  1. you're absolutely right. but i am sure i am not the only one who has suffered from this so since i'm in knee deep, i will try to make it as hard as possible for them to get away with this
  2. Yeah, i mean i was surprised they don't have an automated response system at least. But since i have monitored the website, the form for complaints indicates to me, that they seem to get quite a volume of complaints. Somehow, i am hoping that they work on it even i don't have received any information from them. As i mentioned before, if my attempts to go further in this case fail, i am willing to invest in legal help on site.
  3. Hi ValDes, yes i have used that email - and recently, they added a complaints form. I have emailed them about a month ago with no response and then filled the form in addition to mailing them a week ago.
  4. Hi Guys, i have filed a complaint with Curacao Egaming, the responsible licensing authority. I haven't received any feedback from them, not even an automated response. Does anyone have an idea about their timing in these issues? Also, i wasn't able to research the actual company which holds the license 8048/JAZ2013-007 stated by gorillacasino.com on their website. Does anyone have an idea how i can find this info? Thanks again for any help!

  6. Hi there, as there is no development whatsoever, i am wondering if anyone here has ever filed a complaint with the licensing entity, in this case Curacao eGaming? Although i am aware that i most likely won't recover my money, i am not willing to let them get away with this because that's apparently their strategy. I would also be willing to invest money into legal help in Curacao. So, if anyone has any knowledge about this or even filed a complaint there before, any info would be highly appreciated!
  7. Hi ValDes, you're absolutely right. Unfortunately, i didn't see the complaints before depositing my money on this site. I would like the case to be reopened. Do you have any other advice on what i could do? I don't mind to have additional costs with this, so i would even consider hiring legal assistance in the corresponding jurisdiction of gorillacasinos licensing body. By now, i am almost certain, that this scheme is planned by gorillacasino and my incident is not uncommon for them. Thanks !
  8. Hi, i have posted a complaint regarding Gorilla Casino which has now entered the state of "unresolved" - i was wondering if that's it? Or is there anything else that can be done on Askgamblers to follow this issue up? For some reason, i was able to contact the live support of Gorilla Casino today after it was offline for a while. I took a screen shot so you can see what happened there. At this point i can only advise not to deposit any money there. I am also wondering, if Askgamblers actually considers to stop promoting a casino which seems to have quite a number of unresolved issues. Especially if those issues mean that customers don't get paid and actually are being cheated out of their money.
