  1. So instead of wasting my time on something that won't work, I decided just to go for it. I got to 10%, which is around $4,400 dollars played. It was all play money anyway, essentially. And of course, with my luck: biggest win ever, x400. All bonus. But I tried.
  2. What happens on the site is that the bonus and your real money are rolled into one. So say I do a .35 bitcoin deposit, I now have a .7 balance (.35 bitcoins are bonus I can't touch until I lose the real money...I think). While you play it takes what you're betting out one of the two (maybe both? I have no clue. The support refuses to tell me how it works). But from what I observed I was losing/winning the exact amount I was betting in that .35 of REAL money, nothing of the .35 bonus was touched. BUT, when I won that big win, it ALL went to my uncashable, bonus balance. So it became 1.4 bitcoins worth of fake bonus money, and my real balance stayed the same. So why? Does that mean some spins take money from the bonus balance? How do I know which spins? I can check my spin history, but it does not give ANY info on the real/bonus money balance for those spins. So essentially they won't explain why all of that money went to the bonus balance while just before that my spins were taking money out of my real money balance. It's extremely shady. And the main point being that this bonus was given to me without my knowledge, and the option to turn off the auto bonus is hidden in a section that I never filled out. So they, by default, make you find this option or you're forced to have this bonus. The confusion came because of me losing real money before the big win (so I assumed it was a real money win). That's the biggest part about this. And again, support talked to me about the bonus and gave it back, but refused to give me any info on how it works. And it all became more shady when they refunded my bonus today, that I forfeited, and treated it as a real money deposit. So I have to clear it like it's a 1.4 bitcoin real money deposit. So instead of me playing with 1.7 bitcoins (.3 real, the rest is the initial bonus and my big win) to clear out 8-16 bitcoins (can't remember which one it was) from my initial real money deposit, it's that I have 1.7 bitcoins to clear out 85 bitcoins BY march 6th. It's insane. I have to now play $40,000, instead of $3200/$6400 (likely it was $6,400), to clear the bonus. In less than 10 days...I mean...come on. I'm really bad at explaining this, so if you still don't get hopefully someone smart comes along and can summarize what I'm saying.
  3. Thanks, for some reason all of that added in for no reason. I reedited so it looks like the original.
  4. Second update: Even shadier. They refunded me the original bonus bitcoins with the big win, and now I need to clear 85 bitcoins in less than 10 days. So they took away my first original bonus of .35 bitcoins, taking 8 (I think it might have been 16, not sure) bitcoins to clear, and made that bonus money look like a new initial bonus. Nothing like spinning $40,000 by March 6th. First update: They refunded the 1.4 bitcoins of bonus. I bet a few times to see how it worked, and now the money is only coming out of the bonus and none from my real money balance. Odd. TL;DR: I deposited .35 bitcoins, got a bonus of equal amount that gets automatically credited to account that I didn't ask for, or input a bonus code for. I do .007 bitcoin spins (real money hovering between .25 bitcoins and .35). I hit a 1 bitcoin win and ALL OF IT goes to the bonus, which is not cashable, and I need to wager 16 bitcoins to even clear it. Support of Betchain tells me I should have unchecked the auto bonus, which I never checked to begin with, and doesn't even tell me how to uncheck, and I find it in an obscure spot I never filled out to begin with. I've got an ongoing complaint, but I'm curious to see if anyone else ran into this problem (I'll admit some of it was me being silly, and believing it couldn't happen). So I deposited .35 bitcoins into the site, and was given an auto bonus. I didn't even notice the bonus anyway, as real bitcoins were taken out of my cashable amount with every slot spin I was playing .007 a spin (around $3) and I was losing .007 a spin in my cashable balance. It starts with taking real money, then the bonus money. I had to actually go to my account page to see how much real money I had. It's a very, very bad system. Even shadier, their bet history will not tell you any of your balances during the betting period. Anyway, I finally hit somewhat big. I'm excited. I go back to my real money balance, .33 real, and had 1.4 bitcoins sitting in my bonus amount. I did my math wrong when I first submitted a complaint, and went through my history to see I had won one bitcoin. I can't believe what I'm seeing as REAL bitcoins were taken out of my account from every spin I was doing, and my account went from .25-.35 real, cashable bitcoins as I lost and won. But this big win, $400, all of it, sat in the bonus that I could not cash. It's quite obvious the amount that's won changes where the bitcoins end up--the bonus amount or real amount. Because I had seen my cashable balance go up and down I had absolutely no problem believing that the money I had won, that was sitting in the bonus, was actual cashable and real. I get the message you'll lose your winnings you get from the bonus but I wasn't betting money from the bonus. So I click forfeit, and whoosh, 1.4 bitcoins gone. To their credit, today they said they'd reimburse just the bonus, but I'm only saying yes to that so this can all be figured out easier. Not gonna touch it. It's also possible they might go further and just credit me with ~.3 bitcoins from the original bonus and none of my win I ask their support about this and was told I should have clicked off the option to give automatic bonuses; I never clicked that option to begin with. I search around to find it and it's in an obscure spot 'profile info', of which my account is completely blank because I've never put that info in that section. So it consists of a blank name, address, etc., and then two options of newsletter and automatic bonus are checked off. Never checked them. It's extremely shady, and it just sucks to see that you finally get a good win and have this happen.
