  1. Complaint has been published! Thank you to everyone following the story and who helped along the way! @cocopop3011 Thank you for helping me get this complaint through. Without your connections and support, I probably would have given up after the first submission. Now I just hope for a response. It will be nice to get some clarity and closure about this. Will be moving on to other casinos.... any suggestions for New Zealand Players? Cheers!
  2. @cocopop3011 attached screenshots of follow up email and response. The file attached to the email from emucasino, is just a screenshot of what i saw in game... If anything, this supports my case. Doesn't it? I'm beginning to think that they are trying to pull a swift one on me. Any more advice?
  3. No reply from emucasino yet. I have emailed emucasino again, asking for validation from Wazdan that this is a bug. They sure do like to take their time to reply, and when they do it is very little in response. Is it worth contacting Wazdan myself?   4. I will reply to emucasino asking for the information and see what they come back with. There is no picking option in the bonus feature. It is a hold and win type feature. Credit prizes (pearls) hold when hit, and game will respin until 3 consecutive non-hits.
  5. @cocopop3011 thank you so much for your help! No, I did not state in my agccs complaint that the casino hasn't provided any poof from Wazdan. But i provided all the relevant emails. Not sure why it was rejected so quickly The casino has since come back to me and offered me $100 bonus credit with a x35 wagering requirement. While this is nice gesture. It is less than 1% of the total winnings, and still requires a wager to be met. I would really like to know how they come to a fair and reasonable outcome on matters like this. Bearing in mind that I also had a balance of about $300+ dollars before this win was credited. Also, what was the feature win meant to pay, if not $13770? There is a lot to be answered here. Appreciate your efforts on my behalf @cocopop3011. ❤
  6. Here it is... (screenshot attached) I'm not sure what this means though. I'm guessing that there is another channel through emucasino directly that i can lodge a complaint through... I will have a look tonight on their site to see if i can find anything. I don't have high hopes though, they have been slow to respond to emails and aren't very good at answering questions... Any other suggestions helpful... Anyone got any contacts at Wazdan?

  10. Hey all, First time posting - mods remove if I'm in the wrong place. Need some advice on a situation. I recently won a large sum of money on emucasino.com I requested a withdrawal of the funds i had won, the withdrawal was held for almost 2 weeks. After numerous back and forth emails, i was informed that my winnings were revoked due to a system bug which gave me an abnormal win amount. This is after the site had advertised and messaged players of my huge win. I have attached screenshots of my win and correspondence with emucasino.com My question is; Is this legit from the casino? Do i have any grounds to challenge this? Any advice would be most appreciated. Thanks in advance.
