Hello Adebisi213, I have to say, this was a game that I completely hated in the beginning. I would NEVER win anything on it. I have to say, when it pays, it pays BIG! I played for like 4 hours and had to force myself to stop. It was lots of fun!

I could not figure out how to take a screenshot with this game, but I did take a pic with my phone. Played Planet7 Double-Ya-Luck last Thursday night and cashed out $9,256.43, see bottom left screen. Paperwork has been accepted, I imagine it will be a month before first payment. Needless-to-say, I am stoked; however, Uncle Sam is creeping in the back of my mind all day long! .

Maybe you learn to make tea? LOL. After you watch the tea video then there is that video of people playing slots. It didn't make me feel like donating my usual couple hundred a night to my gambling addiction, it was boring. It reminded me of those 8-Liner machines they have in the back of gas stations here in the states - real classy.

Hello ValDes, thanks for the link to the intro page. As for the complaint service, that is how I found this website, lots of good information. Thankfully, at this time, I am not to that level of frustration. After reading many of the complaints, most of which are resolved, I have faith in Planet7 getting my funds to me, and I believe patience is the key. Besides, I think I am more worried about getting sucked in, continuing to play, and never winning a single penny again. Hey, look at that . . . Never win, never have to worry about getting paid. Hi everybody, I am new to this forum and I'm glad I found others who are wondering the same thing I am. I really enjoy the online gambling thing but I think I am going to just continue to give my weekly donation to the Indian Nation, that being Winstar World Casino. I won $1,500 on Planet7 and to date I have not received my funds, which, I understand takes time, but I have not won a red-cent since. And, I play mostly with my own money and not with a bonus.
