience with it that it occurred. Hello All I'd like to share some of my gaming experiences spanning over the last 60 days or so. First of all, it seems to me the slots have been acting peculiar with a lot of errors namely during times when it seems like a win is coming and during free spins. Upon returning to the session, 95% of the time it will be dead spins with little or no "micro payouts". This spans over three different four different online casinos and several different gaming providers. The common errors have been: Error communicating with casino wallet (or similar) Error communicating with server Session Timeout Internal Server Error Login Error Or Just Error with no explanation I can understand this happening from time to time as in the past but not so frequent especially with games i am familiar with. Some may call my theory somewhat of a "tin hat" syndrome but I honestly think some methodology is being employed due to less activity because of the "pandemic". Imagine a virus so deadly that you have to be tested in order to know if you have it or not, but that is another story. Biggest Disappointment I would have to say the biggest game fitted this would be Gonzo's Quest Megaways. What a complete sake of garbage (I had another word in mind)!!!! Megaways what? I am lucky to get 3 symbols on rows 1 or 2 in an entire session of draining my bankroll. This game simply refuses to pay ANYTHING out, with 10 dead spins, then .25 or .5x wins the game seems to grudgingly hand out. After playing this dung heap on 4 different sites my biggest "win" was 5x and not even close to getting free spins. The earthquake in game extra has only happened on four occasions with three out of four being dead spins.
