I am wondering if anyone has any experience with Marathonbet uk? I joined on Friday and was asked to verify right away which was good. They had the Yuhoo verification where I took a selfie, sent my passport, and a recent utility bill. I got an email 5 mins later to say I had been verified. I deposited around £300 all in all. This is my limit that I keep for myself once each month to enjoy and play. I played for a couple of hours with no deposit bonus or anything and got my balance up to £1300. I was about to withdraw when a pop-up came up saying my account was suspended and I could only use the withdrawal option. I withdrew right away, and went to chat to ask what was going on. They were useless and told me they were not allowed to tell me what was going on. They have fobbed me off for the last 3 days saying my account is being reviewed, they are also now saying I won’t get my withdrawal until this review is carried out and finalised. I’ve now seen hundreds of bad reviews online about this bookmaker and I’m getting concerned. I have already starting communication via resolver to them, but has anyone else experienced anything like this? I was surprised not to see them on here to be honest as they are fully uk regulated. I am just being fobbed off with a generic copy and paste replies each time I ask what’s going on. I also read their terms and conditions and I am not in breech of a single one! It’s driving me nuts!
