have paid in 6 working days after approval documents

Salve,sono nuovo del forum e volevo raccontare la mia esperienza sul casino Paradise 8 del gruppo Rival,dove ho soddisfatto i requisiti di scommessa del bonus senza deposito il 15 marzo,mi hanno validato i documenti il 20, ho effettuato un deposito tramite skrill di 25 euro come vuole la regola per i ritiri,ma ad oggi 28 marzo non ho ricevuto la vincita,mi dicevano che ci vogliono dai 2-5 giorni lavorativi,ma siamo oltre i tempi, a qualcuno è capitata la stessa cosa? c'è qualcuno che può aiutarmi?Grazie in anticipo, se risolvo vi farò sapere.
