  1. Interesting to see that cocopop3011 likes your post. The mask for having the members best interests at heart and "NOT favouring casinos that are in the wrong" didn't take long to slip from them.
  2. Dear Blackjax, Thank you for your reply which clearly shows that you don't disapprove of illegal casino practices. "Let's assume you if you had ended up having a huge cashout instead of losing all that money on 12th. Would you still complain against the casino that this casino doesn't have UK license so please dont give me money. Would you?" That's a very strange assumption to make as disordered gamblers can NEVER win, that is the nature of the illness, which you clearly have no understanding of. Why should I file a lawsuit against my bank when it is myStake.com that has committed a crime. As I have explained they are NOT legally entitled to trade with the UK as they don't have a UK Gambling Licence. If they want to trade with the UK go and apply for one, although I'd doubt they would be approved after due diligence was carried out. You have asked what would have happened if I had won. I can tell you exactly what would have happened. MyStake would have told me that I was from the UK were they aren't licensed and if I was very lucky would have refunded my deposits. That is the best case scenario. The worst case scenario is they would have kept all of my deposits and told me their is nothing I can do as they aren't regulated. Anyway you clearly have you views and they are to support casinos in these cases. I suppose you also support the specific advertising to GamStop registered people by these rogue casinos? In answer to the following which you stated "You showed your deposit of one day but what about others days." I think if you actually looked you will see the deposits are over the 3 days but hey lets not worry about the evidence posted. If you are going to come on and give your opinion at least have the manners to get your facts right before doing so as it would add some sort of credibility to what you were saying. One final question regarding the deposits. You have said it is completely "normal" for casinos to show 3 different banks on my statement. Firstly I did not say 3 different banks it was clearly 3 different companies. (more time to read my posts before speaking once again) Secondly is it "normal" for casinos to send their payments to Lekki in Nigeria, which is a hotspot for cybercrime? I would put it to you that it may be "normal" for some casinos to use these practices but only if they are scams/fraudulent. Anyway enjoy your gambling and I really hope that you, are any of your loved ones never become or has to deal with the fallout of a disorder gambler.
  3. Sorry I must have interpreted what you said incorrectly as it seemed to me like you were very interested in other affiliate sites when you said the following. "I assume you will also be taking down every single affiliate site that has this casino will you!" A very strange thing to say if you aren't bothered in the slightest. And a final word of advice for future reference. Don't call anyone dear as it's very patronising. "The only people I worry about is looking after my forum members" Good for you it's just a shame then that the rest of AskGamblers staff I have encountered don't have the same attitude.
  4. Too impatient...you are joking? To have a genuine complaint rejected on four separate occasions whilst trying to highlight serious illegal practices by a website that you give glowing reports too tells me all I need to know about the workings/ethics of AskGamblers. I'm sorry if you think not waiting another week for yet another employee of AskGamblers to palm me off again is being impatient, but you are more than entitled to your opinion. Finally you have asked if I will be taking down every single affiliate site that has this casino. Firstly I can't and have never once said that I am going to take down the AskGamblers website for its clear affiliation with this rogue website (as far as UK consumers are concerned). I would however point out that it would probably be a good idea to get your own house in order before worrying about what other affiliate sites may or may not be doing with regards to MyStake.com and their illegal behaviours. It is apparent that you have no intention of doing anything about their illegal behaviour so we'll leave it at that.
  5. And just finally I will be contacting GamStop to inform them of your clear disregard for any casinos that you advertise that are clearly illegally opening accounts while registered with GamStop, especially when they aren't legally entitled to trade with the UK at all. Hopefully they will remove the link to their website from your homepage but I'm sure it's only there as part of your lip-service so you'll not miss it.
  6. As for their regulators who issued the licence they are part of the scam. Just google the licence number 1668JAZ and you will get all of the information you require. I forgot you don't take google web searches as gospel but it is quite apparent that you take take "rock solid proof" as evidence either. If the evidence doesn't suit AskGamblers agenda then it can't be genuine clearly. Hopefully some UK consumers will at least be able to read this forum thread and make up their own minds and avoid this illegally operating in the UK company which preys on UK residents and in particular GamStop registered ones.
  7. Dear cocopop3011 so I was correct all along about AskGamblers. You have been given a complaint about a casino illegally operating and AskGamblers are turning a blind eye and therefore facilitating their illegal practices. As previously stated (please insert AskGamblers where I have used the word you so as you aren't offended) "You have once again rejected to accept my complaint as MyStake aren’t licensed by the UK gambling commission. I think you’ll find that this is the very reason for my complaint as they have clearly illegally traded with a consumer based in the UK. the cynic in me says that you refuse to allow my complaint as it would show one of your affiliates in a bad light and probably decrease the money you receive from them. Sometimes in life there is clearly ‘the right thing to do’ but sometimes it’s easier to bury your head in the sand if it’s not going to be beneficial to you. I think this episode has clearly shown where AskGamblers priorities lie." Keep taking the affiliate money and refusing to allow complaints, and any bad, even if genuine reviews about MyStake.com to be posted on your website. Furthermore keep giving them glowing reviews and allowing illegal consumers from the UK to post glowing reviews. Perhaps AskGamblers.com should have a look in the mirror, even if it does cost some affiliate money, but I somehow doubt that is going to happen....money is the only thing that matters to AskGamblers!!
  8. I have not accused you personally of anything.. when I said ‘you’ I was referring to AskGamblers so apologies if you felt it was personal.I have merely pointed out the facts that AskGambkers refuse to raise a complaint against MySrake on my behalf. your complaints team have informed me there is nothing they can do as the casino in question, MyStake say in their own Terms and Condituons that they accept UK customers. An illegal website can write anything in their T&Cs but that doesn’t somehow make them legal. Not having a UK gambling license means that they arent permitted to legally accept UK consumers and it’s immaterial what nonsense their T&Cs spout. Perhaps if your complaints department were more like you then this situation wouldn’t have occurred. I will of course wait to see what your complaints team have to say to you. Thanks
  9. Update to cocopop3011 You have once again rejected to accept my complaint as MyStake aren’t licensed by the UK gambling commission. I think this episode has clearly shown where AskGamblers priorities lie.
  10. Posted 3 hours ago @DMRHave you opened a complaint using the AGCCS in regards to your account and the deposits made? When Guru returns next week I will of course draw all of this to his attention as he has more powers than I to deal with this. Hi cocopop3011 In answer to your question about submitting a complaint using the AGSS in regards to my account with MyStake and the deposits made I can confirm that I have submitted 3 separate complaints ALL of which have been rejected by AskGamblers. The last one I submitted with ALL of the 5 attachments above was submitted yesterday at 14:09 and I have just had an email rejecting it today at 18.21. The reason given for the 3rd rejection was apparently because it was part of multiple complaints. Bearing in mind that after the second rejection I was informed that I could send another complaint with ALL evidence attached which I complied with. I certainly didn't expect it to be rejected after adhering to your recommendations. For such an obvious breach and the seriousness of my complaint I did not expect to have to jump through hoops for you to accept it, but maybe as pinnit2005 says perhaps it is just another way of making genuine people "disillusioned" with the industry and the shady things that go on in it. Sadly with people like pinnit2015 losing motivation to "ramble" about these issues it just encourages certain unscrupulous gambling companies to continue to exploit people without any consequences. As I have stated on another website if MyStake are so keen to attract business from the UK, which they clearly are, then why don't they apply for a UK licence from the Gambling Commission? Do they begrudge paying the money or do they think that they wouldn't pass the due diligence. I would suggest it is because they don't want to be regulated and allowed to operate as they please.
  11. Hi Thank you for your quick reply. I have attempted to claim back my deposits but MyStake sent me a copy and past reply which says according to them my request is groundless. They have ignored any further communication from me to resolve the matter. Even after explaining the whole situation to them and sending them my GamStop registration they have STILL left my account opened. I think the fact that they have left an account from a UK customer, who they know to be registered with GamStop open tells you all you need to know about the company. If have asked them the following questions on several occasions but they have refused to answer them. Are you licenced by the UK Gambling Commission? Are you aware of what the UK Gambling Commission state below? For a gambling website to legally accept any customers and transaction from the UK it MUST have a Gambling Commission licence under the UK Gambling Act 2005. If you aren't registered by the UK Gambling Commission are you aware that it is illegal for you to trade with anyone from the UK? Where is your company based? Why were my deposits sent to companies in Lekki, Nigeria a well known hotspot for cybercrime? Who are these companies below? FLWINSURANCE Lekki NG FLWDIGITALGOODS/ENTERT Lekki NG FLWMONEYTRANSFER Lekki NG Why do you accept UK credit cards with payments being taken out in Ukrainian hryvnia? Are your payments processed as payments to online gambling with the MCC (Merchant Category Code) of 7995? If your payments aren't processed using the MCC of 7995 would you explain why not?
  12. Rock solid proof as requested that MyStake are illegally accepting customers form the UK. Not only that but they are accepting customers from the UK that are registered with GamStop, which isn't uprising as these are the ones they are targeting specifically. I have also sent a copy of my bank statement which show the deposits made to MyStake. You can clearly see on the bank statement that these payments made in Euros have been paid to three different companies in Lekki, Nigeria, a well known hotspot for cybercrime. I'm sure you'll now do a thorough investigation and report back your findings. Many thanks.
  13. So you think that MyStake are paying loads of websites to advertise them to UK customers and in particular ones registered with GamStop but then they chose not to allow them to open accounts? I’ll let any readers of this post make up their own minds as to what is actually going on.
  14. It's not really difficult to find the proof. Google "mystake non-gamstop" and you will get all the evidence you require (there are 10 different websites on the first google page and I've no need to venture any further). If you are asking for proof that they are not signed up to GamStop or licensed by the UK Gambling Commission then go to either of these organisations websites and you will see they aren't. I would have thought that you would have known that a company not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission would not therefore be on GamStop. If you require any further "rock solid" proof to back up what I have informed you of then just ask and I'll be more than happy to provide it for you.
