@Flatzem Honestly, it was all pretty much in one night, but I think I stayed up a full 24 hours. The game I played was Cash Bandits 3. I had literally no strategy. I just loved the game. I kept raising my bet increase and was betting $125.00 a spin when it just kept winning. I did go into the casino about 10 days ago now and started playing again... I lost about $100K playing $125.00 spins and then got a huge bonus of 155 spins with a 12x multiplier. I won another $165K. My total withdrawal balance is now $365,000. So I increased my win by $75,000. That's when I said no more. Just stay out of this casino. There are several other casinos under the same management and so now I buy in those casinos and can play my favorite game while I'm waiting for my deposits to start. They have been telling me they've sent several but none have deposited except for 2 back in August. At least 6 more were approved and sent to the processor but they haven't been credited to my account. When I inquire they just tell me to be patient that they are coming. I'm almost to the point of tears. I sure hope to start seeing some of the winnings soon. I've been playing in RTG casinos for probably 15 years, regularly. I never cash out because I don't win more than $3-$4K. This was my first big win. I'm starting to doubt it's even real. I am working with a VIP manager, though. So I won't submit a complaint until another couple weeks has passed with no payment. I'm trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. It's really hard though.

Thank you @pinnit2015. It's already been incredibly difficult. They haven't met any of their timing stated in their terms and conditions. I checked today and no more have been approved and it's been 10 days since the last approval. I may just end up submitting the complaint after all. I see a lot of resolution with the casino manager that assists with the askgamblers complaints. It may take time but she regularly updates (every 3-4 days) and regularly gets payments made. In some cases with larger wins such as mine, she can get 2-3 payments made a week. The more I read the resolved complaints, the more I think that is absolutely the direction I need to take. Even starting now.

@pinnit2015, I did post showing my 116 withdrawals. It's now 118. Perhaps it is mental, but I am going to stay optimistic. The fact that they've paid 3 withdrawals so far is at least indicative of good intentions. Real Time Gaming has been around since 1998. And seeing that their one of a handful of casinos that allow US players, I'm also optimistic that they'll still be around for a couple years. I'll keep my fingers crossed. Thanks for the reply.

Thank you for the feedback. I will just be patient and hope for the best. I do see that many complaints end up getting resolved, even the higher end ($100K) ones with these series of casinos. So that makes me optimistic. I also want to apologize for deleting content from my last thread. I saw another person's thread saying that when she googled herself all her personal information was showing up and directing here. I panicked. I have researched further and find that isn't true. Again, I apologize.

For whatever reason, I took these 2 weird photos. I think it was for proof that big wins were due to a system glitch. I've kept every single thing along the way as far as documentation, chat transcripts, withdrawal logs, etc. LOL.

I honestly didn't realize screen shots were a thing. I wish I had screen shots. I have received only 2 withdrawals in over a month, and they say one is on the way. Can I ask your opinion? Because it's such a large win, I was thinking that maybe I should open a complaint. It looks like there's one person that watches all the withdrawals through to completion. Since mine will likely take close to 2 years to pay me out, should I go ahead and open a complaint? They are already behind in approving (they still haven't approved my 4th withdrawal, and my last payment they say paid out on 9/4. But it was approved on 9/2. I have read hundreds of the complaints that have posted and all of them are similar to my story. I thought it might be helpful to have Tawni on my side. It's exhausting having to login to chat so often and getting different people giving different information every time.

Hi everyone. I didn't think to take a screen shot because the increase was gradual. I started with a $100 deposit using a bonus that gave 350% and some free spins. So I had around $500 to start playing. I played the new game Cash Bandits III in RTG casino. And I just kept winning and increasing my bid. I didn't win any jackpot or anything - it was strictly from increasing my bets. I was playing $125 a spin and ended up winning $290,000. Here's a screenshot of my balance when my balance was at $242,000. I currently have 116 pending $2500 withdrawals, and have received two $2500 withdrawals so far. I was told the third $2500 was sent on 9/4/20. I won on 7/31/20.
