so does anyone play on netbet? i won £248 a week ago still not had my win i withdrew £200 played the other £48 was told my card issuer refused payment. Fair enough not the casinos fault but not mine either so i was asked to send in a bank statement which i done and was told on wed it had been verified and i would be paid within 24 hours its now fri afternoon and ive not been paid. Ive lost count of the messages and emails ive sent there telling me now they have put it through but the people that send it on have not done there bit and apparently theres no way to speak to or email the finance team. So in otherwords your left to sit and get more and more frustrated. Yeti casino still paid me out within 24 hours despite having same problem with card issuer so i see this as just a bad site to play on and a particular chat handler veronica is very sarcastic in comparisson to others which have all been nice and agreed this is not correct with regards to my wait i just dont know where to take this next? i have screenshots etc of false promises of payment in 24 hours and veronicas horrible attitude just there all saed to my phone and im on laptop just now but any adice would be appreciated guys thanks
