I’m not disappointed, haven’t counted on this at all hehe! But for sure will I check next time better casino I'm going to join. There is so many traps nowadays with all those online casinos and their rules! Happy New Year for you and all followers here as well!

I haven’t stated gambling issues, pretty sure about this! I think slots were just a way too volatile against me! Same as at betsafe jeeezzzzz! Anyway Tnx for help

Tnx ValDes for leaving a comment! I’m pretty sure I used exactly the same registration details on both casinos! Can’t recall what was the reason for closing the account @casino x! Like I wrote in post above was I very surprised about this is possible! I remember from before when I couldn’t open account at casino from same casino group( where I had closed account already)! I actually asked casino y about this and agent wrote: “Since the account at casino x was closed at your own request, shouldn’t be any problem with that at casino y.” So ValDes, do you think I can ask casino y to refund me all deposits I’ve made there so far?

Idd! And here’s the heck because I lost already certain amount of money at betsafe and now I’m afraid if they come up with this in case I’ll hit something bigger I tried to come in contact with betsson as well but unfortunately 2times no one was available so I just gave up. Some advice anyone?

Thank you Afi4wins for comment! Actually I asked casino Y about this but they said I should contact casino X about more information Casino X = Betsson Casino Y = Betsafe Totally agree with you that casinos can/will use such a situations against players when it comes to withdrawing!

Hello everyone, I really hope my posts isn’t off to this topic but can use name of the topic as an excuse! Few months ago I closed my account permanently at ‘X’ casino! Last week I started to play at ‘Y’ casino and 2 days ago I figured out that those 2 casinos( X and Y) belongs to the same casino group! I’m wondering now how was possible to open account in casino group where I already had frozen account? From my earlier experience I couldn’t open account in casino that was part of same casino group and where l already had locked account! Readable:)? Understandable? Go ahead, leave a comment please Tnx in advance for help

Hello gamblers, since I'm big fan of Novomatic slots I was searching luck in this casino for last 2 months. Despite how volatile Novomatic slots can be I came to the conclusion this casino is not good for high rollers. I've wagered there over 220k EUR with 5,44EUR/hand average bet and was down more than 14k with 93% payout ratio. Biggest win was 3,6k after all this spins. I think their slots are not developed for major winnings, I can say that from experience with other "Novomatic" casinos where I was able to hit much bigger winnings. Does anybody has experience with MyBet casino?

Usually it takes 1-2 days for casino to deliver logs and you prob know that...

Hi gamblers, Since my sessions at Maria casino were very bad( unlucky) I've requested for payout ratio. Conversation started 20.09. and til today I didn't receive requested infos. Actually, they didn't answer me from 23.09., when they confirmed to deliver required logs. I was thinking to apply complaint here…has anybody had similar experience?

Ty Johnny. Depends on situation but usually I start with 500 or 1k. I don't have any rules, sometimes I just feel the game and then make a decision. I have monthly limits on credit cards so this way I somehow protect myself. I almost never play with stacks lower than 5EUR and max is 20, like is said depends on situation( when I'm in losing steak I usually raise my stakes) I hope you will also hit some biggies soon -
