  1. Still nothing....I have emailed the complaints@gaminglicences email address as above to ask my steps to see what they say. Does anyone have a link to the actual terms and conditions of deposits at this casino? Not that I think it would help! But just to see if I can find something about the reason it won't let me withdraw. I took no bonus ever, made 7 deposits of £25 (3 I might add were by accident because their system doesn't tell you it's processing so you press the submit button and nothing moves and your balance stays at 0 so you don't know if you pressed it then you press it again 30 seconds later and suddenly double deposit hits

I have had an email this morning from one of account managers I emailed yesterday...it was to remind me I have £270 to play with and if I deposit again I can get cash back...completely ignoring any of my questions! I have replied to say I don't want the £70 bonus and asked it to be removed (I have never taken any of their bonuss) and asked again how to withdraw my £200. Still not holding my breath !

Hi I paid by debit card and have never done a charge back and wouldn't know where to start :-/ They have emailed me this afternoon...but not about my withdrawl, they wanted me to know that they had added and extra £70 to my account. All very odd and I am not holding my breath at all! So now my account sits at £270 and there is no seperation of funds like I would expect, my bonus shows at £0 and cash £270. I think they are just playing with me
  4. Ok thanks, I have tried to figure it out but cannot find out what the 'not enough bets' bit means in any of the terms and conditions. I played for a while and definitely played through the deposit a lot so who knows! Thanks again for your advise, I will sit tight for now and hopefully receive a reply :-)

Hi Thanks for the reply, that was the review I found when I finally checked them out...not good news then :-( I am assuming there is no place to go to to get my money back? how are they allowed to operate and not be shut down somewhere. I don't think they even have a British licence do they? So I couldn't complain to them? Or can I seeing as I am a uk player? If it really is a case of there is nothing I can do then I will just move on but if I bought goods or services elsewhere and didn't receive them I would have some rights, seems unfair that they can take money with no intention of paying out. Serves me right for not checking more eh!
  6. Hi, So after looking for a new casino via google I found 'winnermillion' recommended somewhere. Stupidly I did not look any further... I'm a uk player, opened an account and made some deposits and played. I have £200 sat in there now and went to withdraw and the screen says not enough bets...I then tried to contact and live chat is never on. I googled them and realised they do not have a good reputation! I have been able to play net ent slots which apparently are not suppose to be available to UK players? I can't find anything about a certain amount of bets before withdrawal but I only deposited £25 this time and certainly played that through quite a lot. Any ideas anyone? If they don't respond like every other complaint I have now read have I lost my money? I deposited nearly as much as I have just won so I will be pretty cross with myself if I don't have a leg to stand on and should have checked them further...is it a case of lesson learned and move on?
  7. Hi, still no reply but worked out that that the majority of games cannot be played, play and go is ok but the rest not, so a bit annoyed that! No where did it say I would not be able too play all the slots, and certainly would have deposited else where if I knew I would be restricted from net ent and micro gaming, but once I get an official reply I will let you know just in case it's a hiccup or something
  8. Morning I didn't read anything bad about this casino, joined last week but only deposited about 4 hours ago, went too play and it says that uk players are not allowed? I can only see that the us is restricted and countries where gambling is illegal, but when I try and select a game it just says they have detected I'm in England and I'm not allowed? I have emailed them and requested a call back too but not heard anything yet, but has only been 4 hours ! Anyone else had an issue or know of the issue?
  9. After they called I got email confirmation, then I got another email too confirm the withdrawal had been processed, and this morning it went into my bank! Yey!!!!!! Seriously shocked, never has a casino used their discretion too pay a higher amount than they have to too me, so I actually cannot praise them enough. I had issues with euro moon before, and being owned by the same people I was pretty concerned, but maybe they have turned a corner? The Tcs and cs are not as great as I would like, and I know many many people have had an issue with the chain, but in this instance they went above and beyond. If you do deposit, who knows if they would do the same for you? I really could not say, the chap said the 10x deposit max pay out on bonuses was there too stop people abusing the offer, and a max payout isn't totally out of the norm, so I don't know if they would do it for everyone, but if you do deposit just remember the max 30% of your deposit bet! Wether there is a bonus or not the rule applies! Personally I don't like being restricted on my bets, and like most if I'm winning I like too be able too bet what I like without it cancelling out every penny I have won! But I like their games...and they seemed too me too pay out well, and bonus rounds etc came up a lot, I only played slots, and I'm a happy customer right now!
  10. Well...they have just called and they are allowing me too withdraw the whole lot....I'm shocked and unbelievably happy! Will update as and when it clears....absolute result :-) !!!

So got an email too say that my id checked out and they were moving on with my withdrawal...and just got a call too ask why I have only withdrawn 275 and left over 900 in there, finance wanted too know my reasons....I explained that I was told by them (and the tcs and cs state) that I could only withdraw 10x deposit plus deposit...he said I was correct but was going too see what they could do with the rest, I have too say he was really nice and if they did do anything above and beyond the 'discretionary' tcs and cs' as he put it then I would be really happy...don't get me wrong, the charge for withdrawing and the max bet rules are not good, but so far the customer service seems good so got too give credit where credit is due!
  12. And I'm not sure why the people on live chat are denying any connection with euro moon etc, I took a screen shot of one of them that had said we have sister casinos but definitely not park lane or euro moon, it's not sounding good either way!

Well so far 2 different people from the casino have asked for my documents, once yesterday and I sent them straight away, and another today and again I have sent them, not heard anything from either thou, although I requested a visa withdrawal they requested Iban numbers etc for an international transfer? Not sure why thou :-/ as I said, not holding my breathe on a smooth transaction but we shall see!
