  5. I agree with you. But to have business like this, and expect a loopholes, and soo on. And NOT encourage people to come forward it's stupid business move. If they had approach like this: Dear Gamblers, if you notice something is wrong with our system(games, deposit, etc.) please telll us about it. So we can make your experience better. And you will rewarded accordingly to it. Today, almost any serious online business offers some kind of reward(or at least gratitude) for finding loopholes. They just do the program called Bug Bounty. But from my experience so far they would rather lose $10k then $100. About insurance companies. I do not know how exactly they work with online business. I will try to dig up something. Well i will be returning to my homeland in few weeks. And we have most corrupted justice system, and basically everything. It's Croatia if you were wondering. So i will talk to few people there. But right now, my opinion is: The Casino's need to learn the lesson.
  6. I have tried to contact them through Live chat, but trying to explain this to the live support is unbelievable task. I mean with no offence, they couldn't comprehend this. The experience was like explaining this to the dog. They just stare at you. AND this was purpose of this thread, to see if you could help me(and by doing so helping your clients "Casino's") contact right Person with authority within Casino's.
  7. This was the BEST reply so far!!! I will not agree on Free spins or Bonus money. That's just insulting. That's my fear too. I don't quite understand it. They could lose few millions, since it would take a minimum of few weeks to patch this up. And i can't imagine how many players would stop playing at those Casino's. Since everything would be prolonged from deposit to withdraw. How arrogant you need to be to ignore something like that and denying a small reward. When in reality you could be damaged by it.

  12. Look at another screenshot. Where they say that no funds are missing. I will add screenshot where i asked them. They have recognised fault AFTER I TOLD THEM ABOUT IT. I mean, if you are bent on not believing me. After the proof i have provided.. If asked i would give you access to my mail, to read it in peace. And to be honest, i have contacted few Casino's, they didn't believe me as well. And i can see you are not believing me. So, if you are so sure they could prevent it, let's make a bet on it. I will describe it in detail so anyone can do it, and release it publicly. Any suggestion what/how much wager should be?
  13. I was allowed in both cases to use funds! Tipico didn't realise this, until i sent them few emails to check it up with financial department. And i both cases, were used different deposit methods. Can you now understand what im talking about? Let's say theoretically, that this was leaked to the public. 1. Casino's wouldn't now what deposit to process. 2. Withdraws would be prolonged for few weeks. 3. And you can't put a number on how much damage would be done to the Casino's. Players could basically deposit few thousand and put it on Roulette. If they win: they get winnings plus deposiy If they lose: they get deposit back So it's win win situation for players. And then multiply that by Cca. 50 000 players from Europe(or more)
  14. So, it was done in Tipico( sports bets and casino) And with consent at Live.Casino, but im still wating for confirmation from them. In both Case, funds were back at my bank account, and was still credited money in Casino account. Here is screenshot shot from conversation over email with Tipico, and bank statement that shows return of initial deposit.
  15. Helloo I have found Bug/Exploit regarding Depositing methods in dozens of Casino. It applies for all players from Europe. It can be abused to gain "free" money to gamble with or withdraw. And no, it doesn't include and promotions or bonuses. I contacted few casinos but they do not believe me. Is there a way we could set up some kind of meeting to discuss this. If they're willing to give reward for something like this. I already tested this with two Casinos, and i works flawlessly. About month ago. First Casino didn't notice it, until i sent them few emails regarding this. And with second Casino im doing it with their knowledge and acceptance. Willing to provide proof to Askgamblers team if needed!
