  1. Exactly. and they did that while the majority of their games on offer have table limits that are higher than what I wagered. Remember: I played at 7BIt before with similar wagers, won some and chashed out withouth any problems. It just became an issue for them when I made a substantial win. If this doesn't mean that the sole reason for this rule is to cheat players out of their winnings I don't know what is... I just want all my fellow players to be aware of those practices and would recommend everybody not to play at 7Bit Casino and/or other Casinos operated by the same owner. Unless this really is a giant misunderstanding and 7BIt Casino resolves this. Which I guess they won't as they haven't answered my e-mails.
  2. I would ask you all to imagine the following: You enter a real life casino and play some blackjack and/or roulette. You win some, you loose some while wagering within the avaliable table limits. At the end you come out with a nice winning of a couple thousand dollars. You are obviously very happy and go to the cashier to cash in your winnings. Before you can cash in your winnings, a big bouncer with a shaved head appraoches you and takes all your money away. Saying that you wagered to much (remember- despite you played within the table limits at all times!) and hence he will confiscate all your chips. A casino that would operate like that in the real world would be closed down ASAP and you could probaly call the police on the spot and sue the casino for your winnings. If 7Bit Casino is not coming forward to resolve this issue it means that they think that they can get away with something just because the are an internet casino. And frankly, I don't see how this should be possible.
  3. I was not, no.. One can make the case that I should have read the T&C's more carefully. Fair enough, but: I read the rules but failed to realise that the paragraph "You, or people associated with you may directly or indirectly influence the outcome of an event, to obtain an unlawful advantage, including using scam tactics or strategies and making Roulette or Blackjack bets higher than €/$50 or 0.1 BTC" would in any way have an effect on me. As my way of playing does or can in no way alter or influence the outcome of a game. But what is really troubling in my eyes is that loosing more than 0.1 BTC is absolutely ok according to 7Bit but when winning it becomes an issue. This seems highly unfair and arbitrary, don't you think? It would be a very easy fix for 7BIt to just not offer any games that allow the player to wager more than what they deem to be a "scam tactic".
  4. Dear community I am at a loss for words here and I don't know what to do. I hope some of the senior members here are able to weigh in on this. As english isn't my first language, please bare with me if my post is a bit long or feel free to ask if something is unclear. 7Bit Casino is refusing payment of my winnings of 11.8 BTC that I accumulated while playing roulette (see attached screenshots). They claim: "7bitcasino.com reserves the right to declare a wager void partially or in full if 7bitcasino.com, at its own discretion, would deem it obvious that any of the following circumstances have occurred: You, or people associated with you may directly or indirectly influence the outcome of an event, to obtain an unlawful advantage, including using scam tactics or strategies and making roulette or blackjack bets higher than €/$50 or 0.1 BTC" At first I was very confused, as this sounded like 7Bit Casino was accusing me of cheating. I did not understand understand in what way my wagers should have altered and/or influenced the outcome of the roulette spins. And how could have they? I am almost exclusively wagering on single numbers and split chances while playing roulette and to go even further I usually play the same three to eight of my "lucky" numbers in a spin. So I was sure that there was no system and certainly no scam tactic involved in the way I played at 7Bit Casino and aqsked them for clarification. The 7Bit Casino reps then told me, that me wagering more than 0.1 BTC qualifies as scam tactic… Wow, I couldn't believe that at first, as it makes NO sense to me. I greatly disagree is that I was using "scam tactics". 7Bit is offering many different roulette games from reputable providers like SwissBet, SoftBet and others where players can and are encouraged to wager multiple times the amount of 01.BTC. Or what is supposed to be a scam tactic according to them. And I think we can all agree, that there are players playing at 7Bit Casino at every time of the day that are in fact wagering (much) more than those 0.1BTC at the roulette or blackjack tables. What this means is that 7Bit Casino is ok with players loosing when they wager more than 0.1BTC but will deny payments if players win!! I know firs hand because I have wagered more than 0.1BTC while playing roulette at 7Bit before and have been payed smaller winnings. It did not seem to be a problem until I started winning big. Furthermore this "rule" is very unclear (senior members please chime in): - What qualifies for the 50USD or 0.1BTC? Even chances, single chances, splits or corner bets or is it not allowed to play more than that in a single spin? - Why oh why is the casino offering all those games with much higher limits then? According to them it violates their rules! - Is the casino legally allowed to enforce such a rule a) at all if it is so unclear or only enforce this rule (in regards to betting size) only if it suits them? After a few e-mails 7Bit had at least the decency to return one of my deposits of 2 BTC. I appreciate that, but I still think it is very wrong for them to deny me my remaining winnings of 11.8 BTC. I tried to reason with them but have since been ignored. I hope that a 7Bit Casino rep is reading this and will help correct what I still believe is a wrong decision made by 7Bit. However this may play out, fellow players beware and take notice what can happen with your funds while playing (winning…) at 7Bit Casino. What do the people in this forum think, is this really fair and legal what 7Bit Casino is doing here? What are my options? Thanks for reading, TheD1ceMan
