  1. Hi all, First post, but like most, i've used AG over the years to checkout reputations before playing. Unfortunately i didn't do this on this occasion and maybe i'm paying the price for using NetBet. I used them for the first time this weekend and deposited 800 pounds in to sports. Placed a number of bets and didn't do too well, but i still have over 200 pounds in my account. I then tranferred my remaining balance to the casino and placed a bet on BJ. The bet wasn't accepted and i was logged out. Now it appears my account is suspended. Can't access Casino or Sports accounts. They haven't contacted me to tell me why. No email etc. On hold for over an hour on one occasion and 30 minutes on the next. Livechat say they will call me, but they don't. So i literally can't talk to anyone about this, something i've never encountered in my years on gambling. After reading reviews about NB i can only blame myself for not checking them out first. Anyone had dealings with them and found a method of contacting them that isn't their 0203 number? Any help appreciated. G.
