All of my papers was approved the day after me Asking for a withdrawal. I asked for the money 0605.2022, all papers approved 07.05.2022 Its Quit some time ago and my withdrawal still stand AS pending. Its 10 000NOK , thatd about 1000€ i think,

06.05.2022 I requested a withdrawal at Winners Magic. All of my documents is approved right away but my withdrawal is still pending? I have Been inn contact with the livechatt si many times, but the timelines they give meg have Been proven wrong one after one. The last 3 days when i contact the chat, they just end the chat when they understand that is med WHO is Asking about when they Will finish and og they need any other information from me. Is this normal? Is there anything I can do? Is Winners Magic trying to not Pay me my money? I sure need some help?? Please?

06.05.2022 I had won some money at Winners Magic and asked for a withdrawal..... I sent them my papers (KYC) and started waiting.... I'm used to Maria Casino, there my withdrawal takes around 2 hours.... I have tried to take contact both via chat and mail, but they never say why they dont Pay Me my money or telling men ehats they need to approve this withdrawal, they only tell med its normal to wait for so long... What shoud I do? Please hjelp me
