I really don't mind:) I have played these bonuses and slots for a while now and normally I check the terms, wager, bet limit etc. This time I can't say for sure how good I checked them out. Secrets of Atlantis is my fawourite game and it is on that list so somehow I have checked it. It was pretty late, around midnight between 29th and 30th of May when I started to play. I have had few small beers( about 3 or 4, so I was not that drunk). I played 5 lions, hercules and pegasus, greek gods and Safari King. Is it possible from the casino to change the terms and claim they done it before they actually did? I would like to see some kind of proof that they really changed the terms on 28th of May? And even more I would like to see that screenshot which could proof that I am right. In anycase thanks for helping! Is there any other forums I could ask that screenshot? Jurse

And I know that this is a long shot but I can not think off any other way. Ok here we go.. I am pretty sure that I have been scammed by the stakes.com. I don't have any proof so I came to ask other gamblers for help. I played their welcome bonus during night between 29. and 30. of May. I played 4 different games and ended up winning 5k. Just before wagering was done the site kicked me out. I managed to get back in and complete the wagering. Then there was problems with withdrawals. I requested 5x1000€ because I couldn't ask 1x5000€. I went to sleep between 5 and 6 am. Next evening I tried to login to my account, no-go. Asked customer support about my withdrawal reguest? They said that it takes 48h to check that out. I waited. Then there came email that asked me to send very precise KYC-documents. I did. Then they asked me to send them again and asked more documents. I did. Then I had to send more photos about my credit card. I did.. all this time I couldn't login to my account. Asked about that from customer support. They said that they are updating their website so that why I can't login. (I think this was stalling) Next day they send me an email and congratulated me for becoming a certified player but they have to deny my withdrawal request because I broke their T&C. I played forbidden games. All the games have appeared on the list. Those games are not forbidden on 95% of the other casinos. And those are listed one after another and in the same order I played them. I do not believe in these kind of things. And the T&C have been updated on 28. of may, a day before I started playing. This smells so fishy.. So Now I am asking help from other gamblers if someone has a screenshot of those forbidden games on 29. of May? Or that the Casino can not proof that they have not updated on 28. of May. I can't submit complaint because I don't have proof. I am quite sure that they have updated T&C afterwards. If someone can help and this all ends up successful withdrawal of full amount I will pay a reward of 1000€. Thanks and Regards Jurse
